• KiwiTra (3/5): Damp and musty! - We wanted somewhere near the City Centre this time as we've been to Danang a few times before. This location served what we needed Apart from the location, unfortunately there were a number of things that we really did not enjoy staying at this accommodation: 1. They say first impression is important sadly, the woman at the reception really did not give a friendly and welcoming greetings 2. We booked a 2bedroom Deluxe unit - not too sure what's "Deluxe " about it. The entire unit smelt damp and musty. They brought in a dehumidifier but every time you go out and come back, it smelt terrible! 3. Both bathrooms are not functional. No shower doors so the entire floor is wet after a shower. No mop provided. The toilet is in the same room. One bathroom was so musty that we couldn't use it the entire stay! 4. Laundry door is filthy 5. No cleaning service or toiletries topped up for the whole time we were there. 6. What we paid for, we could have got a much nicer accommodation elsewhere in Danang. 7. The photos in Booking.com were much nicer than reality. The entire place really needs a good clean And they really shouldn't hire out an unhealthy unit! We had to pay in full the minute we arrived so there was no chance of us getting any money back! We didn't have a good feel when we arrived at the place because the reception was dark and dull.

• Harry (10/5): - Can’t fault this place. Staff were so helpful, friendly, chatty and funny. Nothing was a problem and they would go the extra-mike to accommodate any requests. The bed’s were extremely comfortable, beautiful, modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
• Lionel (10/5): Lovely staff - The staff were very open and friendly to talk to, in addition to being very hospitable. There’s a market, a hypermarket, and many local spots within walking distance. The room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, and fridge, which is very convenient for longer stays. A small downside was the drilling noise from a neighbor that I heard at 11 p.m. one night.

• Do (8/5): Meet my expectations! - I was quite surprised to find a wine key to open your wine. Just a little detail but it shows the carefulness of the owner for our experience. Everything was very good. My room has a big window, so it is quite airy. It has 2 air conditioners, a dryer and a washing machine inside the room. This is very convenient. There were also detergent available. The apartment is reasonably priced, clean and well-organized enough for me to return next time. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen hood didn’t work, so I had to open the window to get the greasy smell out of the room. The bathrobe was dirty with stains from previous guests.

• Nicole (8/5): Comfy and easy for a short stay in DaNang! - The bed is SOFT and comfortable. We had the best sleep here!!! It is quiet and very good, has a kitchenette with everything you need. The washer and dryer was amazing and a surprise! Staff are very friendly :) The aircon was not overly cool, and the window has no safety bars - so it felt a little dangerous with my toddler! But as with anything my responsibility to watch my child :) The pool is outdated but the view is nice.

We had a small leak in the ceiling and they offered to give us a room swap, which you don’t always get if you report a problem. We also got a change of towels and clean bedding during a five day stay. And having a washer machine is a massive plus!
• John (7/5): Cosy on a budget - Only booked and used the apartment for an overnight stay but it had everything that I needed. The apartment even had a washing machine and clothes dryer so that I could clean and repack my clothes for my continued journey. Oh and the apartment had an iron and ironing board which is a rare find in VN accommodation I found out. So that is a definite bonus! The apartment has a small kitchette and lounge area. The separate bedroom was nice and cosy. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Reception is 24hrs. I arrived really late in the evening and was worried for a slight second when I saw the front of the hotel/apartment had the roller doors down making it look closed for the evening. However as I approached the entrance I saw the door bell and rang it and was happily greeted by the on call reception staff who then checked me in. Surrounding area is safe and location is good. Also on a quiet street so no noise to affect your rest if you need it. The bathroom is good but I'm a little picky and didn't enjoy the shower combined with the toilet without a glass partition. So everything gets wet when you shower apart from the bathroom sink. I did find one cockroach when I checked in but it didn't bother me too much as I opened the door and managed to chase it out.

• Patsy (6/5): - I was misled by the wonderful rating that this hotel has on Hotels.com. The lady on reception was very friendly & tried to be helpful & was apologetic. But we had several issues, the most annoying being that the washing machine didn't work & this was the main reason I had booked this place. A guy came & tried to fix it, but to no avail. My husband eventually got it going, on quick 20 minute cycle, but even then had to keep coaxing it along. They said they'd get it fixed while we were there, but this did not happen. Apartment had kitchen, but unfortunately not enough utensils eg no sharp/serrated knives, no teatowels, no chux cloths. Also no washers in bathroom. So to wash ourselves with the bath gel provided we had to use their handtowels. Apartment was lovely & spacious, so a pity these negative things, which could be easily remedied, spoilt it a bit. The pool & pool area is very small on top of building, but with an interesting view. But the pool was not clean. We pulled out quite a few pieces of plastic, it was mouldy in lots of places & it was losing a lot of tiles. It needed a lot of tlc.
• Meaghan (9/5): Very pleasant and clean stay in central Da Nang - great for families or groups - This building is run by very friendly staff and the room was cleaned regularly. Beds were some of the best we have slept on in Vietnam - crisp and clean bedding as well. We were even presented with fresh fruit on several occasions and made to feel very welcome. In-suite washer and dryer was excellent and put to good use. Many pleasant cafes and restaurants nearby and local attractions were an easy car ride away. Scissors in the kitchen would have been helpful. And 1-2 kitchen towels/dish cloths.

