- Phadke (8/5): Good & comfortable stay for correct price - The hostel is very well located, walking distance to pub street. As mentioned on their website, it’s a party hostel, music is played from noon onwards till morning. I loved the atmosphere. The pool appeared clean. Dorms were clean, no problem of bed bugs. AC and fans in the dorms, lockers are big enough to store big bags under the beds, a really comfortable stay overall. They even have an inexpensive cocktail of the day! The staff was lovely too. Highly recommend the hostel if you’re solo travelling or with friends. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but it is manageable. The seating in common area on the ground floor is worn out, I actually fell from the side of the sofa. It would be better if they can change it

- avihu shaubi (1/5): One of the worst staff i seen in asia - It say early check in and late check out in the option that why i book it, That was a total lie. There was no soup to shower in my room so i went at 6pm to the staff to send someone to refill it they didn't want to(and i ask politely) he was just lazy and said they will do it tomorrow. The huge tv was broken also. This is their most expensive room??? The bed not so comfortable but just that is ok

- Nuria (5/5): Si no vas a intentar emborracharte y así poder dormir....evitar! - La piscina y el colchón. En las habitaciones la litera de arriba no tiene techo ni paredes normales que le permitan poner una cortina y tener privacidad, tienen unas mini paredes cuando no están rotas como la mía que no me dejan ni apoyarme para estar con el móvil. Por ende me veían las 11 personas del cuarto lo que hacía y además toda la luz de las otras camas y de una ventana que hay molesta una barbaridad, no he pegado ojo pensando que se me iba a caer mi mochila porque como dije no hay paredes. Muy incómodo. Y poco limpia. El baño es el típico con ducha dentro y se pasa el día mojado. El lavabo está roto y cuando abres para lavarte las manos, te lavas también los pies. Además no todo lo limpio que cabría esperar. Y no había gel ni secador. La música la dejan hasta las 12 de la noche, que aunque no molestaba demasiado, creo que tenían que cortar 23:30 Max. Cuando hacía Check out me dijeron tenía desayuno gratis a partir de las 8:00 y yo tenía que irme a coger el bus y eran 8:05 y no había nadie en el bar y la cocina apagada,le pregunté a la recepcionista si podía llamar al staff para darnos algo de desayuno y me dijo que no sabía ni el tlf ni nada de el resto de staff, que ella solo está en recepción. Por ende me parece que tienen poca seriedad y profesionalidad y que era una excusa para zafarse.

- John (9/5): - - staff were amazing (Rem, Cian, Tevy, Lola to mention a few) - pool area was nice and clean and the food was quite good - rooms itself were spacious enough - location was very central, close to the river & pub street - bar prices were good and always a bit of craic to be had by night - you can do laundry, day trips and excursions through the hostel, which is nice! - shower drain kept blocking & bumgun used leak 24/7, making the bathroom wet. - room wasn’t cleaned throughout our 3 day stay, however if you needed anything, it was happily provided. - lighting in room is poor enough! - they’re only small things though, and overall, we had a brilliant stay!

- Holly (10/5): What a vibe! - This place is such a vibe! I really enjoyed my time here and I stayed a lot longer than 3 nights. I stayed till 5th June. I would highly recommend as a solo traveller as it’s so sociable. They have live music next door where you can get a pizza and the pizza is goood. They also have a beauty salon where you can get your hair or nails done. I would highly recommend the sunset tour. I did that 3 times and loved it. I have stayed in the dorms, family room and private room and had no problems. The staff are all super friendly and probably one of the best hostels I have stayed in Siem Reap. Nothing

The staff make it, they're all so lovely. 🥰 My stay wasn't long enough.

The new airport is an hour away.

- Joseph (10/5): Very fun place to meet new people with good music and a nice pool. - I really enjoyed the excursions. Sean, Lola, and Patricia organized a sunset tour. The tour involves visiting a village to view a beautiful image of the sunset with some drinks and snack. Sean, Lola and Patricia and Dylan were great organizers for all the events there and made staying at the hostel very enjoyable. I ended up extending for 5 days past my original time planned. If you enjoy meeting new people and partying I’d recommend this hostel.

