• Robert (10/5): Great value close to airport - Great location and great price - ideal for staying close to the airport between flights. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by too. I guess it would’ve been nice if the lockers were in the room rather than in corridor, but not a big deal - I just can’t think of another fault.

• David Bryan (9/5): Great stay! Good location! - I had a comfortable sleep throughout my stay. The bed was clean. Location was perfect too! Kuta Beach, Discovery Mall, Beachwalk mall and so on. The toilet smells like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly

• gilad (8/5): Recommended for a night at least! - Only spent couple of hours waiting for my flight. Location is super good for walking around, shopping, beach. Shower is excellent. Bed really comfortable. Sink is inside the room so might be an issue

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Out of expectation. Bathroom and shower are spacious. First night just by myself, so pretty good. It's pretty good. Nothing much I don't like. It says checkout time is 10-11am. No staff there so I just left keys on the desk. Btw, it took a long time for shower to get a little warm, not even hot.

• Veronica (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. Only 10min walk to the beach. Close to shops and eateries. The best itself was clean enough and I was able to get some sleep. Widow as pretty good too. The bathroom cleanliness was a little questionable. When I arrived it smelled a little weird. The hot shower wasn't working either. Staff later explained there's a button I needed to press and wait for 19 minutes, but this wasn't explained during check in.For a night stay it's fine, I won't stay here for a longer stay.

Not enough facilities. The kettle are so dirty. There’s something like wall painting liquid inside. We only can stand for 2 nights. We couldn’t hold it till end of vacay.

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - Room was very clean an comfy. The beds a great to sleep and the curtains keep the bed dark. You also have a little table to put your stuff. Bathroom was clean and good. Staff was friendly and helpful! No hot shower.

• David (3/5): Poor - I can only say the beds were comfy and it's not too far from the beach. But the whole area is horrible. Just avoid Kuta altogether. Very unclean. There were plants growing out of the washbasin. I found a long black hair in my bed. Generally a bad smell of musky wood and toilet. At least the sheets were clean. The shower wasn't getting hot. The guys working at the reception do their job and help you with the luggage. But at night a bunch of people is hanging out in front of the place being loud, drinking etc. I could hear them from my room. Just don't do this to yourself and get something else to stay.

• Ángela (1/5): Bad - Good location. Everything was really dirty: rooms, sheets, towels, facilities and property. I couldn't take a shower and didn't feel comfortable at all. I moved to another room and it was equally dirty. Breakfast was supposedly included and there were nothing. Expensive for the poor condition of the rooms. Bad smell in the rooms and dampness. Lazy staff.

• Daisy (9/5): the place is good..lots of restaurant and 30 mins away in the airport..walking distance at the beach - i like the place its walking distance in the beach and restaurant..the bed is comfy and big the staff was good kind and accomodating. the stairs...its tiring to bring your luggage in the long stairs especially when your room is in the 3rd floor..the bathroom outside in our room is a bit dirty..the locker was good the place was big and nice.

• Dion (1/5): 1 female staff with good hospitality and other staff with the worse hospitality i ever meet. - Licah is the best staff i ever meet in this hostel, Hard worker , she's charming, good hospitality and good smile. To the owner please give reward for this women. Always give all the guest a good smile. I want to tell u the truth, hard work, i stay here since 29 mei - 2 june 2024, I never had any problems while Licah was on the morning shift, and many of these staff were on the morning shift and worked hard themselves, as receptionists and also house keeping. but on the last day when she wasn't on the morning shift I changed rooms, and it was very sad that there was a lot of sand on my bed, I think her friends didn't work as well as her, on the morning shift. And now 7 june, i coming back to this hostel because i have some appointment for some meeting in bali. But i dont really understand , why are the other female staff so disgusting, don't give a smile, are not friendly, don't have good service, raise and fold their legs like a model sitting while playing on a cellphone, I am a guest, and my friend also often comes here every month, has no response and good manners for guest questions. Look i am a guest, i asking for help and question and thats really bad respons, your staff doesnt even care to help your guest, so arrogant, f#ck! Honestly, only 1 friendly staff member responded well, whatever the guest's complaint, he always apologized well, even if it was the result of his colleagues' bad work. If your staff thinks she is great, and feels like a model, with an arrogant face, can't smile and doesn't have good service, he shouldn't work in a hostel, maybe he is more suitable in a nightclub. I was working so many years as manager in f&b and accomodation in bali, i never meet like this, she didnt even understand what is hospitality. As the owner you must check how your staff hospitality. Really i want to meet the owner or the management of this hostel. Look! I love this hostel, thats why i come here again and again, but i think i will tell my friends also and all the people who read this to not to come for bad hospitality.

• Mendes (7/5): Good - Friendly and polite service, good location! The room is very damp with mold on the ceiling and walls, and it smells unpleasant. There are no windows in any part of the room, making it completely enclosed. An automatic spray releases an irritating scent periodically. The bedside power outlet was broken. The bathroom lacks shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast consists of industrial bread and a cup of instant coffee. There is no water dispenser for refills. The common area has a good atmosphere but is uncomfortable, with simple tables and stools without backrests or cushions.

IT’s shouldn’t be used in hostels or hotels at all !!! U must research on things u use

• Asmoro (8/5): Big thanks to the female staffs, lici and mala was very helpful and i felt very welcomed, for Ian the male staff thankyo - The modern interior and the bed is the best! I got the opportunity to stayed in 2 different types of rooms, the first 2 night i was in the 3 beds male dormitory, and my last night was at the deluxe room, overall it was nice and pretty acceptable, could improved , but for a high tolerance people like me and solo travelling its ok lah Need a slight renovation at few spots such as behind sink, room ceiling and drainage system, and please upgrade the breakfast lol you could provide different pastries, not have to be expensive but it will be nice to those long staying guest

• Jurga (9/5): Comfortable stay - It's a nice, modern hostel. Each bed is equipped with a universal socket, light, good curtains, and a locker. Each room has it's own bathroom, which was clean in my room. The staff at the reception was very helpful, although fluency in English varied. There's a shared kitchen and WiFi was strong enough. There wasn't any atmosphere of a hostel, not much of a problem as I stayed just for a night. Overall it's a very comfortable hostel.

• Ieva (10/5): A stranded travellers safe heaven 🤍 Excellent - Wonderful! I missed my connecting flight & this place was walking distance from the airport. Additionally it was clean, comfortable and a safe heaven for a my distressed self. The manager went above and beyond in supporting all guests and treated everyone with utmost respect and compassion. In another life, he could have been a counsellor, a support worker or a therapist. This hostel felt like a home and left me feeling rejuvenated. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing!

• Win (5/5): Overall, I would say it is ok just to stay one or two nights while you enjoy the day by doing other activities and just - I think the location is perfect. The breakfast is one bread and instant coffee( I mean it is acceptable if you consider the price). But the bed and the room can be more cleaner . It was little bit dirty my dormitory bed and the bathroom. They should at least provide toothpaste and toothbrush. They only give me one towel. And there is no shampoo or dryer available. And cleanliness was a minus for me.
