nataliarA656OS (6/5): Poor management - Good: - Room 6091 is very nice. - Breakfast as well. - Daughter by first time going in water got stung by jellyfish, lifeguard react fast and put vinegar on the burn. Bad: - the fluffy towels only at first day, we put them on the rack as we wanted to keep them (as said on sign in bathroom to save water) and still they were collected and exchanged with dry washed out ones. - Since 4 days loud techno music until 2am from Siren Beach Club that our kids cannot sleep disturbing our vacation here. I’ve called receptionist many times they were convincing that security and police informed and it will be stopped in 5 minutes but that not happened. - since 6 days no free sunbeds at the beach or on pool, it only left us to sit on sand. - ordered ice-cream for kids at pool bar, got such a small ball - half of standard scoop size.

It was my first time to travel with my 5-yr-old daughter but I really enjoyed it. The resort also offers the free airport shuttle bus and I used it both ways. Special thanks to May and John, who were in charge of my convenient journey btw the resort and the airport.
445alberte (6/5): disappointing experience - Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc. By 8:30 in the morning, there are no towels and no sun loungers available, neither at the pool nor on the beach. The number of sun loungers is ridiculously small compared to the number of guests staying at the hotel. Many guests face the same issue, including families with children, who are left without any place to sit or relax. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and at these prices. Unfortunately, this significantly ruined our vacation experience.

Bedroom is comfortable, clean and spacious. Kids love the pool and the buffet breakfast is nice, fresh, hot and full of varieties. The highlight is they have arranged May who's one of the Radisson staff to accompany for our airport transfer which is very thoughtful. If there's a spa available, that would be a plus. Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone.

At Avene the newly opened Indian Live Counter is a relief for the Vegetarian Guests, and the two Indian Chefs (on 8 Dec, Ashish and Vaibhav, if I recall their names correctly) are amazing and extend warmth while preparing breakfast.

The check in/ check out counter for priority guest is just passable. The process is too slow. We had to wait for 20 minutes for check out. The hotel activities for the kids are quiet limited and their app doesn’t seem to be updated. Our buffet dinner at avenue was not that great, very limited option of food and staff is not well trained. They started closing the food counters without even informing. Whereas we really liked the service and food at Annex.

SubhrajyotiC (10/5): Highly recommended, family had a fantastic time! - Radisson Blu Resort located in the Ganh Dau area of Phu Quoc which is in the extreme North of the island really exceeded our expectations across all levels. They have a complimentary pick up & drop from the airport which is very professionally managed; all you need to do is inform them a day in advance. The welcome & check in at the front desk is warm & managed very efficiently. Rooms are spacious, super comfortable beds and spic and span as expected from an international chain. We tried out their F&B in all restaurants and they are of the highest standard. They have a huge multi cuisine breakfast spread which rotates every day. The property is quite well spread out with lots of greenery & a private secluded beach. The best part is they also have a buggy service to the adjoining Grand World which is a night market with drop & pickup. They also provide pick up drop service to the amusement park Vin World. Additionally, if you want to venture out to central Phu Quoc i.e. Duong Dong Town they also provide drop & pick up at a fixed time. Also, for those interested in gambling Corona casino is within the resort. I would love to stay again here if I visit Phu Quoc again. Cheers to the wonderful staff!

Beautiful private beach , lavish swimming pool. Lot of activities for kids like foam party, Movie night, kids play area. Lot of food options and for vegetarian they have separate food counter. Service is great and satisfying. Highly recommended place to stay especially if you’re going with kids.

Finding it room is ok as this is a tropical place but on bed that to dead is little disappointing given reputation and amount the hotel charges.

The location is perfect for those who want to explore the northern part of Phu Quoc, it’s just a stone’s throw from Safari, VinWonders, Grand World. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants offering great food at very reasonable prices.During my stay, Yena was absolutely amazing. She is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my time at the hotel so much more enjoyable. Despite arriving on time, we had to wait nearly **2 hours** before getting our room. After a long journey, this was frustrating and really set the tone for the stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication wasn’t very clear about why there was a delay. **Transportation inside the resort:** The resort is quite large, which is nice in theory, but the **buggy service was very inconsistent**. We had to wait a long time each time we requested one, sometimes **15–20 minutes**, which made getting around tiring—especially under the heat. **Other aspects:** The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a nice beach and pool area. The rooms are comfortable once you finally get them. Breakfast spread was decent but could have been better in terms of freshness and variety. Overall, while the infrastructure and location are good, the **management and guest service experience need significant improvement**. For a 5-star resort under the Radisson brand, the delays and disorganization were disappointing. X2342ZHleew (4/5): Very disappointing experience - When we booked, we had received several recommendations for this hotel, so we were really looking forward to a week away with two other families — six adults and six children aged between three and eight. I have never been so disappointed. The issues started from the moment we arrived. We had booked a suite for our family — two adults and two children. Upon checking in, we were told that all four of us would be sharing one bed. While this was an oversight on our part, as we had missed the very small print when booking, the management did not handle the situation in an acceptable way. Although the staff at the check-in desk (particularly Fiona) tried their best, the management arrived and, instead of attempting to fix the problem, seemed more focused on proving that it was our mistake and making us feel as though we were trying to scam the hotel. I have never stayed anywhere that expected four people to share one bed — especially in a suite — something the management seemed to find difficult to understand. We eventually agreed on an additional cost for the pull-out bed, which I had no issue with, and we were even given a small discount. However, it was the initial rudeness of the management that left a lasting impression — and, unfortunately, this was only the beginning of our problems. Throughout the week, on several occasions, our children were told to “shhh” by staff, as though the concept of small children making noise was unfamiliar to them. Frustratingly, staff seemed to direct their comments only to the children rather than to us as parents. Ordering food during the day took an extraordinarily long time, and the quality was not great. Ordering drinks took even longer, and staff often seemed put out by us wanting to spend money — despite the bar being nearly empty. By the third or fourth night, we were even greeted with eye rolls as we entered the bar, which is not something you expect at a high-end hotel. It was so disappointing that we began eating and drinking outside the hotel — not just at local restaurants, but at other, more welcoming hotels. The kids’ club was spacious enough and offered a number of activities. However, while the staff were friendly, they did not actually organise much for the children. Unless they were doing a paid craft activity, the kids were largely left to their own devices. On one occasion, my four-year-old was allowed to leave the kids’ club unsupervised to use an outside toilet. On another visit, I went to check on the children and found no staff present at all, as the attendant had gone to the toilet herself. There were some saving graces. The room itself was very good — spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was also good, although the coffee was extremely disappointing (we ended up ordering Starbucks instead). A few staff members genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant, but they were few and far between. The complimentary shuttle to the airport, as well as free transport into town and to local amenities, was a nice touch. Overall, this hotel does not seem geared toward families or those looking for an enjoyable evening atmosphere. A real shame — I won’t be recommending it to anyone based on our experience.

The hotel themselves ruined the holiday by not honouring their original price we paid online (they demanded further payment at check in, then compromised by offering us free full/board, then they revoked the offer of free full board). This was a nightmare from the start, until George showed up. What an incredible man, he turned a 1/10 experience into a 10/10 experience. If I could give the hotel service a 1/10 and George a 100/10 then I would. He saved the day.

She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.
