• Alessandro (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale veramente centralissimo. Proprietario gentile, appartamento senza pretese ma adatto a un soggiorno breve. Arredamento e finiture sono un po' antiquati, diciamo stile casa dei nonni.

Silenzioso nonostante fosse in pieno centro Tutto molto vecchio sarebbe necessario un grande rinnovamento Alcune cose non sembravano troppo pulite anche se nel complesso non era male la pulizia

• Soleil (5/5): Adequate - Right in the centre of the old town Nice hot water for a shower Smart tv so ww could watch netflix We were grateful umberto let us in earlier to use the fridge It was cold. There was only bank heaters and the host turned them on only briefly for a few hours at night from about 6-8 so we wore hats to bed. Sometimes there was only cold water to wash the dishes. Umberto seemed very stressed and we felt we were bothering him by asking for the heaters to be switched on
• Zila84 (7/5): - Appartamento spazioso al terzo piano (senza ascensore) con terrazzino con bellissima vista sui tetti. Ottima zona, facile da trovare. Parcheggi a pagamento nei dintorni o gratis uscendo di almeno 1km. Pulizia della cucina e delle stoviglie da rivedere.

• silvia (7/5): Buona soluzione per un breve soggiorno - L'appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima, perfetto quindi per vivere Pienza anche solo per pochi giorni. È un po' datato, sia negli arredi che nella struttura in se, ma comunque pulito e comodo. Essendoci stati una sola notte non abbiamo usato la cucina Potrebbe essere migliorato l'arredamento e la zona cucina

• Radek (9/5): - Well equipped kitchen with basic needs like salt, sugar, coffee, and oil. Even dish soap and sponge! The apartment is in an old historic house, but it is still practical. We enjoyed our stay.

• Lilija (8/5): Por los gruppos bien, por una persona sola enorme y caro. - Ubicacion excellente, anfitrion gentil, habitacion grande. Baño espazioso. Todo por preparar la comida y comer en casa. Por una familia ideal. La cama non ha gustado - bastante duro. Por la mañana temprano en casa han molestado los gritos de gente demasiado nerviosos. Los muebles viejos dan una sensation no tan agradable. Menos mal, señor Umberto ma ayudo con mi maleta. Gracias!
• elisa (4/5): - Niente , un appartamento definito datato e’ un commento gentile , datato non è un problema ,ma la pulizia è indispensabile . Inoltre abbiamo lavato un po’ di uva e si è allagato il pavimento . Avvisato il proprietario , ci ha risposto che sapeva esserci una perdita . Credo sia doveroso avvisare quando si sa che c è un problema . Pulizia inesistente

• Martina (10/5): Italien im besten Sinne! - Die großzügige Ausstattung und die herzliche Aufnahme durch die Gastgeber hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben aber wir mussten leider weiter. Wer hier schlechte Bewertungen geschrieben hat, trägt keine Wertschätzung in sich und ist durch moderne, gesichtlose System-Hotellerie verdorben!

• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Host me us and was friendly & helpful. We travelled by bike - host allowed us to store them at the foot of the stairs. Location is great, inside Pienza old town. Appartment is a bit dated but it had all the facilities we needed & also was a very reasonable price. No issues, all ok.

• Yulia (8/5): Very good - The owner was very friendly and the location is perfectly located. The view from the balcony over the roofs was wonderful. There was no WIFI, and the signal of the bar WIFI was too weak. The parking place was in 10 minutes walk which is not convenient if you have some luggage.

• Xin (8/5): Very good - room is very big. when I use the bell to find the landlord. There is no response for very long time. I must find the neighbor to help us find him. And there is no lift. If you have a heavy luggage, maybe you must are very strong.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great price for an entire appartment in the heart of Pienza, just be prepared as you are getting what you paid for! - Perfect location to see Pienza right in the heart of town. A full apartment with a kitchen and a sitting room Like most of Europe I would suggest bringing some earplugs as the walls are pretty thin. I loved having a full kitchen but just make sure to bring everything you need to cook, oil, maybe even a spatula if you need it! I needed to wash everything I wanted to use in the kitchen before I used it as well, just as a heads up!

• Isobel (8/5): Delightful apartment in an easy to reach location, convenient to everything in Pienza. - Umberto was great, very helpful and settled us in at check-in. The location was amazing, right at the heart of Pienza. It would have been handy to have a toaster in the apartment.

• Yi (10/5): A very nice apartment looks much better than the photos on the website - Perfect location. Big and clean apartment. A nice balcony with view. Kind and helpful host. We love Pienza too much and wish we can stay one or two more nights there but they are fully booked. They provide almost everything we need. If they can also provide a little washing machine it will be perfect.
