- Shubie (1/5): Professional employees but the facility and services are not worthy for its price - The staffs are accomodating. The facility itself. Looks good on pictures
- andrey (10/5): great! staff very good, have fridge in the lobby, good wifi, comfortable room and quiet location - Best hotel in Baguio for the price The water temperature could be hotter. It was warm, but that was the maximum; it could have been warmer
- Bernd (4/5): Well located, not expensive, but poor food and air quality (inside and outside). - The location in Baguio was OK. If you can stand the heavy air pollution, most sights are within walking distance. Apart from the Botanical Garden, the sights are disappointing. However, the temperature was perfect: between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, a welcome change from sweltering Manila. We changed rooms twice: the first room smelt like a sewer, the lock on the door to the second room did not work. They use a 'finishing spray' when they clean the rooms, which spreads an awful sweet chemical scent; I asked them to stop that immediately as it gave me a head ache.
The food was hopeless. They only had a small part of the menu available and there was nothing suitable for me as a vegetarian, so we did not eat anything there. Being a vegetarian in the Philippines is a challenge anyway.
The air quality in Baguio is awful due to the stinking jeepneys and other traffic. Almost all vehicles run on diesel (which does not meet the highest EURO standards) and the jeepneys and trucks belch black smoke when going uphill. I had expected clean mountain air but you cannot walk without getting a sore throat due to the pollution.
- Jeremy (9/5): Short but wonderful. - All the staff are welcoming and approachable.
- Kathlene (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay - All the staffs are very accommodating and considerate. The facilities are clean and good. It was an amazing and comfortable stay for me and my family. None.
- Zy (9/5): My Personal Review - They have a really clean and comfy bed and cabinets. 5 minute walk to the circle which has jeep transportation there. You can also order and eat there on the ground floor. We didn't have a netflix account so I thought we had Netflix automatically in the room. The heater in the shower is good but it's kinda cold in the bathroom.
- Brandon (10/5): nice place with good price , all staff are kind , and have motor for rent good for who travel without own service - Located in center of tourist area, staff are all very kind , price are affordable in Baguio city , have 24 hours service
- Eam (10/5): Great Stay! We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. - Wonderful customer service.
Close to the Tourist Spots.
Simple Rooms But Very Clean and Comfortable. Nothing.
- Han (1/5): Cockroach lovers - Cockroaches.
There are a lot of cockroaches
So if you like insects and cockroaches
It's a good choice to stay here. Smelly bathroom
Cockroaches for 3 times
Mold everywhere(room,restroom)
My all new clothes smells sewer
Chinese owner ( not live in ph, so didnt care anything)
Manager( keep lying, doing nothing, weird person)
No air conditioner
Only fan but so dusty when you turn on (room dust)
Everything is charged.(towel,tissue,waterbottle, even visitor( 1hour is 150peso 2hour is 300peso)
No free water bottle for 16days i ve stay.
In your room, there's water bottle. It's not free.
I m sure no one stayed longer than me here.
I ve stayed 16days. And i paid around 30000peso for it.
When my filipino friends see where i m staying. They said it looks scary, or creepy.
Even local filipino think so.
When i stayed here, i just accepted i m poor and have no money. So it's my fault. But even compare to other similar prices hotel or inn, i m 100% sure it's worst.
If you dont have enough money then dont come here, or try to find a affordable one.
I lost almost 4kg in 2weeks since i stayed here.
When i arrive here around 1 am, cockroach crawled on the wall next to the bed.
So i called receptionist to catch it but they failed.
So i couldnt sleep until 3 am.
And they dont care anymore about it unless you found it again and ask it catch it pls.
Chinese owner make all rules here. And the employess follow it without thinking whether it's reasonable or fair.
Poor them.
Sorry for the employees. They just follow the rule but for me it's so unfair and stressful.
It's your fault choosing this horrible hotel.
I appreciate receptionist and clean ladies they try to do their job.
But still. It was hell for me.
Even though you have not enough money, dont go here. Please.
I saved your precious time and vacation time..
Believe me.
- Godofredo (7/5): Good -
- Anke (5/5): Not again - Everything very clean. Fairly quiet setting. Absolutely no value for money. The room was tiny, likewise the bathroom. There is no restaurant as advertised. When you arrive they first show you a very long list with all the house rules then they ask for 1000 Php deposit. You don’t feel welcome at all.
- Dan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Benj (9/5): Superb -
- Rein (10/5): AMAZING - The place was far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its better if you have a car because its around 20mins away from the city. We didnt mind at all because we like the quiet and laid back location. The room is spacious, hot shower is working, theres bidet, food was yummy, staffs are nice and theres parking Nothing really.
- Andrew (1/5): BAD NOISY LOCATION - NOTHING ROAD NOISE DOG NOISE ROOSTER NOISE
- Erethzkie (4/5): Initially booked twin room with 2 double beds. Then we called to add 1 adult and 5yo kid. was offered free upgrade to fa - strategic location
near famous attractions cust service
- Megumi (4/5): do not recommended - I like the location near to burham park the room they provided was smell so bad and there was 2 cockroaches under our bed :(
- Tumacder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ferdie (9/5): Superb -
- Cagaanan (9/5): Superb -
- Nadeene (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ferdie (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (10/5): awsome - foods accessibility
- Yoshimi (8/5): Very good -
- Claudine (9/5): Overall, we liked the place because of the cleanliness and warm welcoming staff - The place is clean The only thing i didn't like is that they did'nt inform us that the room which i booked online has no toilet inside so we need to add extra payment to upgrade our room.
- Susan (3/5): Poor - I did not like the room assigned to me. The bed was squeky, and I requested for lower floor but was placed at the top floor. Olive the receptionist was kind enough to change me to lower floor and to a better room. Cleaner spray too much air freshener it was very hard to breathe. They mentioned a mountain view, but really, it is not a mountain view. The hotel needs to check all beds and replace those squeky old ones. They also need to replace cabinet to add a space for hanging clothes. They also need to evaluate the couple room as the bed is too small for couple.
- Ching (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mark (8/5): It could have been better if you have a smart tv. CR/bathrooms could have been inside the room. - Quite ang near the tourist’s spots Separate bathrooms.
- Richard (7/5): Will definitely return should I come Baguio again - Balcony
