- Thabile (7/5): Rats!! - Auntie Mimi was so sweet and respectful, cleaned the facilities well and took a good care of us. The location is 15 minutes away from suncity. There are rats in the ceiling, very difficult and uncomfortable for guests to sleep. They say they offer buffet breakfast, don't fall for that. It is only bread, beacon and eggs😕.

It was a bit challenging to locate because the road leading there was closed but we managed to go around. The aircon didn’t work and maybe they can make the wifi accessible to guests

Shower not properly functioning water runs on the floor. Kettle and microwave too far from the plug, had to carry it and only single plug available had to remove fridge before I can plug anything else
- Lethabo (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend the place - The location was great, close to suncity Mimi was not helpful,and had an attitude when we reported the water situation , we didn’t have hot water for 2 days, the bathroom taps were linking, we requested for housekeeping and they only attended hours later, the rooms had a sewerage smell
- Mothupi (7/5): They should work on their google location, and also the fact that they have a buffet breakfast while they don’t. - Their property is clean and the lady who welcomed us, Aunt Mimi was the best, she was very welcoming and kind. They said they offer “buffet breakfast” but it wasn’t actually a buffet because you don’t get to dish up for yourself, they dish up for you and bring the food to you👎🏼 Room 9 had cockroaches and room 4 had a rat up in the ceiling which made it difficult for our friend who was in room 4 to sleep on the first night of our booking. My friends and I went out on Saturday and when we came back their google location took us to a gravel road that doesn’t even have network coverage and due to that we were delayed by over 15 minutes to get to their property.

- Melodi (8/5): - The place is beautiful, as you drive there you'll be very worried because of where it's located but once you've entered the gates, you forget all about your frustrations! The place is 15 minutes from Sun city, so it's close enough but when you go there for the first time the location takes you to the village, which will completely lose it's signals The guesthouse needs to direct the guests from Sun city route instead of following the GPS from where they are.

- Sello (10/5): I would like to thanks the staff, owners of the property for warm and wonderful stay at the property - Didnt have a breakfast during our stay, because we didnt order for it Nothing, i liked everything about the property, more specially the hospitality was amazing it was like home away from home. I got a tyre punture on my way back to the property then slept till the morning and in the moring i asked for help and the staff, the owners were so helpful to get my tyres sorted and i was able to get home safe. - Phuti (4/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially aunty Mimi. The property was very clean and exactly what we saw on the photos. Great location, not too far from Sun City. There was no electricity for most of our stay. We could not get breakfast due to no power. Bathed with limited water because they had to boil the water with a pot. They should have proper backup, the generator they have is just for lights, we couldn't charge our phones.

A bit hard to find but ultimately, a good experience all together. More detailed explanation on how to find the property, had to remember to carry own hair dryer and plugs.

- Morapedi (7/5): I will be going back, whenever I can’t find accommodation inside Sun City or at Kingdom’s resort. The hosts are absolute - Really value for money. When driving to the venue, you might panic a bit. But as soon as you say the actual guest house, you’ll be pleasantly surprised🙂 The room could use with curtains that block out light. There was one or two things in the room that weren’t fully operational e.g. in our room, we could not locate the switch hidden behind a painting🥴.

- Neo (7/5): Great stay overall, but the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot - The property is conveniently located about 7.8 km from Sun City and offers a quiet, peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep. While the towels were clean, they left cotton fibres on our skin and dark clothing.

Didn't get a chance to get into the room that I secured over a month before checking in because the owner claims that booking.com double booked the room. Customer service at SelaMod is nonexistent. The owner called me at 7pm on the day I was supposed to check in and told me that she no longer has space for us because booking.com double booked the room and she already checked in "the other guest". This lady was not apologetic at all. She offered us another room at another guest house near to hers. We could not sleep there. It didn't look safe, it is not of the standard we paid for when we booked at Sela, the rooms looked like back rooms. We didn't feel safe so we had to drive back home at night. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had a late check in which was - I liked that it was 10 minutes away from sun city as I was attending an event there for the weekend. The sound proofing needs to be improved especially with regards to next door rooms.

- Miss PRADA (1/5): This stay was horrible and an inconvenience. - The design of the property and the room. We had no electricity or water for two days. No one bothered to inform us about the issue regarding electricity and water or apologise for the inconvenience caused. Dstv was not paid because only Chanel 100 was playing we called the stuff to assist but the claim to go clear the error and they never bothered to come back and sort out the issue.
- Mavis (8/5): Very good - The room was super clean and a very comfortable bed. It was very hot but the air con was there in the room to cool down the air. The cleanliness of the the premises was also my highlight. The room did nit have soap or shower gel which we were not warned about during booking. I also didn't like the bathtube as we didn't have detergents to clean the bathtube. I think showers would be wonderful to match their cleanliness.
