- Alia (2/5): Worst booking experience ever! Worst!!!!!! - I was never able to check in to this hotel and I was supposed to be refunded a portion of my stay. I am now going to have to dispute with my bank for the charge and I am going to write hotels.com corporate over this situation. When I got to the hotel I booked there was no room for me. After a two hour almost back and forth I was moved to a new hotel and promised a refund which I still have not received. The next day I called back to confirm everything was taken care of and got some of the worst customer service every! I am very unhappy with my stay and let me add I had a new baby with me! This was the worst experience every

Upon arrival. I discovered That both televisions in the unit were broken and I was treated poorly by the Parking attendant who threatened me because the Parking pass wasn’t working and he claimed I was trying to cheat the system. I would not recommend the global management company as a result of this experience. Renters beware.
