• Suely (8/5): - Ascensor disponible. Restaurante en el primer piso. Habitaciones tal cual la imagen. Espacio ideal para viajar con niños. El desayuno no era muy variado.
• Maria Alba (7/5): - El desayuno era muy bueno! Me encantó que hay una terraza donde ofrecen de cortesía té, café y uno puede calentarse agua libremente y dejar alimentos en la heladera. Muy práctico contar con este servicio. Se oía mucho lo ruidos externos a la habitación y los de la habitación de al lado. La habitación era fría, me dieron un calefactor eléctrico pero era un poco viejo y costaba que caliente. Es poco práctico el sistema de llave para acceder al ascensor que te lleva a las habitaciones (no se puede entrar si no se abre el ascensor con una llave) porque si se ausenta la persona que está en la recepción (cosa que me ocurrió un par de veces) uno no puede subir al cuarto.

• Willie (8/5): Great little hotel - Lovely little hotel located close to the main square. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant served good food. Would stay here again. Breakfast choice was a bit limited.
• Greg (9/5): Lovely Huaraz hotel - We had the very top front room which was amazing. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Hot shower, just need a bit of time for hot to come through. Balcony was big and could see amazing views of mountains and main drag. Basic but nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful great location just a few blocks away from plaza de armas. The noise from street. The taxis beep constantly looking for rides. Pretty annoying at first but sort of got used to it after a while.

I think the service there is one of the best you can ask for The first room I’ve got was beautiful but facing the street , it was so loud that I was not able to sleep at all . I talk to the receptionist in the morning and they move me to a quiet room .

• Ines (9/5): Great place to stay in Huaraz - Nice hotel, I personally liked it a lot. The location is amazing; very close to Plaza de Armas. It’s comfortable, clean and their restaurant (La Brasa) is great. The WiFi signal goes on and off. I had to work for a couple of days from my laptop and it was a bit frustrating, so if you need really good internet, keep this in mind.

Pros: the views (my room was on the 5th floor); centrally located (good walkability); great staff (very friendly and helpful - they helped me get on a tour the morning-of at 5am); nice room, solid breakfast. Also 3rd floor terrace with beautiful mountain views. Cons: noisy! (car horns, dog barks 7a-11pm-ish), inconsistent WiFi (sometimes good sometimes not), breakfast was a little confusing to figure out initially the cook/waiter was tucked in the kitchen — just ask the front desk for help with breakfast at first.

Surely it's recommended for anyone visitting the beautiful Huaraz. Breakfast was too simple with 1 option of eggs + bread + drink.

• Mario (8/5): Nice spacious place to stay with 24-hour access but could be a tad bit cheaper for a subtle room - The bathroom & shower, & expansive open-spaced balcony. the breakfast was adequate. The breakfast staff was pleasant and always accommodating. The entrance: it is really confusing. The official address is the address of a tienda & a restaurant. it is not the entrance for check-in. in order to check-in, if facing the exact address entrance, you must go to your left, then take an immediate right down on alley & knock very hard on the locked door. Someone should be there to let you in to fill out the registration process. Once you’re officially checked in, you do not have to repeat this entering process as you can then enter thru the tienda, show the counter workers your room key, & they will allow you access to the elevator. I am not making this up. even my accommodating taxi driver at night was baffled he couldn’t figure it out. And, not a word of English seemed to be spoken or understood. I get that, so I’m just letting y’all know. Also, the check-in staff may seem aloof (especially at first) but they’re not; it’s just their personalities.

• Somdeb (7/5): Good - Great location - 5 minute walk from the center. The hot shower was great as well. Breakfast was pretty sad overall - both quantity and quality wise. On the 5th floor, wifi was practically non-existent. Getting in and out of the hotel was a pain. The room key doesn't work on either the main entrance or the elevator lock through the grocery store. Each time, we had to find someone to open the door for us. The room doors don't have a latch from the outside - so you will need the key to get back in even if your door is unlocked.
