The people running the property are super kind and speak fluent english (they are original from Vancouver), thing that allows to communicate and exchange plenty of infos about the city. • Michele (10/5): What a Gem! - Lovely hotel in a quiet, well located spot in Miraflores. The room was spacious and spotless, The owners were very attentive and welcoming. Some construction noise during the day, but it didn't start too early or go too late.

Als schon etwas „angegraute Person“ braucht man schon ein gewisses Maß an Bequemlichkeit. Eine evtl. Einschränkung meiner Bewertung: Ich war im April dort und es gab relativ wenige Hotelgäste. Und Janet (und ihr Team) sind wirklich fleißige und engagierte Gastgeber! Der fensterlose Frühstücksraum.

Close to Miraflores city center, walk within 10 mins; and 5 mins walk to the bus station to Centro Historico. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I felt safe as a solo female traveler & the hosts were warm & hospitable The shower pressure was terrible & the beds not very comfortable. The hotel is cold and unfilled - it looks like an incomplete renovation project (which I understand it is!) So parts are dated & unfinished. Its basic but fine for the price

Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per una notte quando siamo andati a Paracas e quando siamo partiti presto per le escursioni ci hanno fatto la breakfast bag con frutta, muffin , panchito e succo di frutta! Quando siamo rientrati da Paracas i bagagli erano già in camera. Il personale parla anche un ottimo inglese Mi è piaciuto tutto, avrei preferito la colazione iniziasse prima delle 8 però c’era la breakfast bag quindi non un grosso problema

• Sophia (10/5): Great location, great staff, great bang for your buck! - We had a really awesome stay at La Luna Inn. Janet and Bernie are very lovely and welcoming and a comforting presence as fellow Canadians that came from the same city =). But the rest of the staff is just as amazing, shout out to Felix. We were given so many great recommendations of things to do and places to check out. It's also very close to Kennedy Park and a ideal location to walk around and explore the neighbourhood. The rooms were really comfortable and clean and it really feels like you're getting your money's worth. There's breakfast too! Great value for what you're getting.
• John (10/5): We would stay here anytime. - Janet and Bernie were a delight (Canadians). This is the cleanest hotel that I have ever seen, and we travel a lot. It is 2 blocks from Kennedy Park. We had great breakfasts and Janet always looked out for us and called for uber type lifts for us. Our room was large and comfortable. We will stay again on our return. Ask them for restaurent recommendations. (In Miraflores, it's possible to get a great meal or a bad meal for the same price).

• Jess (10/5): Second Stay, Same Great Experience - This was my second stay at La Luna, returning after traveling around Peru. Coming back felt like returning to a home away from home. The owners were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay especially pleasant. They offered helpful tips for sightseeing as well as safety advice. On the morning I left early for the airport, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast—such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. A big thank you to them for helping me feel safe and cared for throughout my trip. None