• Qin (5/5): Cheap but mixed feelings. - The hotel was near to Danang station with lots of restaurants close by. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room as well as washing powder. The staff were very helpful. Hotel not easy to spot from the road. Early check in was not possible. When I got into the apartment, the bedroom was clean but the kitchen wasn't quite as clean as it could be. There was also an ant problem. There was no kettle in the room - had to ask for reception. It was fine for a one night stay before early start to the train station but wouldn't stay again.

• Nicole (6/5): If you want to use the pool you should check in advance if it’s clean before booking - Clean, private bathroom, separate bedroom, felt safe, except if there was a fire I may have been trapped due to difficulty opening and closing the door. The apartment was tastefully decorated. Firstly, I booked this only to use the pool day 1 after a crazy week prior of travel. The only reason I booked this apartment. The pool was dirty and not usable. They fixed it the next day but I didn’t get to use it because I only had free time on day 1. Had I known, I would not have booked this place. Also the door was very difficult to lock and unlock, and the front door is frosted so there was always light coming in from the hallway outside. The kettle was broken. The button would not depress, so I had to hold it down and stand there waiting for the water to boil. Disappointed. I would rather have stayed in a hostel.

The apartment had a bit of a dull vibe. The sofas were stained the toilets had issues, the shower stopped working and the beds creaked.

When using the washing machine and dryer the whole apartment gets damp. We were told we ruined a towel and had to pay for it even though we didn’t even use the towel. There was a weird smell in the room. Pool area was not open which was understandable with building work happening but we were not told about this.

• Nova (10/5): - The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The problem was that the construction work next door was very noisy so we couldn't stay long. but we will be back
• Michael (7/5): Good - This hotel is away from the tourist zone which we like. It is located approximately a 30 minute walk from the beach and Dragon Bridge. There are many great local places to eat for dinner. For Breakfast there are two really good bakeries close by. The staff are brilliant and helpful. If traveling by train in Vietnam it is approximately 10-15 walk from the station. At present and for the foreseeable future there is a construction site right next door which starts up at 0700. Apparently they only do night work twice a month. We got one of those construction nights. This wasn’t mentioned by the staff or on Booking.com. The work didn’t finish till 0200-0300. Our particular room the bathroom had a shower setup between the toilet and washbasin without any barriers so everything gets wet and the drainage takes a while.
• Thy (8/5): Comfortable and cozy - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable apartment to travel in group. Amazing location, convenient to travel to other locations Room cleaning service is not thorough. They didn’t clean the sink and the faucet (even when we first checked in)

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was such a happy and beautiful person, the room was super comfortable and conveniently fitted out with a washing machine and dryer, had a great hot shower and bed was clean and comfortable. Surrounded by plenty of great restaurant options and local street food stalls in the afternoon. Couldn’t be happier, would certainly return. Thank-you so much for making our stay in Da Nang so enjoyable. 🌸 Side note - would recommend dinner at Quán Xô - Xôi chiên. Unbelievable fried rice and ribs. Address : 185 Hùng Vương, Hải Châu 2, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000 Nothing.

• Hayley (8/5): Very good - The hotel is in the center area but not too noisy. There are many good restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool needs better maintenance. The pool was not exactly hygienic as we saw dust and leaves floating on the water. There were also no guards and also no sign of how deep the pool is so we were quite hesitant to jump in.

• Euan (9/5): Central but not touristy. - It had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen so the space was nice. It is a wet bathroom so when you shower EVERYTHING in there gets wet ... even the toilet paper if you are not careful. It is a good shower 🚿 though.

• Chong (9/5): staff are friendly and helpful. might stay again but will request for a room facing the back of the hotel as I’m a light - good for family apartment are well equip for family. there were abundance of food selection in the neighbourhood. pool was in a bad shape. water looks cloudy and the roof seems like it’s undergoing some kind of refurbishment. Can be abit noisy if you stay at the room facing the main road.

• Amy (9/5): Really great value for money - Everything here was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything worked. There was even some washing powder provided! The accommodation is near to coffee shops and places to eat.
