I really would avoid at all cost. Plenty of others in the city.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Large spacious property, conveniently located. Sadly it’s tired and scruffy and needs both a deep clean and decorative refresh.

We were not given any access codes in advance. Stuck outside with nowhere to go and Expedia couldn’t help. Awful

I have not been able to cancel any future bookings with this property and get a refund following my first stay which was dreadful. Expedia complaints department have also been poor.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - No mattress on bed. Just two pieces of foam. Not suitable for sleeping on. Slept on blow up mattress that I was forced to purchase for two nights.Have made formal complaint to Expedia regarding this. Awaiting report from external investigators. I was moved to Holiday Inn hotel by Expedia relocation team for the last two nights of my booking.
Mould and mildew in the bathroom. Chronic lack of cleaning. Bathroom smelt of urine. Rusty towel rails. Leaking shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom.
No light bulbs in lamps.
Broken items in apartment. Dead plants.
Broken blind in bedroom which would not close. Light coming into room.
Unable to contact apartment management team on telephone numbers provided.
Parking facilities not as advertised and unable to have 24 hour access to Car parked in Carpark as closed between midnight and 6am.
Currently awaiting outcome of my formal complaint.

- Suriyon (8/5): - I think the owner of apartment has to be more active. I sent several messages asking for more blanket but there was no reply at all. Wifi in the room was completely not working. Other than these is okay.
- Chris (8/5): Reasonable price great location - Rooms do need a bit of TLC but the locations is excellent for the price so definitely made up for the it. Somewhere to lay our heads is what we wanted and couldn’t grumble.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Location changed - We booked this accommodation because its location is near the station. Unfortunately, before the checkin date, they informed us that our confirmed room is during maintenance. So they offered another one which is on the other side of the station. The condition of the new one is nice but the location is far. This made us take the uber back and forward across the bridge 4times since it is quite far from the city centre and we have many luggages. We mentioned this inconvenience and asked about the refund but we never hear anything. We regret choosing this accommodation;/

- Karen (8/5): be a crackin apartment if deep cleaned properly - terrible lack of comucation when needed never got the car pass but been told to park in the carpark n be reimbursed the views was very nice the appartment is very spacious n has lot good things bout it but if have a bath be perpared to wait 2 hours for more hot water the cleanin company definatly need to learn to clean the heatin is very good n is a very cozy place the frige freezer is big n good workin order the tv is bit hard to use n the ones in bedrooms cudnt get them on at all but tht wasnt a issue we only ther 2 nights great music system thou n good balcony
- Lauren (6/5): Unclean - The bedding and towels etc were clean however the remainder of the apartment wasn’t. Things were very dusty, had marks on and there was even left over bits of food on the floor in the living area. Shower in the bathroom didn’t work, but there was an en-suite one which did. I sent three messages to them (one on hotels.com, one email and one text) In the days running up to our stay with a query about parking but didn’t get any response. Upon arrival to the apartment (was confusing as didn’t state which block we were in), the parking permit it states they leave for you, wasn’t even there. The night of our stay I received an email asking for a review of check in, as I said I was unhappy I got a response straight away... I replied about the parking but again, haven’t had a response since then. The location of the apartment is great, and it could be really nice if cleaned properly and with better customer service.

- Linda (8/5): - We booked into City Quadrant but were told the day before our stay that it was double booked! Laura sorted us with another apartment Hanover Mill which was in a similar area and even more spacious for the same price! It was a very nice apartment and had towels, toiletries, beverages and even a bottle of water in the fridge. We understand that things can go wrong but as long as they are sorted and mended efficiently its fine.and it was! Instructions on how to enter the apartment were nice and clear! I do advise though that they sort the landline though as every time you ring the mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message and it can be a bit worrying as your not sure whether you are booked in and I didn't get a reply until the day before. All in all a pleasant stay!
