Guest Reviews
- Jason (2/5): Shitshow - Nothing A/C didn't work on heating, male ejaculations stains on bed base surrounding, inadequate seating (3 person room with 1 chair), no toaster for breakfast or biscuits provided. Just a very dirty and uncomfortable and rude experience for the price.
Definitely won't be back or recommending to anyone else.
- Cathy (3/5): Disappointing for the cost of the room - Cheap meals at the hotel The noise coming from the hotel, people talking loudly near the rooms at midnight
Close to highway very noisy

- robin (10/5): -
- Leigh (7/5): Disappointing behaviour from other guests - I liked that the motel was close to the hotel for dinner Other guests were outside smoking and drinking, blocking the pathway. Smoke wafted into our bathroom window, making the whole unit smell. And it was intimidating walking past these guests with my 13yr old girls. These other guests left their empty tinnies and full ashtrays on the ground for us to step over when we left early the next morning.

- Robert (4/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): - The cleaning staff were amazing Muck around with door keys
- Sajan (3/5): -
- Riley (5/5): Work accommodation - value for money - Close to the hotel for dinner etc no neeeding to travel for a meal which was great The room smelt like cigarettes and the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly which I thought was unacceptable from a hospitality point of view
Plenty of parking which is rare to find in Sydney eg - trucks/car and trailer combos etc
- Robert (7/5): Vslue for money -
- Maribel (9/5): - all is well
- Thangavelu (10/5): -
- dianne (7/5): - the bed was comfy and the convience of having the restaurant on site. the staff were more interested in taking selfies in there Staint Patricks costume then serving me to check in, which was a bit annoying as I had my bag and pillow under my arm walking up to the main bar to check in, its a big entrance so it would be good if they had another area to check in rather than the main bar. The bin in the room was not empty, no bottled water offered in room.
- Mark (8/5): great food and comfortable rooms - cleaners and staff were happy, food at bistro was nice and couldnt hear the noise from the busy road & the zero height restriction for parking! beds were hard and flooring slippery when going to the bistro from rooms
- Shauna (3/5): It was cheap but the price reflects the condition - The person at the bar who checked us in, was very nice. I was shocked at how bad the room was, the photo's of the rooms on booking.com do not reflect what they actually look like. Our shower was missing tiles and even had some that had sunken on the floor of the shower, it wasn't clean.
The entire room was very old and worn, it desperately needed a renovation.
There are smokers who stand outside the hotel accomodation, the smoke comes right through the rooms even with the windows closed, it still gets through the bathroom window.
There is a lot of noise, partying was still in full swing at 3am
We left very early the next day.
- fayad (10/5): -
- Debsib (5/5): - Location The food at the venue
- Kitiona (8/5): -
- Glanville (1/5): - All the bedding and amenities were dirty
- Charles (1/5): Disappointing - Location The bed quilt was stained with blood. Took photos.
The toilet rear seal was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet from toilet waste. Took photos.
There were trimmed toenails on the floor between window and main bed. Took photos.
Under the beds, the carpet is covered in thick layers of dust. Beds haven't been moved to vacuum under.
The floor between main bed and single bed smelt like someone had urinated on it.
In the shower recess there was a fleshy bit of skin. Would have taken a photo except it went down the drain.
It is a shame the room wasn't clean. I am a cancer patient and need to be free from unnecessary germs, germs that I was exposed to over the weekend because of laziness in cleaning.
And the noise. The inconsiderate patrons that were talking loudly and laughing loudly till 1.15pm was not needed. They should have been asked to move inside. I spoke with staff at 1.15pm to ask that they be quiet.
Room 1 was the worst room to stay in.
- Ebony (10/5): -
- Terrence (8/5): -

- Burger (6/5): - A nice restaurant food was good Was only one chair ifthere were 2 person, also just 1 face washer. In the shower are 3 tails loose, very dangerous. Maybe you should look in to do some maintenance
- Michael (8/5): -
- shantelle (2/5): - Comfortable bed Dirty, mess from others, bottle caps, rubbish in draws, shower tiles broken, non stop shower dripping, outside very slippery in wet, cigarette ash from other rooms all over the ground where you have to walk past and stinks. Cops to the venue three times. And the room card stops working each day. Toilet roll holder also broken. Lamp lights don’t work either
- matthew (1/5): Blood on sheets bloody mess and holes in towel - Nothing Blood on the bed sheets
- Ray (10/5): -
- Deidre (8/5): A few disappointing things took the enjoyment away from a great weekend - It was handy for our activity
Bed was comfortable The key didn’t work second night
(That’s not acceptable )
The attached hotel staff were average
Not permitted to buy drinks and take to our room
- Winter (4/5): Position was great for where I was working . Hotel great setup but motel rooms need some love and care. Slipped acon loo - Hotel was good. Except stuffed up my food order one night and didn’t get it but they opened kitchen to fix was great Was there 6 nights and room wasn’t serviced at all. Maybe they don’t when there 6 nights but when y paying same price each night u should b entitled to toiletries etc instead of going out buying stuff
- chris (7/5): You get what you pay for. - Location and pub Wasn’t cleaned to well.
- Clint (7/5): Good feed - Clean Noisy
- Gary (10/5): -

- Rout (9/5): Don’t judge - it’s amazing!!! - This place is fantastic - you think it would be loud but nope it was a great sleep - some parts are older but it has been refurbished (who cares as long as it is clean and this place is exceptionally clean). Shout out to Anderson who hooked us up with a room close to where we could park our trailer The toilet roll holder broke and I could not figure out how to put it back together - there is no instructions where to leave the key on checkout

- Denise (5/5): Not terrible but wouldn't go back - Shelter Room smelt like bleach, cold water tap doesn't work in shower.
Also staff don't seemed properly trained as he didn't mention the checkout process when I checked in, or tell me anything about the place.
When i checked out I had to search around to find a staff member in the bistro area. I finally found one who said "there's a box at the old reception". I don't know where the old reception is. Anyway it was cheap but I've stayed at places equally as cheap with better trained staff.
It's not their fault it's management's fault for clearly not having proper processes. I wouldn't stay there again.
- Rohini (10/5): - Everything was as advertised. Location is great, Beds comfortable, clean, spacious and friendly staff. A few cutlery’s

- Cinzia (6/5): - Beds were comfortable Shower room needs updating.
Not enough beds for all the people in our group.
Incredible noise of a running car with modified exhaust right outside our door, in the middle of the night and for what felt like a very long time.
- Harjit (8/5): -
- Marion (8/5): -
- Gustavo (1/5): Definitely won’t be going back there..!!!!! - Absolutely Nothing Arrive to the reception told them we’re here to check in.
So the girl tells me great room 9 is ready..WELL!
Walk there with my wife and kids.Open the door and there we see room closed with a person sleeping in there.
We were all like what in the world!
So I went back ok room 16 is ready..WELL!!!
Walk to the room and would you believe the room wasn’t even serviced or clean.
At this point I was on the cusp of losing my marbles so my wife got in a gave them a nice talking about it.
Get relocated to another room which clean but along the windows were dead moths and bugs which freaked my kids out.
And location is next to a pub/ sports bar which is open all hours of the morning so if your a light sleeper and don’t want to also here traffic all night then I wouldn’t bother.

- Geezerinlouise (9/5): - In general the whole experience was great. Easy to sort, motels are walking distance to the bistro. And quite centrally located to Sydney and the outer west of Sydney.
