Heder (1/5): Alojamiento trabaja a puerta cerrada, ubicado en calle empinada, cochera con espacio muy reducido - No me gustó que el hotel trabaja a puerta cerrada, la cochera privada es muy reducida, complicado para vehículos grandes o autos, deberían sincerarse e indicar esto en su publicación. Seleccioné este alojamiento porque ofrecía parking privado en sus instalaciones, pero el hotel está situado en una calle muy empinada, el acceso a la cochera es complicado para vehículos grandes o autos, no pude guardar mi vehículo y se dañó un espejo. La única solución del alojamiento fue que estacione en los exteriores del hotel aduciendo que la zona es muy segura.

Inclusive, tuvimos un percance de alergia y el personal nos sugirió cambiar de habitación sin costo adicional. El desayuno también fue bueno. Cambian todos los días. Tal vez alguna sugerencia de tours o de agencias de viajes.

Maxi (7/5): - Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Dusche war auch super! Frühstück war mäßig und immer gleich! Die Frau die es zubereitet hat wirkte sehr unfreundlich! Der Eigentümer hatte das Zimmer nebenan und hat über Booking.com mit uns kommuniziert. Tourangebote geb es keine.

Kathryn (9/5): Great place to stay! - We loved our stay here! The hostel is about a 5 minute walk to the main plaza and tucked away enough that the area is quiet. Breakfast was something a little different everyday and always delicious, usually consisting of some form of egg, bread, fruit/yucca, and coffee. The kitchen is spacious and had everything you need to cook a meal. The staff were very kind and even let us check out late since we were waiting to leave on our night bus.
Manuel (7/5): Good place, but we expected more for the price - Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, good shower, with a nice kitchen and plenty of spaces to relax. Leidi, the cook/cleaner/only worker we saw, needed to ask for authorization for everything, it would be nice if she had a bit more autonomy. We needed to do some laundry on a Sunday and they couldn't help us out, everything was closed and the machine in the hotel was "only for linens". From previous experience in Peru, we expected a bit more for the price.
Reena (10/5): All round great place to stay - Everything - Customer service is impeccable. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great location and decor. Nice indoor and outdoor garden. Cute dog. Lovely breakfasts with local dishes which changes daily and can be catered for vegetarians. Well equipped kitchen to cook your meals. Good sized room, comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure. Close to plaza de armas (8-10min walk). In a quiet location so no noise when sleeping. There was nothing we didn’t like about this hostal
Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Leidy, the staff member, was just fantastic and offered great tips for things to see in the city, and Ingrid the host was very friendly. The place had great amenities, was extremely well maintained and helped us to feel at home. The breakfast was hearty and much appreciated.
