• Kerstin (9/5): Zweckmäßiges Hotel am Strand von Miami Beach. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Poolbereich und die Lobby ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

The bathroom was AWFUL, cramped, challenging to navigate. No toilet seat, no counter space and no towel bars in the bathroom. The shower doesn’t close properly so water gets on the floor (which is the only place you can put your towel without a toilet seat or towel bar). Where does a guest place their things under these circumstances? Also no hand towels in the bathroom. Bed was hard.

Good swimming pool. Initial room was difficult to access due to heavy rain. Fortunately they changed the room at no cost. No amenities for the shower (no shower gel / no shampoo). Room was quite basic for a 3 star hotel (no kettle, no coffee machine, no fridge, no locker,…)

• Rebecca (5/5): Ok stay, not a great stay - Well situated, very good location.. they also provide you with a towel and chair if you want to go to the beach. I like the couches at the front of the hotel and the dining on the other side. The hotel design was quirky and love that they had a photo booth in the lobby (although it didn't work). the room definitely needed something. The bunk beds had chewing gum stuck underneath the top bunk and one of them smelled like pee, as did the toilet, though it seemed clean.. there's no ramp for your suitcases at the hotel entry and though theres a few steps, no one will/is there to help you.. same people at the pool throughout my stay and though the hotel can't do much about it, there aren't many chairs around the pool (it's small) so people shouldn't be allowed to occupy sunbeds and chairs also. Staff seem sparse, just cleaners and someone at the front desk; felt a little 'forgotten'.

• Rianne (6/5): Prima hotel op fijne locatie voor een nachtje maar overpriced - Het hotel ziet er beneden in de lobby heel leuk uit. De locatie is goed. We mochten de koffers in bewaring afgeven zowel op de dag van aankomst als vertrek. De Italiaanse dame bij inchecken is heel vriendelijk. De kamers zijn echt enorm basic. Er is een beetje handzeep en shower gel, verder niets. Onze douche was op zich prima, maar hij was lek en het water liep zo de kamer is waardoor de hele vloer nat was. De wasbak staat midden in de kamer, er is dus geen echte badkamer. Het hotel is enigszins gehorig. Het zwembad was kleiner dan verwacht. We hadden 2 kamers van €300,- per nacht en dat was zelfs zonder ontbijt. Voor €600,- voor ons gezin van 4 zouden we dit nooit opnieuw boeken. De foto’s laten het hotel er mooier uitzien dan het is.

Requested late check out via portal prior to arrival, however this was not shown when I arrived to check in, hence the hotel should check the functionality of the online portal. It should be noted that they did honour the price I was given, hence excellent customer service recovery.

• Gustavo (3/5): They didn’t have the room I reserved. It was supposed to have one king size bed, instead they had only 2 bunk beds. - restaurant and swimming pool are good. Room is so badly designed. No desk. In order to pull the curtains over the window you have to cover a A/C unit. No fridge also. Last but not least, they promised high speed internet which was a joke, the download speed was 8Mbps, the upload 5Mbps.
• Magdalena (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at Rendale Hotel in Miami Beach. Despite booking a room for 2 people with a queen bed, upon arrival we were told there was a “mistake” because the reservation was made through Booking.com and that our room was no longer available. Instead, we were given a terrible substitute for the first night – a dirty, rundown room with bunk beds, completely unacceptable compared to what we paid for. At the reception, the staff assured us that we would receive a refund for the first night and that it had already been processed. However, when I followed up through Booking.com, they informed me they had to contact the hotel. It then turned out the hotel had not responded to them at all, and no refund was ever issued. I feel completely misled and blatantly lied to. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking this hotel.

I booked a room and they gave me a different type of room compared to what i originally booked. Spoke to the front desk who refused to let me speak to the manager. They also refused to give me a refund . Save your money and go somewhere else. They even charged my credit card 4 times!!!!

Excelente ducha Si hubiera tenido una cafetera o en algún lugar del hotel un dispenser con agua caliente hubiera sido perfecto. Somos Argentinos y para poder tomar mate teníamos que comprar el agua de 3 tes
• C6430XOgeorgeh (2/5): DEPOSIT STOLEN / Scammed - I’m incredibly disappointed upon my departure of the hotel I was told my deposit would be reimbursed back into my bank account within 2-7 days of leaving the hotel by the front desk we are now on day 9 and I have sent emails and calls and no one has seem to answered this is incredibly unprofessional and just seem like they have scammed me of money!
