Also, the sink is deeply un-ergonomic, with the cupboard above it and it being very deep. Also, no indication on the tap of which way to put it for hot or cold.
- Tigers (10/5): VIP Treatment always - Everything the staff go above and beyond always you get treated like a VIP Rupesh is amazing showing amazing offers and always offers me a glass of water seeing a have a walking frame he gives me some time to relax and check in his so polite and knowledgeable of the area his amazing deserves a raise and Max offering breakfast and looking after us on day two I can not fault these staff members they are amazing and this is why I say this is the best hotel in Parramatta it's very clean and stylish and the beds are so comfortable I have a bad back I don't need my pain meds when I stay here as the bed is so supportive and comfortable I have never experienced such a comfortable bed I've stayed in many hotels I will say this one you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in trust me you won't want to leave it's a short walk to Westfield and transport restaurants and much more I can not fault this hotel at all don't believe me stay a night and you will know how luxurious and how well treated you are you will not regret staying here There's nothing I didn't like amazing place

Pillows really really need updating. They were a flat, polyester feel, leaving me with a neck pain all week. Water wasn’t replaced as I’d expect in a 5* property. No bathroom amenities provided. Tv had no ability to cast from Apple devices (only android I think). Parking appeared to be limited, which thankfully wasn’t an issue for me this time but had I hired a car like I normally do, this would’ve been very frustrating as the hotel is situated on busy roads and finding street parking / nearby car park would’ve been less than ideal.

They only have Miracast which you have to externally download and was not compatible with any of our devices. There were some movies that we were able to watch on their system.

- Daniel (4/5): Good place to stay near parramatta unless you have a bad back. Great staff just uncomfortable - Staff were helpful and attentive to not just myself but the other customers. It is clean and neat for a small place it seemed quite modern and well designed. Off site parking and the bed was very uncomfortable for myself. This can be a personal preference but I couldnt stay there again as I have a bad back and their beds aggravated the muscles in my back.

The room and the bathroom are quite spacious. It’s got all that you need for a short stay. It is close to the Parramatta shopping Centre as well as Church Street for eateries There isn’t any close off-road parking and there’s only limited availability that you have to pay for at the hotel

It means the product had water added to it. No tissues in room. These little things are important when you pay a lot of money per night. Bed too hard.

Usually whenever I stayed at any hotel, I always experience the bed bugs but with you guys, i slept really well and didnt have the itchy feeling and didnt get any headache which was unusual for me.. It was very comfortable night. I think it was the pillow but overall, it was a great stay! Thank you, team! Minor only, they dont have full breakfast service and also the room that i was in, its adjacent to the other room.. nothing really major issue but I just cant get out in my head that there is a room next to me and it will open for some reason whilst I am sleeping😅 There is no other amenities like face wash or a hotel toothpaste, not sure if the hotel thing has changed but back in the days they supplied those. Not a big deal but they offered me additional hand towel. Thanks, housekeeping! Oh, and the shower bath, its too high for me, I think its not ideal for short people as its really take an effort to step or hop on the bath and very scary if you dont hold yourself well you may slip up. So be very careful.. And the phone in my room wasnt working but I am not fuzzy but for some maybe its an issue considering the rate per night. And no reception after 10pm, i find i feel more safe if the reception is open especially if you come back from a night out at night. It could be just me.

- charlotte (10/5): Stunning hotel at a very cheap price. - Rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and hard to leave. Staff were very kind and friendly. Very quiet and peaceful hotel, you don’t even notice the main road out the front. Walking distance to Westfield was great. Dryer did not dry my clothes despite being on for hours.
