• Alexandra (8/5): - Wir hatten eine Veranstaltung in Köln gebucht, daher das Hotel rein als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Da wir erst später angereist sind,hatten wir vorab Emailverkehr bzgl der Schlüsselübergabe. Dieser wie auch der Empfang waren super nett.Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, die Betten für uns bequem.Wir haben gut geschlafen,obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen war.Frühstück war einfach,für uns völlig ausreichend.

• SUNHYE (8/5): - This is an old hotel in the small rural. Though I felt every items in the hotel was old aged, it is not bad for the price of accommodation. There was no refrigerator. But front desk staff was so kind. He couldn't say English but we was able to communicate with google translation 직원분은 혼자서 여러가지 업무를 보시는지 자리를 비울 때가 많았지만, 호출하면 빠르게 일 처리를 해주십니다. 영어를 잘 못하셨지만 구글 번역기를 사용하여 소통이 가능하였고 최선을 다해 친절하게 대응해주셨습니다. 감사합니다! 식당을 이용해보지는 않았지만 근처 그리스 식당에서 만족스러운 저녁을 먹었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

• Kenan (2/5): - Mit zwei Kindern wollten wir eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen. Der erste Eindruck war ok, jedoch war die Heizung kalt. Ich bin zur Rezeption, und meldete dies. Herr Junior wollte jemanden beauftragen und sich wieder bei mir melden. Er tat dies, die Heizung sollte bald gehen. Jedoch blieb sie kalt. Ich rief die Rezeption gegen 20:30 an, niemand ging ans Telefon. Ich bin zur Rezeption, niemand war da. Später nochmal zur Rezeption, immer noch keiner da. Ich hab dann die Nummer angerufen, die im Internet stand und Herr Junior ging dran. Ich sagte, dass die Heizung immernoch nicht geht. Er sagte er hat dem Techniker Bescheid gegeben, mehr kann er nicht machen. Der Ton war absolut gelangweilt und lustlos. Ich sagte er soll mit ein anderes Zimmer geben, er fand das sehr amüsant und hat das Ganze ins Lächerliche gezogen. Es wäre wohl kein Zimmer frei. Zu dem Zeitpunt stand ich an der leeren Rezeption und konnte jede Menge Schlüssel sehen, beim Frühstück am nächsten Tag war kaum jemand da. Ich sagte er soll mir die Nummer von seinem Chef geben. Das wollte er nicht er sagte, er schickt den Techniker bei uns im Zimmer vorbei und legte auf. Es kam kein Techniker. Meine Frau, ich und unsere Kinder mussten in einem kalten Zimmer übernachten. Ich habe per Expedia die Hotelleitung informiert. Keine Reaktion. Herr Junior wird bei mir als völlig inkompetenter und familienunfreundlicher Mensch in Erinnerung bleiben. Hoffe, dass viele dieses Hotel meiden.

Zudem gab es gleich einen super Tipp, um in der Nähe etwas Leckeres zu essen Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Dazu gab es am nächsten Tag ein solides leckeres Frühstück. Vielen Dank.
• kathyaO8338TX (10/5): Everything was perfect - We were made welcome, despite arriving with two dusty bikes on n the middle of the siesta, and having no common language. Our room was spacious, and had been carefully equipped to address our every need. It was also super clean, modern and newly decorated. We particularly loved the walk-in wardrobe. It was so nice to unpack and put all our gear away out of sight and out of the way. The hotel is located on the market square, which is stunning. In the evening you can enjoy a leisurely Italian dinner alfresco with the smell of the lime trees and the cobbles and the locals. Lovely architecture and decor throughout the hotel. Thank you

• M.E.E. (10/5): - Prima hotel voor doorreisovernachting. Alleen jammer dat er geadverteerd wordt met restaurant en dat was dicht. Twee andere restaurants zijn op loopafstand maar met erg slecht weer blijft dat vervelend.

• Dale (10/5): Clean and Spacious. - SO clean you could eat off any surface! Room was nice and cool and spacious! Locks could be tricky. Some turn left others right. Not particularly close to any castles, but did have a grocery store and other shops within walking distance. Hotel is on the back of the building. Look for the plain M on the front of the building and a blue parking sign directing you through an alley. Loved this place. Staff friendly and inviting.

