• andrea (10/5): se cerchi un Posto di Pace, penso sia l’Ideale.. ci tornerò sicuramente - Iniziamo col dire Che di questa Struttura ho amato tutto, dall’Accoglienza, all’Ospitalità e la struttura in sé, è da sogno.. La gentilezza di Ilaria, Davvero Rara. Poi eravamo con una disabile in Carrozzina, super accessibile.. davvero non c’è nulla che sia andato male. Davvero non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto
• Andrea (10/5): Breve, ma rilassante, soggiorno di fine anno! - Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo bellissimo agriturismo immerso nella campagna. L'appartamento molto curato e ben concepito, ben riscaldato. La presenza di un camino ben funzionante con l'abbondante legna a disposizione ha reso il breve soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le attenzioni della Sig.ra Ilaria, gentilissima, cordiale e sempre disponibile ad eventuali richieste della clientela. Si percepisce che svolge il suo lavoro con entusiasmo. I luoghi circostanti meritano una visita approfondita, ritorneremo. Grazie.

• Roberto (10/5): Rifugio di pace e relax - In primis ci sono piaciuti tantissimo gli appartamenti (casali) per come sono stati concepiti, arredati e attrezzati. Si respira aria di casa e di accoglienza. Inoltre l’esistenza di un bel patio e un adeguato giardino protetto come privacy dagli appartamenti vicini e una bellissima piscina con tanto di vasca idromassaggio incorporata (è un posto macchina riparato per ogni appartamento) rendono il tutto veramente al Top! Un grazie speciale a Ilaria, (l’host della struttura) per la disponibilità e gentilezza manifestata. Nulla da rilevare in merito

• brambilla (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo per un weekend di fine estate, è situato nella campagna e le splendide colline di Amelia.Ci siamo trovati davvero bene sia per la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria,sia per la struttura molto bella,verde curatissimo, la piscina pulitissima,e appartamento accogliente e dotato di ogni necessità.Sarebbe bello tornare in Autunno per perdersi tra i colori caldi della natura circostante.

• Alessandra (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso l' ultimo fine settimana di Agosto in questo splendido agriturismo, una vera e propria oasi di pace immersa nel verde delle colline umbre, accolti dalla proprietaria Ilaria come se fossimo amici di vecchia data. Se cercate un luogo magico dove rilassarvi ma allo stesso tempo divertirvi nella bellissima piscina, circondata da un fantastico roseto, allora questo è il posto giusto per voi!

• Sara (10/5): - Struttura pulita ed estremamente confortevole grazie alla cura della proprietaria che davvero segue ogni dettaglio di questo piccolo angolo di paradiso. Noi lo abbiamo usato anche come punto fermo per visitare tantissimi borghi medievali e città incantevoli ma l'agriturismo si può benissimo vivere senza spostarsi ad ogni costo. Nei dintorni, solo con l'automobile, sono raggiungibili coop, conad, farmacia e ristoranti oltre ad Amelia che è un borgo dotato di tutti i servizi oltre che essere pittoresco e ben tenuto (consiglio caldamente la cattedrale). Questo agriturismo è fantastico sia per coppie che per famiglie: ogni casa ha il suo spazio esterno e la piscina e vasca idromassaggio comune. Tutta la struttura è tenuta con grande rigore e ci si sente molto accuditi dalla proprietaria sempre a disposizione per consigli, aiuti o anche solo due chiacchiere. Niente, per noi è stata una vacanza magica!

• Elisa (10/5): - Struttura incredibile e ottima per le famiglie! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con la nostra bimba di un anno. L’appartamento era davvero bello, con tutto il necessario e soprattutto pulito! Bellissimo il giardino privato e recintato, piscina molto pulita. In generale super consigliato! Ilaria la proprietaria poi gentilissima e super disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente!!

• Tom (10/5): Ons verblijf was geweldig, het overtrof al onze verwachtingen. - We verbleven 2 weken op deze locatie met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 11 en 13jr) De locatie was prachtig, mooie ruime kamers met een eigen terras en tuintje. Verder was er ook een ingerichte keuken (met gasfornuis) en een frigo met een diepvriesvakje. Er heerste een warme en gezellige sfeer waar de gastvrouw zeker voor verantwoordelijk was, ze stond altijd klaar om te helpen, ook om uitstapjes of andere zaken mee te helpen regelen. Het zwembad was ook aangenaam met genoeg mogelijkheden om te liggen. Er waren verschillende kleinere, mooie, stadjes in de buurt, het enige waar er rekening mee dient gehouden te worden is dat een auto wel noodzakelijk is voor uitstapjes naar nabijgelegen dorpjes of... Wij hebben zelf Narni, Amelia, Rome en de watervallen van Marmore bezocht van hieruit en dit was allemaal zeer makkelijk bereikbaar. Rome deden we met de trein vanuit Orte de rest met de auto. We missen deze locatie (en het dagelijks bezoekje van de kat Gigi) nu al, moesten we ooit in de buurt terug op vakantie gaan zal de gastvrouw zeker een bericht van ons krijgen met de vraag of er plaats is.

This is the best place in Umbria - Cudowne miejsce w spokojnej okolicy, czysty, przestronny bardzo basen z ciepłą wodą na początku lipca, ale przede wszystkim wspaniała i wspierająca właścicielka IIaria dbająca o to, aby niczego nam nie zabrakło. Bardzo chętnie będziemy polecać to miejsce wszystkim planującym odwiedzić Umbrię. U Ilarii zakupiliśmy też przepyszną oliwę z oliwek własnej produkcji, polecamy! nie było nic takiego
• Barry (10/5): Loved the simplicity and serenity of this countryside property!!! - Beautiful agriturismo that was excellent in it’s simplicity!! It was wonderful to go to sleep in the quietness of country and wake to birds chirping with a gentle breeze flowing through our place (big beautiful windows…with screen covers) that made you feel like you were in an art gallery seeing a perfectly painted countryside. We cooked and ate evening meals on our veranda and took a dip in the pool each morning and night. Llaia was a perfect host. Spotlessly clean. Didn’t have pepper….but Llaia ran us over some quickly.
• Zzzen (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the apartment for four nights and had a wonderful experience. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for us — close to all the places we wanted to visit, yet peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. The only minor issues were that the noise isolation between apartments could be better, and the water pressure was a bit weak. But it didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment!
• Minh (10/5): We would love to be back one day. Thank you for having us :) - Everything is perfect. We’re so lucky to be able to book all four apartments for ourself and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartments are spottily clean and beautiful. The owner is so thoughtful with many added amenities that came to be so helpful for us, ex: kitchen stuffs, coffee pots,… The owner is a wonderful person. She was super responsive, friendly and offered help even in the late hour. We arrived in the evening and woke up to an amazing landscape view that was so peaceful and charming. We could hear the bird, the horses, and one morning, we heard the gunshots and yelling from the bird hunters, it’s quite exciting for us :) Nothing!!!!

Exceptionally generous. Ilaria was wonderful. Lots of great advice and so kind. It was very easy to vist Rome from here, yet it is in beautiful countryside. We would definitely return. Nothing. • Liudas (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place with lot of flowers and blooming plants. Always clean wonderful pool. Private yard. Lights of the garden at late evening creats very cosy atmosphere. Apartments are equiped with everything you need, even coffee capsules for a week. Parking is under the roof in locked yard. You get remote for the gates. But the most important - host Ilaria. She cares most about her guests we have ever seen. Every your question or request is solved at once. Ilaria welcomes quests personaly and says good bye no matter what time. We spent perfect week and felt as at home. None
