The property is a little run down, even with some of the renovations. Bathroom was small and the bathtub was slippery. Not enough kitchen supplies (2 spoons, 4 forks, 4 plates....). Our unit could have been a lot cleaner.

The room smelled like mildew and smoke, the bedroom carpet had a small puddle. The couch and two chairs had more stains than not. The window handle broke in my hand and left the window stuck open. We checked out and moved hotel. They WOULD NOT refund my next two nights!!!! I now have to file complaints. STAY AWAY

Natalia checked us in , super friendly and helpful leting us know about the event otherwise we wouldn’t have known ! Thank you!!

Front desk staff that we met was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in had two bedrooms. The main bedroom was great (except for not a single clothes hanger in the closet), but the second "bedroom" was more like a closet with a window, with two single beds and a small nightstand. No other furniture in the room. The bigger issue though was that the shades in that "bedroom" were not adequate to block the light from the outdoor corridor lamp right outside the window. I wish I had brought a sleep mask along, as it was so bright all night long that I barely slept. I could have read a book without turning on any other lamps in the room.

When I got to the hotel, I felt very disappointed comparing the actual facilities to the pictures I had seen on the website and the rating of the place. I did not feel safe in the area and I ended up booking at a different hotel.

The staff was warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and some restraunts and stores. My only minor complaints were that the tvs were tiny, the bed was quite uncomfortable and there were some roaches in the kitchen area.

Inclusive o ar condicionado é ótimo. A localização do hotel é excelente, fomos andando para praia todos os dias sem o stress de procurar vaga de estacionamento para o carro. Ficamos todos os dias perto do pier e vimos até um casamento na praia. E a piscina do hotel é maravilhosa também. Em resumo, voltarei a me hospedar lá. O hotel não é pet friendly

• 624charitya (2/5): ⭐ 1 Star – Health Hazard and Fire Code Violations — Avoid at All Costs - ⭐ 1 Star – Health Hazard and Fire Code Violations — Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at Club Lux Resort by the Beach in Florida, and it was without question one of the most concerning lodging experiences I’ve encountered. On day one, I discovered a dead cockroach and two live ones in my room. When I reported it to the front desk, I received no apology or action plan — only a dismissive, “Too bad, so sad.” A staff member openly admitted the building has an ongoing infestation. I requested immediate cleaning, which never happened. That same night, the room’s fire alarm began chirping due to a low battery. Instead of replacing the battery properly, a staff member entered my room and removed the battery entirely, disabling the fire detector. This is not only negligent — it’s potentially illegal and a direct violation of safety codes. The problem persisted night after night, as staff cycled through multiple used batteries in a futile attempt to silence the beeping. On the last night, the alarm continued to go off at 2 a.m. and again at 5 a.m. causing yet another sleepless night. Despite my repeated concerns, the hotel failed to provide a safe or habitable environment. After multiple sleepless nights and no resolution, I finally reported the issue to the local Fire Marshal to ensure the property is brought into compliance. Shortly after checkout, I received a call from the hotel informing me that I was now banned from the resort — not for any misconduct, but for reporting dangerous conditions to a regulatory authority. That in itself speaks volumes about their priorities. This property is not just poorly managed — it is actively unsafe. Between the confirmed insect infestation and tampering with fire safety equipment, guests are placed at serious risk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.

We didn’t like the room being so small. The bathrooms floors were very dirty and towels were poor quality. Water heater wasn’t working properly therefore we had no hot water one of the days stay.
