- Nibrasse (9/5): - Séjour magnifique ! Tout était parfait. Une dame adorable, toujours aux petits soins, avec de délicieux petits-déjeuners et plats maison très copieux. Le cadre naturel est incroyable, le massage en pleine nature était un vrai plus. La douche ouverte est un kiffe! Il faut simplement aimer la nature : présence de petits reptiles et nuits avec portes et fenêtres ouvertes car il n’y a pas vraiment de climatisation, mais il fait naturellement frais le soir donc cela reste très agréable. Petit bémol seulement pour la laundry : quelques vêtements blancs sont revenus avec des taches jaunes.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Erholung, Entspannung, Natur - Wundervolle kleine Oase. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit all den Geräuschen der Natur, Flora und Fauna sehr genossen. Die Staff-Crew war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Spa-Massagen richtiggehend heilsam, mir super Einfühlungsvermögen der Therapeutin. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

- Anton Verezen (9/5): Als je rust en natuur verwacht, krijg je het bij Villa Manuk - Het is zo prachtige locatie. Ik had de bamboe kamer eerste/enige verdieping. Een kamer met dit uitzicht had ik nog nergens en ben een echte reiziger. Personeel op Bali is overal al vriendelijk maar daar supervriendelijk. Geen raam wel goede insect remmers, klamboe en vitrage. Door dit "geen raam" voel je je helemaal in de natuur. Interieur helemaal bamboe & rotan. Kamer met mini kluisje. Niets...... Wel opmerking, er zijn 4 kamers. Bij wens op de verdieping te logeren moet je wel beseffen "traplopen". Het is een plek voor rust- natuurgenieters. Prachtige vogels, vlinders, libelles, planten. Verwacht geen terrasjes en restaurants. Eten is binnen de Villa Manuk. Ontbijt is heerlijk, veel fruit, Bali koffie, pisang goreng, eitje etc. Teleurstellingen zullen er alleen zijn als je wat "verwacht" geen toeristische drukte, geen Kuta omgeving.....

- Wolf (10/5): Paradise in the middle of nowhere - Locatie is werkelijk adembenemend mooi. Personeel is super lief en behulpzaam. Ze zijn mega kind vriendelijk. Het eten was goed! De matrassen zijn wel een beetje aan vervanging toe. Maar slaapt prima.

Ich hatte einen Zimmer bekommen ohne Fenster und konnte nicht schlafen weil ich Angst vor Insekten hatte aber die haben mir die Möglichkeit gegeben mitten in der Nacht meinen Zimmer auszutauschen. Super liebes, hilfsbereites Personal. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist unglaublich.

C’est une expérience de Bali authentique qu’on a adoré. Le personnel est simplement exceptionnel! Je recommande fortement! Rien. Tout a été parfait!

I had a couple of great early morning 2-hour hikes with the staff, who were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They took me through rice fields, small villages, and quiet forest paths — every turn revealed another stunning view of the Balinese countryside. Perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

- Katharina (9/5): Authentisch - Tolle Unterkunft mitten in einem authentischen Dorf. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit einer grünen Anlage. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir waren positiv überrascht, da es auf den Fotos nicht so toll rüber kommt wie es wirklich ist.
- Cathleen (10/5): Je waant je even in het paradijs! - Wat een prachtige plek met een uniek uitzicht vind je hier! De kamers zijn groot en het dakterras met tafel en ligbed was perfect. Het natuurzwembad is heerlijk en van de mooie bloemen in de tuin hebben we genoten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam, geeft goede tips en maakt iedere dag heerlijk eten klaar tegen nette prijzen. De rijstvelden liggen naast de deur en we deden een leerzame en mooi toer met de manager. Wij hebben een scooter gehoord en hebben de watervallen bezocht. Een aanrader want ze zijn erg dichtbij.

- Katrin (10/5): - Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Besonders schön sind die Zimmer oben mit traumhaftem Blick über die Reisfelder und der Quellwasserpool ohne Chlor – pure Entspannung. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und auch Mittag- und Abendessen (kann man extra bestellen) sind sehr lecker. Trinkwasser gibt es jederzeit am Spender. Sehr freundliches Personal, authentische Lage mitten im Dorf und die Wasserfälle von Sekumpul sind ganz in der Nähe. Absolute Empfehlung!
- Katrin (10/5): - Wir waren nun schon mehrfach hier und es ist jedes Mal wieder wunderschön! Besonders die Zimmer im oberen Bereich mit Blick über die Reisfelder sind einfach traumhaft – pure Entspannung. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Quellwasserpool ist ein echtes Highlight: komplett ohne Chlor, sodass das Schwimmen sich anfühlt wie in einem natürlichen See. Dazu kommt das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das sich stets um unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat. Kulinarisch wird man ebenfalls bestens versorgt: Auf Wunsch kann man mittags und abends sehr leckere Gerichte bestellen. Das Frühstück ist ein Erlebnis für sich – mit hausgemachter Marmelade aus eigenen Früchten, Eiern, gebackenen Bananen, Bruschetta, Brot, Butter, Käse und frischem Lemongras-Tee. Außerdem gibt es jederzeit Trinkwasser aus einem Spender, was Plastikmüll spart. Die Lage mitten in einem balinesischen Dorf ist authentisch und trägt zum besonderen Flair bei – natürlich hört man hier und da auch mal Dorfgeräusche, was für uns aber absolut dazugehört. Sehr positiv ist auch das Umweltprogramm im Dorf, dank dem die Umgebung deutlich sauberer wirkt. Die Wasserfälle von Sekumpul sind zudem ganz in der Nähe. Für uns steht fest: Beim nächsten Bali-Besuch kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

- bouchard (10/5): - Un lieu magique et relaxant, une vue splendide, le personnel extrêmement aimable, petit déjeuner très bien et très varié. Les propriétaires tiennent aussi un restaurant a Singaraja et l'on peut commander son repas du soir qu'ils livrent. C'est assez isolé et c'est ce qui fait son charme , pas loin de la cascade de Sekumpul. Les chambres du RDC semblent mieux que celles du haut, avec leur grande terrasse sur le magnifique jardin et la piscine.
- Alice (10/5): One of the most beautiful surroundings you can stay at in Bali. - We had a great stay at villa Manuk. Villa Manuk is a very well maintained property, and also very comfortable. Besides that, it finds itself in one of the most beautiful area in Bali. The surroundings are incredible, many waterfalls in the area, easy to reach with a scooter from the villa. There are not many tourists here which gives you a sense of the local life. Made robot, our host of the villa, was so kind to go on a walk with us from the villa, and what a stunning ricefields, forest and village we have seen!! Hope to come back here one day.

- Leon (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful environs, beautiful wooden cottage, spectacular view, great pool, warm hospitality, nice dog and cat. The neighbors are loud especially around mealtimes with TV volume turned quite high so they talked quite loud which kind of kills the serenity. Also, the sound from the radio playing across the rice paddy carries which isn’t as big of an issue since it’s only during the day but again, not as quiet as one would hope in such stunning environs.

Consisting of only 4 units of accommodation, the room was spacious with amazing views across the sweeping countryside which made it a very relaxing romantic setting. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and provided breakfast daily with option evening dinner also. We loved this accommodation and it exceeded expectations. Nothing

Where this accomodation was meant to be 13 k it stated on the web site. But then after we discovered 28 k along very windy roads . And the next day we were told you walk from the road?
