- Greta (2/5): - L'esperienza presso la struttura non è stata soddisfacente, così come la disponibilità e l'accoglienza della proprietaria. I problemi si sono presenti già prima della partenza; solo dopo 3 mesi con le varie sollecitazioni abbiamo ricevuto i documenti necessari per il rilascio del visto. La signora è stata ulteriormente ricontattata poco prima della partenza e nuovamente si è dimostrata poco efficiente e reattiva nelle risposte. All'arrivo a San Pietroburgo siamo state condotte a nostra insaputa in un altro appartamento, diverso da quello da noi prenotato, in una pessima zona e in uno stabile fatiscente. Per lo più siamo state avvisate all'ultimo che avremmo dovuto condividere la casa con un'altra coppia, quando sul sito di expedia è precisato che si trattava di un monolocale privato.
