• Anjali (7/5): Clean, comfortable, good value. - Friendly staff - when I left some items in the hotel room by mistake, they kept them for me as well (although it was a long process to get in touch with the hotel as I had to go through the Treebo customer service). Large and comfortable room. The hotel wasn't far from the station and bus station as well, just a short auto ride. I couldn't work out how to turn on the hot water in the bathroom - there was also a light in the bedroom that wouldn't turn off so it wasn't ideal for sleeping.

Location was good, no noise heard from room and inside hotel lounge. Would definitely advise this hotel to acquaintances in my country. Nothing to say coz hotel gives value for money.

Rooms were dirty, cobwebs in the washroom, leaking taps l, dripping g water always. Linens were not changed . Stained toilet bowls. The carpets looked like they were not cleaned for ages. The room always stinked of wetness upon entering. Overall bad experience. Not worth a 3 star hotel.

• Patel (2/5): Very poor - The location is good. It's centrally located to all the tourist places. The staff at the reception is good and well behaved. Check in and Check out is very smooth. Rooms are pretty big in size. The property needs major maintenance. All the Rooms have some smell and the management is very casual about it. While the bathroom is clean, the bathroom tiles and taps are dirty and rusted. Even broken in some places. The AC in one of the Rooms we booked was a window ac, it made hell of noise but we had no choice but to keep it on. The other room had split ac but it wasn't cooling enough. They did not provide toiletries, we had to ask for it. They even did not replenish the water bottle on the next day. The towels are very hard and harsh. The passage is very dark, They can have more lights there. Even the Rooms can have more lights.

Unclean rooms, property requires maintenance. Breakfast was extremely bad. Indore is the food capital of the country. Can't expect such worst Breakfast.
