• Kieran (4/5): Not great, but ok in a - zero water pressure, some mould, no tv reception, but good/safe location. - Location great, kitchen adequately supplied, sheets/towels clean Visible black mould in the bedroom, water pressure was non existent (kitchen and shower), TV didnt work, lighting was very poor

Il riscaldamento con split non funzionava e non ci sono state fornite neanche le coperte per la notte. Nonostante ns segnalazione immediata il proprietario ha detto di avere mandato un tecnico ma il problema non è mai stato risolto. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con le nostre giacche addosso. Pessima esperienza

• Beatrice (10/5): Lage super, es müßten die beiden Sachen repariert werden - Lage war top - Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, die Verständigung mit dem Besitzer war sehr zeitnah Die Duscharmatur müßte repariert werden, diese kam mir beim Duschen komplett entgegen, die quietschende Badtür geht überhaupt nicht.

• Annalisa (6/5): - Ubicazione della struttura a due passi dal centro, in una zona di Firenze tranquilla e lontano dalla confusione. Gentile lo staff per l'accoglienza. L'appartamento è per dimensioni e distribuzione spazi un appartamento vivibile per due persone, peccato per le condizioni di trascuratezza: pulizia scarsa, andrebbe fatta una maggiore manutenzione sulle pareti ed impianti elettrici (ciabatte elettriche a vista e su mensole, interruttori senza mascherina), una maggiore cura andrebbe riservata al bagno e manutenzione alla porta di ingresso che mostra incuria. Nota: non è certo piacevole trovarsi lo staff delle pulizie fuori la porta 15 minuti prima del termine del check out.

• Luigi Alberto (10/5): Esperienza fantastica, ti senti come se fossi a casa tua - Posizione ottimale a due passi dal centro, casa molto grande, spaziosa ed accogliente nonchè dotata di tutti i comfort di cui si può aver bisogno. Lo staff è composto da brave persone che oltre a farti sentire a tuo agio, risultanno sempre disponibili per qualsiasi tipologia di problematica possa sorgere.
• PARK (10/5): - 시설이 전반적으로 만족스러웠어요 샤워기 시설이 망가진거 같았어요. 물은 나오지만 샤워기호스에서 물이 새고 있었어요. 냄비및 수저도구가 약간 더러웠어요. 전에 이용하던 사람들이 설겆이를 안한것 같았어요.

• Tal (10/5): היה לנו נעים ונוח - המיקום של הדירה מצויין, קרוב למרכז העיר אבל ברחוב שקט ונעים. גם בשעות מאוחרות היה נעים להסתובב ברחובות. הדירה היתה עם מטבח ועם כל מה שצריך. נהננו מאוד מהשירות והזמינות של הצוות. היינו צריכים עזרה לגבי שמירת חפצים וסייעו לנו בשמחה. נשמח לחזור לכאן אין

• Abdulqadir (3/5): - The host There were bugs (assuming mosquitos) in the apartment which bit my infants face and myself and my wife at night. They were already there considering we didn’t open any windows when we arrived at the property. So maybe bring insect repellent! Also consider that the property’s walls are very very thin! The neighbours had a birthday party the second night we were there that lasted till the AMS(morning) and because of the walls it literally felt like we were in the party- also made it hard for my infant to stay asleep considering the loud noise- wasn’t ideal at all!
• jasiek (7/5): - Wystrój mieszkania całkiem na plus a największy plus to cena. Florencja jest bardzo turystyczna i w sumie cenowo nie było tak źle. Wygodnie łóżko i niezłe wyposażenie łazienki Mieszkanie max na 2 osoby, więcej osób mogłoby mieć problem żeby się pomieścić. Nie ma okien na zewnątrz, w środku jest dosyć ciemno. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, co do lokalizacji to wokół są fajnie bary i restauracje ale do atrakcji trzeba iść z 15 minut a z 25 minut od dworca więc nie ma lipy ale super też nie jest. Największy minus to prysznic minuta ciepłej i minuta zimnej wody na zmianę. Na zwiedzanie i samo nocowanie nada się ale bez fajerwerków.

• Davide (7/5): - Posizione non centralissima ma comunque comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Si è fuori dalle zone più rumorose e questo è ottimo. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Da rivedere completamente l’illuminazione del bagno in quanto insufficiente e con una lampadina alogena che scalda moltissimo l’ambiente. Occorre silenziare maggiormente l’ambiente o quanto meno risolvere il problema con il Relé rumoroso posto all’esterno della porta di ingresso (il rumore è presente giorno e notte).

• Camilleri (7/5): Close to the center - Super close to iconic attractions in Firenze! The main bed was very comfy and the host was very nice and took initiative when we faced an issue, even on a Sunday. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Rest was as expected!

• Diana (7/5): Appartment with excellent position - Excellent location, very close to the main attractions, 15 minutes' walk to Dom. Cleanliness needs to be improved, there were cobwebs on the roof, there was dust in the corners of the rooms, the shower cabin was very small and uncomfortable. Very bad smell from the humidity and the air conditioning.

• Tania (3/5): Not the most pleasant experience - The location The place was not really clean. A lot of dust and lacks natural light. The basic items for cleaning or washing were non existent. The bathroom flooded. But the worst was after we left when we were talked to in a unpleasant tone, accused of not have paid the tourism tax nor leave the keys. This was due to some misunderstanding with the cleaning crew as we never met anyone from the staff and were only contacted by phone

• Mc (7/5): Good - Great location! Cozy and has the basics, is good for a short stay. The place had a moldy smell to it, the was a bit loose, and the shower was not draining well.
• Natalya (1/5): Bad - The location was very convenient. Close to the main attractions, near were supermarkets. There was basically no window in the appartment. Very cold, dark and humid in May. The bedding was dirty, with some blood stains on blankets, toilet smelled. We agreed with the host to leave our luggage earlier in the room (before check-in time), but in the day of arrival, they didn't answer to my messages so I waited for 1-2 hours outside with my heavy luggage.
