- Christina (9/5): Comfortable stay - Staff were very welcoming and friendly, hotel was close walking distance to bus stop which was great. Rooms clean and it had washing machine and small kitchenette. Quiet location, there was a 7-11 walking 5 mins away. The location of the hotel is perfect if you have your a car, but if you want to do organised day tours (e.g. Klook) it can be quite hard as there is no pick up at that area, I traveled to Jeju Airport for the pickup (1 hr away)

- Riessa (8/5): - The room is very clean and enough space. Staff are really nice. You have washer, drying rack and microwave which is really nice. You do have to buy their detergent because of specific rules of not using harsh chemicals in Jeju. Breakfast is just limited to bread, salad and cereal. Rooms configuration were a little bit different from the pictures shown so not sure if it was just not updated.

Лучше сразу на него не рассчитывать и взять готовую еду, разогреть в номере

- melody (10/5): Family friendly, quiet spot with washing machine - As described. With washing machine in the room. Drying racks can be rented from the front desk. Pullout bed was sufficiently comfortable for my 6 yr old but I would imagine it to be quite small for a bigger adult male. Fee includes a very small breakfast selection (plain bread, bread roll, cereal, orange juice, salad, hard boiled egg, coffee and milk) which was very basic but a nice touch. Parking available opposite the hotel in a big, unsheltered but free parking area. Pillows were too flat, and asking for additional pillows would incur 5000won per pillow!

- 진화 (9/5): - 한라산이 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 조용하고 편안한 숙소입니다. 가족이라 객실 2개 신청했는데 편의에 따라 숙소변경도 바로 해주어서 만족했어요. 이제 앞으로 제주도에 가면 무조건 이 호텔 이용할겁니다. 추천해요! 주차장이 넓은데, 입구를 찾기는 좀 어려워요. 객실에 들어가보니 주차장입구가 보여서 다시 내려와서 주차 잘 했네요. 주차장 입구를 잘 표시해주면 혼선이 없을 거 같아요. 다른건 없어요.

- Ir (9/5): A wonderful stay in Jeju Island - Thanks to the hotel for breakfast. It kept us healthy and started our Jeju Island excursion early in the morning. Car park was easily available. The hotel was near the Olympics stadium and baseball ground. eMarr was also near. The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting us to advise us on where to tour the Island during our short stay. Thanks. All was winderbar!

Loved the room design, bed was clean, bathroom is well compartmented with separate shower, good water pressure, fresh towels every day and complimentary water bottle. Loved the washing machine, working perfectly. Hanger provided, but no washing detergent (You can buy it from reception, but I recommend buying some from nearby convenience store). Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, water heater. Opening windows, nice view of Halla Mountain and very nice front desk reception service. Received a goodies pack (notebook and water container). Lovely rooftop space. Bus station from the airport is right in front of the hotel (800, 801) Breakfast was poor, sweet bread, jam, eggs, coffee, milk and a few korean options. Bus stop for visiting different places on the island is two blocks away near the stadium, but if you have a car there’s lots of parking options.

Daily free top up of drinking water (2 bottles). Daily change of towels & clear rubbish. Clean & nice room. Not enough hangers in wardrobe. Only 2 provided. No laundry hangers/stand. Need to bring own hangers for wardrobes, laundry soap & hangers to dry your clothes. No iron & iron board. Pillows too soft.

- SANG HYUN (10/5): 업그레이드된 서비스 - 이가격에 이컨디션이면 최상입니다. 총8박했는데 접근성도 괜찮고 주차하기 편하고. 호텔바로앞이 버스정류장.대중교통도 편하고. 무엇보다 몇십만원 5성급 호텔에 버금가는 서비스. 친철합니다. 에레베이터 에서 직원분 마주칠때마다 좋은하루되시라고 항상 애기해주시고. 예전 체이슨호텔일때도 자주이용했었는데. 똑같은 건물에. 서비스가 업그레이드되엇군요. 앞으로 자주 애용하겠습니다. ~~~

- Mikael (7/5): Good - Big room. Fridge, micro wave and washing machine accessible. Staff is helpfull and friendly. No daily cleanup, access to the parking is a little bit tricky. Not many restaurants close to the hotel.
- Maytheewat (7/5): Good - A bus stop for airport bus is right in front of the hotel. Have a washing machine inside the room. The room is a bit small. We are two people with one big luggage and that is already difficult to find a space to have all bags opened.

- Melissa (7/5): Nice stay - Clean and neat room. Quiet surroundings with little restaurants nearby. The washing machine in the room is convenient and useful. There is a huge eMart few mins drive away and 7-11 just next to the hotel. The bunk bed mattress was hard. Limited/No free English channels.
