- Verified traveler (4/5): MaxRealty24 - не верьте фотографиям - Аппартаменты ужасны. Когда вошли в квартиру в нос ударил резкий запах прокуренного помещения в купе с дезодорантом воздуха.На протяжении 3х дней прибывания запах не выветрился. На дверях сушилось влажное постельное белье. Еще одна сушилка со стиранным бельем стояла в спальне На вопрос к горничной - можно ли его убрать , ответила , что где же ему еще сохнуть ? Столовых прибором минимум . На столе в кухне остаток рулона бумажных полотенец. В ваной оставлены полтора рулона туалетной бумаги на 3 дня на четверых. Мебель старая, местами сильно потрепана,сломана. В ванной комнате особенно убита. В кухню встроен муляж посудомоечной машины. В спальной, видимо бывшей кухне, из стены торчит труба с газовым краном. Доступ нему не ораничен. Пол местами вздут. Общение сотрудников MaxRealty24 хамское. На просьбу предоставить документы по оплате предложили доплатить 10% от стоимости аренды за выдачу документов. Предварительно ни о чем подобном не уведомляли. Странно, что законное требование в обмен на оплату, получить документы по оплате вызывают у сотрудников MaxRealty24 агрессию. Принимая во внимание отсуствие комфорта, и отношение сотрудников компании MaxRealty24, стоимость суточной аренды в 11 000 руб в сутки, за данное помещение, считаю непомерно завышенной.
