• Maricar (9/5): We had a great time and we will surely come back. - I like that the room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The location is excellent as it is very close to nearby shops and restos. Definitely highky recommended. Nothing much as you get more to what you pay for. The food, though limited, is enough to our liking.

• The Wine Monk (9/5): Great, comfortable, value stay, in a great location. - V good location. Everything is walking distance. Really good value. Rooms are v comfortable. Worth the money. They can help arrange for airport transfers and the Halong Bay day tour which were both well done. For the Halong Bay tour budget for being ready an hr before the suggested time as pick ups can change. Bit overall it was a good stay for us travelling as a family of 8. Leotus is v thoughtful and considerate. The lifts go only upto 6th so that can be a minor inconvenience going to the 7th floor although the staff helps with the bags. So something to be mindful.

• sigalit (7/5): - מבחינת המיקום והשירות - היה מצויין. המלון 10 דקות הליכה מהאגם, מהרכבת ונמצא בתוך אזור הקניות והמסעדות. היחס של רובי ולוטוס היה מכוחה, הן עשו הכל כדי לעזור ולתת הרגשה טובה. מים חמים במקלחת תמיד היו. החדר שלנו פנה לרחוב ושמענו את כל הרעש. בעיקר את המוזיקה שמשמיע רכב הפינוי של האשפה כל בוקר בשעה 07:00 והשכימה אותנו. הדלת של החדר לא נפתחה בקלות בכל הימים ששהינו שם. ארוחת בוקר רצוי לשדרג .

• Nicolas (9/5): - Als wir angekommen sind war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sie haben uns direkt alles genau erklärt und wenn wir Fragen hatten haben sie uns sofort weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber die Betten gemütlich und die Lautstärke von der Straße war auch okay. Haben sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen :) Unsere Tür hatte einen großen Schlitz unten wodurch mit schnell hören konnte wenn jemand auf dem Gang war

The hotel stuff service was exceptional. We had a problem with booking and the hotel stuff helped us and made it extremely comfortable and convenient for us. Their daily cleaning policy makes your room feel fresh everyday. I highly recommend this hotel especially to those who wants to be near from most of Hanoi’s landmarks.

• Chia Chi (10/5): - 地點非常方便，走到還劍湖不到五分鐘，到火車街不到十分鐘，周遭機能非常好，到很晚都有得吃，附近就有很多米其林美食，也有街邊小吃，飯店對面就有咖啡伴手禮店，斜對面有一家雜貨店，晚上會聚集很多遊客聊天，很熱鬧。飯店早餐到9:45，這次住的房型是面街四樓三人房，有電梯、有浴缸、乾濕分離，空間很大，最棒是大窗戶，窗簾很遮光，櫃檯和房務人員都很貼心。

• Elizabeth (8/5): - This hotel is right in the Old Quarter and very convenient to get around. The staff are very sweet and helpful with good English. The rooms are as we expected. Beds are firm as normal in SE Asia and rooms are comfortable. I had an issue with the shower flooding the first night and was given soiled towels to mop up the water! Not a great start. Breakfast was adequate with eggs cooked to order- fruit and toast were also available. We had to keep asking for more plates which was strange. Note that the lift goes up to the 6th floor only, so if you’re on floor 7 or 8 you have to carry suitcases up flights of stairs. Good value hotel with lovely staff.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 저렴한 가격과 위치만 좋음. 그 외는 다 별로인 곳 - 하노이 세번째 출장인데 이번 호텔이 가장 별로였습니다. 싼데는 무조건 이유가 있습니다. 장점 - 위치는 정말 좋습니다. - 가격이 저렴합니다. - 좋은 위치에 저렴한 가격대를 찾는 사람에겐 적합합니다. 단점 - 전체적으로 다 너무 낡았습니다!! 단순히 낡은 정도가 아니라 오래되서 간신히 작동하는 정도입니다. - 청결 상태 좋지 않습니다. 먼지가 너무 많고 눈에 보이는 곳만 대충 청소한 느낌입니다. - 수압이 진짜 안좋습니다. 특히 윗층으로 가면 더 안좋습니다. - 아침식사는 부페식이 아니라 주문하면 만들어주는데 한명이 혼자서 하다보니 시간이 좀 걸리고 여러명이 한번에 오면 너무 오래 걸립니다. 7시부터 시작인데 더 늦게 시작한 적도 여러번 있었습니다. 시간 없으면 못먹습니다. - 한달도 훨씬 전에 예약했고 도착 며칠 전에 확인까지 했는데 방 하나가 준비가 안되어 있었습니다. 저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치를 원하면 갈만합니다. 대신에 청결과 편안함은 포기해야합니다. 엘리베이터는 6층까지만 있습니다. 7층 8층은 걸어서 올라가야합니다.

