• Tracy (6/5): - The location was great, very central in Harrow. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its location. It was very basic but well worth the money considering it's location. It was very cold in the room and the radiator was not on. I reported this and someone came to sort it. Unfortunately it soon went off again and I gave up and got in bed, keeping my jumper on.

• Graeme (5/5): Cheap yes but don’t stay the heating is a joke - Cheap The heating! It was a mild day and the room was roasting. Reception told me the heating cannot be controlled from rooms and it would go off at 11. It didn’t. Way to hot & had to leave window open all night hence was very noisy.

• Mohammed (2/5): - The only good thing was the location The staff at reception did not come across as friendly given me the keys to the room and walked away the room service was terrible wanted to clean the room straight away or will not do later as we were getting ready to go out and asked to give us 10 minutes she was not happy with that this was 9.15 am. Heating was turned off at night till 6/7 am it was absolutely cold the Quilt had seen better days did not cover fully the sheet covering the quilt was ripped pillows were flat needed throwing after complaint was given electric heater which took about half hour the whole experience was terrible will never book again

Better inside than the impression you would get when you arrive. The first night the room was very hot. The heating went off earlier the second night. You couldn’t turn the radiator off.

• RAMCHAND (8/5): Lo justo y lo necesario. - La habitación esta bien pero no muy grande y tiene lo necesario.Un TV pequeño con los canales justo,una tetera muy útil,3-4. sobres de te café,sobres de leche,azúcar de lo cual se agradece.La ubicación es céntrica y tiene un supermercado grande enfrente.Todo en general bastante limpio y unas toallas de buena calidad.Todo bastante básico y lo necesario. La cama podría ser mejor porque se nota el desgaste y las almuadas también pero todo muy limpio.

The hotel was as expected...A very large house divided into separate rooms. Our room had a nice little ensuite. The room was tidy and clean. All-in-all, good value for money in a good location with plenty of parking around the back. It served our purposes for one night.....But I wouldn't want to stay longer. The *only* dissapointment was the bed. It was rock-hard. And so were the pillows. We barely slept at all. The price and location were fine, the room was fine, but due to the bed I wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night.

• Brendan (1/5): If I had arrived earlier I would have demanded a refund and gone to find something else - Location The room was dirty and smelt really quite bad. Although there was a clean white sheet the quilt cover had obviously not been washed for while, the pillows were also not washed and you could see grease marks where someone had slept on them. The shower did not work. The curtain had holes of them and the net curtain were that dirty they looked brown. The paintwork was filthy and dirty.