• mvanroy7 (8/5): Standard hotel, good location for discovering Königswinter - Nice simple hotel. Friendly welcome in English, but as I was rather late I couldn't try the restaurant. There is a big free parking at the back of the hotel which is useful. The room was not so big but had everything. Breakfast was also rather simple but more than acceptable. Discovered the beautiful neighborhood with the bike.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Hier wird Service groß geschrieben. Nach einer langen Wanderung wurden wir hier herzlichst begrüßt. Da dieses Hotel 'oben' liegt und ca. 13 km von unserem Wander Zugweg lag wurden wir hier bestens beraten. Mit Bus Verbindungen, es wurde eine Karte ausgedruckt. Richtig Klasse. Wir hatten das Familien Zimmer. Super sauber mit einer Tüte Gummibärchen auf den Kopfkissen 😀 die Zimmer konnte man gut verdunkeln. Das Abendessen direkt am Hotel Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Nicht nur wegen dem leckeren Essen, sondern wegen dem tollen Service der Kellner. Ein großes Lob! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Für jeden was dabei mit großer Auswahl. Wir würden dieses Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

• Johan (6/5): Leuk verblijf - Hotel prima in orde, mooie kamer met alle voorzieningen. Alles was heel netjes. Toen we de eerste avond in het restaurant aten was dit wel een teleurstelling. Er stond barbecue op het menu, de vleeskeuze moesten we zelf maken en werd naar onze keuze gebakken, dit was heel lekker. De groentjes en aardappelen ontbraken echter volledig op het buffet, alles was uit en moesten zeker een half uur wchten tot dit weer was aangvuld. Ondertussen kregen we wel ons vlees die we dan maar zo hebben opgegeten zonder groenten. De volgende morgen was er een beetje hetzelfde cenario bij het ontbijt, veel ontbrak reeds en het duurde lang voor dit werd aangevuld. Ze hadden duidelijk het aantal mensen voor het ontbijt onderschat die dg. Dit was enkel 1 dag, daarna was alles prima in orde. Al bij al een goed verblijf.

In the morning traffic jams it would take 40-50 minutes to koeln. The rooms are nice and clean. The place is quiet. WiFi is great Free parking available Very nice staff There is also a decent restaurant in case you don't want to eat somewhere else. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others
• fragoomba (8/5): Nice and friendly place. - Good place with clean rooms, beds are comfy. Car park next to hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy access to autobahn. Breakfast was good with tea and coffee freshly made. Restaurant in hotel serves very good food, inside you can watch TV on big screens. One thing on minus. In rooms there is no air condition. Rooms from the side of the road next to the hotel are noisy when you open the window. That's problem in hot days.

Easy access to autobahn Rooms clean and bright bed comfy Breakfast basic but really nice Friendly staff Not so good No air con which was a problem as hot day and had to open windows that made it noisy Described as "comfort" Room small and pictures on web are deceiving. Would be claustrophobic if staying longer.
• TimWilliams (10/5): Excellent hotel with good restaurant - Friendly, greeting, clean comfortable room, car park, bar, restaurant, good value. This is what a run-of-the -mill overnight stay should be. Highly professional, efficient and inexpensive. The location is a fairly dull suburb of Bad Honnef but as an overnight stop it was perfect.

The location is ideal as it is quite close to the main motorway but yet set in a picturesque quiet setting. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and the food was also very nice. Thoroughly recommend 😀

The rooms were Clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the view from the window. Very good food in restaurant and lovely breakfast. Cons: No tea\coffee making facilities in the room
• Edward44 (8/5): Nice food - We stayed at a village near by where having pre-booked dinner,arrived to find the Restaurant closed on the night of our arrival for a 1 nighter. The Hotel reluctantly suggested we visit the Am Markt. We arrived fairly late in the evening but even so the waitress found a table for us and we had a good meal,looking out on the Market Square. The Hotel is located fairly close to the Autobahn and we will definitely stay here when we are again that way.

Owner couldn't do enough for us as we were leaving some new guests arrived really early in the morning and he just offered them a free breakfast had meal in restaurant was typical eat your own weight in schnitzel etc but very pleasant service and reasonable price
• Marcus_NL1234 (8/5): Friendly place with very nice food - I have vistited this hotel /restaurant several imes as part of business and always found it very acceptable. The people who run the hotel and restaurant make sure the rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is very , very nice. The restaurant has a bar area with new TV were you can watch TV with the locals. And the breakfast buffet is very nice with coffe or tea freshly made. all in all a good place to stay for a night when you are on the go.
• Yippie-Yi-O (8/5): Very Clean - We enjoyed a very clean room. Do request a room on the back side away from traffic. We stayed in December and had to keep our window tilted open at night to let in cool air and this also allowed the sounds from cars to enter, when the morning rush started. By American standards, the room was small and the bed a bit hard. It had a shower, no tub. Beds are dressed in typical European style with merely a duvet. Breakfast was good, consisting of breads, eggs, meats, and cheeses.
• PersianFirstChoice (10/5): Simply Excellent! - The hotel is located in a very quite part of Bad Honnef, I stayed there for two nights and really enjoyed of the excellent service. The hotel manager was very polite and attentive and very helpful. Room was very clean and well furnished. View from balcony was fantastic, It was great value for money. Breakfast was small choices but containing of all needed items. I have been to many five stars hotel over the world but this hotel was really a different and memorable experience for me and I loved it, A part of heaven left on the earth!
