- Nurana (1/5): - This hotel is a clear case of false advertising and misleading information. We booked this hotel only for the swimming pool and confirmed several times before traveling from London that it would be available. We were clearly told yes. This was not true. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong sewage/toilet smell. We waited for hours and were given contradictory and misleading answers by the reception staff. When we finally checked late at night, the pool water was freezing cold and unusable. Because of this false information, my grandchild was deeply disappointed and cried all day. Our stay was completely ruined. On top of this, the air conditioning did not work, the water was cut off, and the breakfast was very poor. The staff were unprofessional and showed no care for guests. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. A complete waste of time and money.

Thank you for making our stay very comfortable. They charged an extra 30 AZN. My room was booked for two persons, and I was staying alone, but when my guest visited, they charged an additional 30 AZN, which other hotels usually do not do. This is my third time in Azerbaijan, and no hotel has asked for such a charge before. If the room was for two people, I don’t understand why an extra 30 AZN was required. This was the only thing I didn’t like; otherwise, I am extremely satisfied with everything.i hope this will never happen again, otherwise i need to find new hotel maybe

В номере было все необходимое: постельное белье, теплые одеяла, вода (+чай, кофе), туалетные принадлежности, чайник, холодильник. В номере чисто и аккуратно. 1) Для меня это не негативный момент, а просто нюанс, о котором я не знала. Дома в Баку нередко стоят очень плотно друг к другу, поэтому окна могут выходить на стену соседнего дома. В моем номере так и было. 2) Раз в сутки в отеле проходит чистка канализации, поэтому в это время по вентиляции поднимается ужасный запах. Если закрыть дверь в ванную комнату — запах в комнату не попадет. Через некоторое время, запаха из ванной тоже улетучивается. Если вы вдруг в это время принимаете душ — это может стать неприятной неожиданностью для вас.

Never cleaned. All hotel smells like cigarettes each and every room when they have some kind of party in the restaurant.

En alt kattaki havuzun kokusu tüm oteli kaplamış durumda. Kahvaltı, yanındaki bar-kafede veriliyor; ancak mekân geceden nasıl bırakıldıysa sabah da o şekilde, oldukça dağınık ve kirli oluyor. Fiyatı buna göre uygun tutulmuş, kısa süreli konaklamalar için tercih edilebilir.
