Big thank you to Omar who was very helpful during our stay! -Soundproofing is very bad, especially when on one night there was someone arriving or departing in the middle of the night with luggage and loud talking. -Pillows were so small and not very comfortable. -2/3 of our booked rooms had funny smell in the bathroom.

luis tevar torrens (9/5): Muy buena estancia - El personal era encantador, las habitaciones muy amplias (nos pusieron la categoría deluxe) y la ubicación es excelente ya que está muy cerca del punto de partida de la mayoría de las excursiones principales del país y está a unos 20 mins andando del centro de Tbilisi. El desayuno era bastante básico y con muy poca variedad... siendo un hotel de esta categoría tendría que tener un desayuno mucho mejor.

Śniadania są przepyszne – panie przygotowują wszystko na bieżąco i pod okiem gości, dzięki czemu wszystko jest świeże i podane z dużą troską. To naprawdę bardzo przyjemny początek dnia. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i bardzo przytulny, a łóżka niezwykle wygodne. Na gości czekają także kosmetyki oraz jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów, co było bardzo miłym i praktycznym gestem. Dużym atutem hotelu jest również piękny taras na dachu z barem. To idealne miejsce, aby spędzić wieczór, odpocząć i podziwiać przepiękny, naprawdę niesamowity widok. Choć nasz pobyt był krótki, wspominamy go bardzo ciepło i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce.

Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare anche se si trova su una strada molto stretta. La camera spaziosa e colazione buona. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto vedere la terrazza perché siamo arrivati tardi e partiti presto ma credo la vista fosse wow Il bagno aveva una doccia molto grande ma il resto molto stretto, non c’era spazio per appoggiare le cose. In camera entrava molta luce al mattino nonostante le tende oscuranti. La colazione non offriva molto a livello di alternativa dolce e per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema. Ma per noi non sono stati problemi, lo scrivo solo perché può essere utile a qualcuno!

It offers a peaceful environment away from the noise, yet it's within easy reach of the main attractions. 2. Room Comfort & Cleanliness The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I highly appreciated during my 8-night stay. 3. Value for Money The rates are very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and services provided. It offers great value for both short-term and long-term stays. 4. Friendly, English-Speaking Staff The staff are professional, kind, and speak English well. Communication was never an issue, and they were always ready to help with a smile. 5. Breakfast Variety I looked forward to breakfast every morning. It’s served buffet-style with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. 6. Fantastic Terrace for Work & Leisure The terrace was my favorite spot. It’s an ideal space to get some work done during the day and a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening. 7. Stunning View & Atmosphere The view of Bagrati Cathedral directly from my room was breathtaking. Hearing the gentle sound of the church bells added a special, serene touch to the overall experience. Overall: I stayed here for 10days while working remotely, and everything was beyond my expectations. It may not be overly luxurious, but it is a place where you can truly feel the warmth of the people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi! There were very few negatives and there isn't much to complain about.

The breakfasts are delicious, prepared by wonderful and kind women. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace with a view of the mountains. Many thanks to the staff and the hotel owners for their warm and welcoming attitude toward guests. There is no shelf in the bathroom. As a woman, I really missed having one. The hotel is located on a hill, and it was inconvenient to go up and down with a stroller (we are traveling with two little children).

Hnátka (8/5): Terasa Kutaisi - Kousek do centra, krásná terasa k posezení, ochota personálu, kdy jsem nestíhala snídaně a vždy dostala balíček a zajištění transportu na letiště. Par mravenců na pokoji, ale nic hrozného.

Dzhamiliya (10/5): Очень хорошее и уютное место. Рекомендую всем. - Очень гостеприимные владельцы. Показали нашим родителям огород (хотя родители просто завезли нас в гостиницу и не жили там) угостили лимоном и кумкватом. Разрешили по фотографироваться на террасе. Вид там очень красивый, сама терраса очень уютная. Играли там с мужем в шашки и нарды. Было очень спокойно и тихо. В гостинице есть лифт, что очень удобно. В номере убирались. Полотенца, зубные щетки, паста, тапочки, шампуни всё есть. Было две бутылки воды, кофе чаи. Неожиданно и приятно. За такую доступную цену такой хороший сервис. Номер уютный, завтраки очень вкусные и домашние. Повара и персонал замечательный. Очень вежливые и приятные в общении. Нам всё очень понравилось. Ставим 10 из 10.
Sandra (8/5): Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal - Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz neben dem Grundstück auf vorgesehener Zusatzfläche, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr gut erklärt. Tolle Dachterasse. Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr guter Service und sehr nettes Personal insbesondere beim Frühstück. Bequeme Betten. Zwei Einzelbetten waren etwas schmal.

Babulakshmapathi (5/5): Good location, good staff but facilities not adequate - It’s closer to the down town areas. Easily accessible. Breakfast was very good and very friendly staff Bath room was so tiny and the shower is worst. Water drain from the bathroom is very bad. When I reach it’s started raining. Hotel didn’t have any umbrella to go out for dinner.
IASONAS (7/5): Friendly Staff and Nice Rooms, but Limited Facilities - I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of choices available. The location of the hotel is good, as it is close to the city centre. In any case, transportation is very easy since Bolt taxis in Georgia are extremely cheap. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the room decoration, which was modern. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good. There was a group on the terrace making a lot of noise, and even though my room was at the end of the corridor, I could still hear them singing loudly around 11:00 pm. Additionally, the hotel does not offer many facilities apart from the terrace bar, as there is no room service available.

Maike (8/5): Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. - Ontbijt was wat mager, maar voldoende. Rustige locatie. Dat de lounge niet echt open was. En rommelig was.
Dennis (6/5): - Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Terasse ist schön, hat aber Öffnungszeiten), die meiner Meinung nach total unnötig sind. Zu unserer zeit hatte die Terrasse erst ab 7 pm offen, sodass man nicht über die Mittagssonne sie genießen konnte. Das Hotel sollte sich darüber Gedanken machen. Der Mitarbeiter an der bar an der Terrasse ist sehr arrogant und unhöflich. Ich glaube es war auch der Manager des Hotels. In der Gastronomie sollte man nicht so ein Auftreten haben. Wir haben uns bei ihm nicht willkommen gefühlt.
Kevin (9/5): Excellent value for money. - The hotel was clean well maintained and well run. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped, tv, a fridge and kettle, wardrobe and drawers. The toilet and shower worked properly and were spotless. An added bonus was the small balcony with excellent views over the city. The terrace bar on the top floor was reasonably well stocked and was a pleasant environment in which to spend an evening and look out over the city. The morning breakfast was more than adequate and all the dishes were well prepared. Can recommend. Perhaps the only negative, and this doesn’t apply if you’re young and fit, is the hotels location, 15 minutes up hill from the city (Colchis Fountain). Old and tired legs be warned.
