Host attentive to the issues, place was clean Sheets was clean but with holes, there was issue with the water, they tried to fix it, but when they fixed water pressure, there was additional leaking water problem. There was only 3 mugs, for 4 people.. there was missing basic stuff like, salt, pepper, trash bags.. there was no trash sorting possibility.

• Anna (9/5): Great location I would return. - Beds were comfortable. View from the kitchen was great. There was a nice breeze with the windows open. Lots of great restaurants a short walk away. It was missing the little touches that go along with renting a full apartment. Salt, coffee, sugar etc. Laundry detergent. Those little things make you feel at home. Towels were musty and had to rewash them. The Tv only had a couple channels and it was not a smart TV.

• Ileana (6/5): Buona posizione ma non soddisfa le aspettative. - Ottima posizione, comoda a tutti i servizi e ristoranti, supermercati, panetterie. L’appartamento si trova in una zona comoda ed è di fronte al mare, e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato tranquillo. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che ci hanno lasciati un po’ delusi rispetto alle aspettative e al prezzo richiesto. In particolare, la pulizia non ci è sembrata accurata: sotto il letto era presente molta polvere (che ho notato a causa di prurito al naso, soffrendo di allergia). Inoltre, gli asciugamani forniti erano piuttosto piccoli e poco pratici per asciugarsi comodamente dopo la doccia. Lo scopino del wc era decisamente sporco, impossibile da utilizzare. Presupponendo che la casa è minimo per due persone, sarebbe carino che la sedia pieghevole da posizionare fuori non fosse solo una, ma che ce ne fossero almeno due. Considerando il costo dell’alloggio, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli e un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. Con qualche accorgimento in più, l’esperienza potrebbe sicuramente migliorare. Purtroppo, l’ottima posizione dell’appartamento con la visuale mozzafiato di fronte al mare non può comunque compensare quella che dovrebbe essere una pulizia consona per poter soggiornare in condizioni ottimali, ma le mie foto in allegato credo rendano l’idea. Ricordo che nel soggiorno paghiamo anche i costi di pulizia, ma la casa me la sono dovuta pulire da sola, nel limite del possibile.

• Neumayr (8/5): Top Lage, aber einige Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit! - Die Lage war unglaublich schön, am Meer und im Zentrum! Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, Betten gut! Kein Ansprechpartner, wir wussten nicht wo wir parken können. Außer Seife keinerlei Hygieneprodukte vorhanden! Keine Flasche Wasser bei der Ankunft, da wir nur mit Handgepäck reisten und nicht wussten, wo der nächste Laden ist, etwas schwierig! Leider waren das Geschirr, Besteck und Schubladen nicht sauber! Nachdem wir alles sauber gemacht hatten, erlebten wir 11 schöne Urlaubstage!
• Judith LB McLaugh (8/5): Toller Spot - Ich habe in Cotillo schon etliche Male Appartements gemietet, meistens am alten Hafen oder in der Nähe davon. Die Lage des Appartements ist toll,deswegen würde ich es immer wieder mieten. Verbesserungsbedarf ist klar bei der Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Sie rochen nicht gut , ehrlich gesagt. Ausserdem kühlt der Kühlschrank nicht richtig , auch bei höchster Stufe . einmal war die Milch und der Aufschnitt schlecht nach kurzer Zeit und das zweite Mal die Sahne. Beide Male gab es Bauchschmerzen. Das geht natürlich nicht. Wir haben Müllbeutel und einen Sonnenschirm und Salt zurückgelassen. Ich bin es gewohnt , dass eine gewisse Grundausstattung im Appartment vorhanden ist. Salz ,Pfeffer, Öl ,Alufolie ,ausreichend Müllbeutel ,zwei Geschirrtuecher etc. Das halte ich für verbesserungsfähig.
• Bernard (10/5): excellent séjour - La situation exceptionnelle, au centre du village et au bord de la mer. L'aération du logement, situé au rez de chaussée entre deux rues piétonnières passantes. Impossible de garder les portes et fenetres ouvertes à cause de la chaleur, donc obligé d'ouvrir tout quand on est dans l'appartement, avec les passants qui vous voient vivre à l'intérieur. Mais on s'habitue vite. Par ailleurs pendant notre séjour il y a eu la fête de la Virgen del Buon Viaje, le village reçoit plusieurs milliers de personnes avec des concerts bruyants juste sous nos fenetres, et des personnes alcoolisées jour et nuit passant devant notre appartement. Cette fête nous a obligés à quitter le logement 24 heures en avance pour finir nos vacances dans un endroit plus calme. Ce serait peut etre bien de prévenir les locataires de cet évenement qui se déroule chaque année en Aout pendant 10 jours. Même si une partie des festivités est bon enfant, le reste est juste un prétexte à concerts bruyants et gens alcoolisés, qui n'a rien à voir avec une fête patronale.
