El personal muy amable. El acceso a la habitación con muchas escaleras, no apto para personas con dificultades. El baño no tenía ventilación y no salía mucho agua de la ducha.

- Valeria (10/5): Location splendida e struttura super accogliente - Palazzo d’epoca stupendo e mantenuto benissimo. Stanza in comune per la colazione molto grande e bella e ci si può restare anche a lavorare, se serve. Camera matrimoniale spaziosissima. Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

- Marek (9/5): Atmospheric stay in a 17th century palace - Incredibly atmospheric - we stayed in a 17th century palace, in a large room with a lot of vintage details, right in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was served in a beautiful historic room. Good, reliable contact with staff, even though we arrived on the New Year Eve. Free street parking is available on Via Risorgimento, a 5 minutes walk from the property. Very low hot water pressure in the shower. It takes long for hot water to arrive which leads to much water being wasted.

Pulizia molto soddisfacente. Si respira un bel clima. L’acqua calda in bagno impiega circa 6-7 minuti ad arrivare. Oltre al fatto che non eravamo stati avvertiti di questa peculiarità, dispiace per lo spreco di acqua.

- Michael (8/5): A romantic hideaway - Old world charm in this roomy locanda. The stairs to the second floor were a challenge but the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. They did apologise but luckily I am not so hungry in the morning.

Pokoj velice přívětivý s pohodlnou postelí, s balkonem bez možnosti sušáku na případné mokré prádlo. Na kratší pobyt v Crotone vyhovující. Úklid pokoje po cca třech dnech, což je optimální. Snídaně poměrná k ceně ubytování. Jako bonus možnost využití sdílené kuchyně, kterou jsme využívali pravidelně. Snídaně by mohla být pestřejší.

- Christos (10/5): A trip to time - Amazing building..a trip to time...perfect location..clean rooms, and very helpful owner. The water takes a while until it gets warm, but it gets warm don't be afraid.. the owner would be nice to speak a bit more English but still the job is done.

Difficile d'accès, la voiture doit être garée un peu plus loin, et on doit se repérer dans les ruelles. Eau chaude assez lente a arriver dans la douche.

Bellissima la sala colazione con pavimento d'epoca in maiolica colorata giallo/verde. Colazione molto variegata. Niente in particolare

La posizione è eccellente perché, vicinissima al centro e a pochi passi dal mare, permette di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia, gentilezza e tanta disponibilità. Quando torneremo a Crotone andremo sicuramente a Casa di Chiara 😊

Dober zajtrk in vrhunska kava. Namizne igre za otroke. Lahko smo ostali v sobi še po check- outu do odhoda na letališče. zelo priporočam