- Chalk (1/5): Terrible Terrible Hostel Policies - The front desk staff were great and helpful with every issue we had. The man who came to fix our bathroom was also very lovely. It is also in a good location and the washing facilities are reasonably priced. They have an objectively terrible policy of allowing anyone to connect to the rooftop and poolside speakers at any time of night. The rooftop speakers were positioned just above our heads on the floor above. This meant that on our 2nd to last night a small group of people took over the rooftop speaker and from 12am-3am played (on full volume, so loudly that our walls and bed shook) the most objectionable songs and noises - we can only assume to annoy everyone trying to sleep and prevent them for doing so out of spite. These included Christmas carols (It's November), national anthems, the same one minute call to prayer on repeat for over an hour, a warning siren that sounded like a fire alarm followed by a fake announcement saying to evacuate and the same text to speech over and over again. This all made my Girlfriend and I feel incredibly uncomfortable and (as they would stop for a short while and then start again) even scared to go to sleep incase we would be suddenly awoken again when they started again. This psychological torture lasted until 3am. I went to find a member of staff multiple times throughout the night to get them to stop but unfourtunately, but not unsprisingly, no-one works that late. How this hostel can allow random people staying there to play these sort of things over the speaker after all staff has left is absurd. All speakers should be shut off once there is no longer staff members present to control the freaks who think this behaviour is acceptable. On our final night (the following night) they began to start playing this music (Christmas carols and random noises) again and we had had enough but luckily members of staff were still present at the front desk of the hostel. They began to defend them by saying it is a party hostel until I showed them a video I took of how loud it was in our room to which he was visibly shocked and very apologetic. He also said he knew they'd done the same thing the night before and that he was sorry.

The top bunks aren’t very private in the room. And there’s no curtains on the windows so being on a top bunk infront of a window was very bright very early.

- Victoria (8/5): Good hostel! - I had a private room (with toilet) and it was very good value for money. Apparently dorm beds are not as comfortable (very thin mattress) but mine was alright. It is a party hostel so there’s always loud music and it goes on until 1 or 2 am. I was lucky my room was one of the furthest away from the pool and bar area but earplugs are a must!

- Daniel (10/5): A fun filled experience complete with everything you could ask for in a tourist destination - All the staff was amazing, Sean and George go above and beyond in managing all the tours and trips you could ever ask for the sunset tour was one of my favourite trips to see Cambodian culture and people and the wake park trip is a wonderful way to spend a hot sunny day and being able to enjoy the nightlife with a guide makes your trip a more complete and comfortable visit the management team works hand in hand with the staff to be flexible to all the guests needs, wants, and desires creating events, party’s and tours all in all a wonderful place to stay at while exploring siem reap

- Boussaadia (7/5): Good - The staff cleaned all the hostel every day, everything was super clean, the food at the hostel was good and affordable the drinks also were good, the pizza tho didn’t look interesting The mattress of my bed was old and not equally flat which made my stay little less comfortable. Also there were almost no one in the hostel until my last day, maybe because I went jn wet season
- Matthew (1/5): Absolutely terrible - There was a lot left to be desired First experience of a hostel and it’s put me off for life. The beds are what can only be described as metal lockers with a gym mat for a mattress. I’m sure prison beds provide a little more comfort than these. I booked for a week, not knowing how long I’d be in siem reap. I travelled to Vietnam on Tuesday, To be told that there was no refund policy on the extra days that had been paid. I’d personally avoid. There’s better places all around siem reap
- Clarissa (10/5): Really good thank you - As amazing as a hostel can get! Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff. Has a pool which is actually little warm so I was really happy with that! Would for sure recommend this hostel to anybody! -
- Katie (5/5): Fine for the price but the vibe is weird. - The pool was nice and a fairly big draw card over all. The location was good, close to loads of good places to eat at drink. The staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Same with the bar tenders, especially the girl who works in the sky bar. One of the beds in our room was broken, so the mattress didn’t lay flat, leaving for an uncomfortable sleep. The shower head was the large waterfall kind, but no water came out from the actual water holes, so it just kind of poured out the top of the head in one thick stream like a hose, and then didn’t drain properly. The music played at the bar starts early, like 9am, and goes until 11pm, and if your room is on the lower level it’s going to be blasting in the whole time… and the playlist RARELY changes. Also, the guy who works there who takes people out on tours, had a real weird vibe and kept looking at us like we’d annoyed him, it was super strange. It wasn’t very inviting.

- Kwok (7/5): Good - Swimming pool Table pools in the roof need to be fixed. There is a party at night and loud music til 1 am. No rackets for the ping pong table. The shower pressure is too weak.

- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Facilities were nice. Most staff was polite. One staff was rude. After the upstairs bar closed, I took a beer, and later told the staff that I need to pay for it. She got really aggressive and called me a thief. Well, a thief doesn't take something and then offer to pay for it, so I thought she was out of line. I agree that I shouldn't have taken the beer, but she should have just told me 'Please don't do that again.' She didn't need to be rude about it.