You could see that the taps were not cleaned from scale for months. Not very pleasant. The breakfast was a bit weird as the kitchen was very small and not clean and there was this one guy who was cooking eggs and rice for the guests - the food wasn’t of the highest quality.
• Gaurav (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing. Most of the worth visiting places in Old Quarters is walking distance from this hotel. The staff was super nice. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. One of our fellow traveller forgot his wallet at a restaurant late one night. The night manager of the hotel gave us his bike so that we could quickly go and collect it. The same person prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning on the day we were checking out. Shout out to the staff at this hotel.

• Eu (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located in a convenient area, near St Joseph's Cathedral and plenty of restaurants with tasty local food. It is just a 10 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake. In terms of facilities, it is great and certainly worth the money paid. But apart from these, the one thing that stood out was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, especially the receptionist Anna and Pii. Both are excellent, especially Pii who manned the reception for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay there. We were greeted and welcomed whenever we returned to the hotel and Pii even suggested and escorted us to a hidden cafe nearby that serves a delicious cup of coconut egg coffee (we completely missed the place even though we have walked passed it many times because of the hidden entrance). Although breakfast was not a buffet, it was sufficient and delicious, especially the fried noodles.

The staff is the main thing that made this hotel better than the others.
• Paul (9/5): Excellent location! - Premium location! Can easily walk to plenty of restaurants and the night market. Lily at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options was yummy especially the fried rice and Singaporean noodles. Hotel has elevator and umbrellas. There were constant drain flies in the bathroom.

• Daria (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Hanoi - Excellent hotel in a convenient location. The owner is lovely and he makes you feel welcomed from the moment you enter. He's keen to share some recommendations about local food places and nearby attractions if you wish. This hotel has a beautiful design with carefully chosen details. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with pleasent lighting. WiFi works well. The bathroom is well equipped (hairdryer etc) and clean. Room service done daily (they provide new water bottles as well) Breakfast is freshly made and tasty, with few options. I'd definitely stay there again!

• Aik Tiong (10/5): - The manager of the property is very friendly and always ready to help. He also knows the nearby area very well e.g. where the local recommended good food is or where to exchange for currency
• Marc (8/5): Very good - Great little spot on a slightly less traveled street. Close to all Old Quarter things. Room was nice and clean with AC. Tommy out host was great and knowledgeable about the areas attractions and food spots. There will be noise until at least 12am, even if it's just a motorbike passing. Bring earplugs (we did) and you'll be fine. The same could be said for any inner-city location.
• Laura (10/5): - Tommy is the best! He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We arranged trips and completed a satisfying travel itinerary with his help. The beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. His friendliness was much appreciated!

He went out of his way to make sure all our queries were answered satisfactorily and left no stone unturned to ensure that our stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.

• Dean (2/5): - The night manager gave a house guest the master key to get into their room. The drunk house guest then tried to get into my room at 4am thinking it was their room. Unbelievably the night manager didn't ask what room they were staying in or accompany the gust to the room ! Absolutely astonishing. Hotel is in any case very grubby. Very run down. The walls are dirty and need to be painted. The bed was the worst I have slept in. Sagging in the middle and lumpy. Clearly the cheapest mattress they could find probably. Checked into another (cheaper) hotel for the next night which was 10 times better ! Probably the worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel.

• Siew (9/5): Good location, spacious room - The location is very convenient. Room is spacious. Was given a room away from the main road, thus quite quiet, and have a good sleep. NiL
• Shiran (9/5): Best value for your money! - The location of the hotel is right in the center and near everything! The staff of the hotel is very helpful (Tommy you are the best!) We came earlier than the check in and they gave us a place to refresh and leave our belongings, helped us with tourist information and booking of a limousine for our next destination. The room itself is very big with comfy bed and the shower was big. All in all, the hotel is a good value for your money and we will definitely will come back.

• Sandra (10/5): Perfect stay with perfect hosts - Tommy his wife and the complete hotel staff are the most loving and caring people. I've lost my dog during a walk and they went out with me on the motorbike searching, putting up papers, Facebook posts and tried everything so I can get her back. They've been really worried about me and my well being and even helped me with my flight booking and transport and ate with me lovely healthy chicken soup. They work so unbelievably hard and you can still see the ptpid, love and happiness when they both look at each other and talk about their hotel. The hotel is super clean, perfect location comfy beds quiet Also absolut perfect location for foodies, best Street food is all around it.
• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is a big plus, it is located in the heart of the city center, old quarter. Rooms large, with all amenities, comfortable bed, cleanliness, washed bathroom. Definitely a standout factor is the customer service, the hotel manager Mr. Tommy is very polite, always helpful, tries to make your stay in Hanoi the best possible. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed.
