• francis (9/5): - Très bel appartement. Petites attentions très appréciées comme du bon café à disposition, une petite boîte de sardines. L'emplacement idéal Le centre ville est bruyant mais il y a du double vitrage. Les photos laissent croire que ça donne sur un jardin alors qu'il n'en est rien.
• Linda (9/5): Roomy, clean and great location. - It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything and good eateries nearby. Also a laundry is very near. It was lovely having the windows open because of the views and trees outside the windows, but the road is busy and fairly noisy quite early with trucks and bus noise.

• Tuna (5/5): - Konumu merkeziydi. Oda ve mutfak genişliği iyiydi. Asansör yoktu. Valizleri dar merdivenlerden birkaç kat çıkarmak zorunda kaldık. Saat 16:00 olmadan bilgileri göndermediler. Otele 15-16:00 arasında ulaştık yağmur da yağıyordu, booking.com ve WhatsApp'tan iletişime geçtiğimiz halde hiçbir cevap vermediler. Mecburen bir cafe'de bilgileri göndermelerini bekledik. Halbuki otel yakınında valizlerimizi birakabileceğimiz bir yer varmış, ama bu bilgiyi de önceden vermedikleri için kullanamadık. Yatak odasının üstü açık ve kapısı yoktu. Banyo kapısı gicirdiyordu. Bu yüzden gece tuvalete girerken epey gürültü oluyordu. Banyoda malzemeleri koymak için de hiçbir alan yok.

• mika (4/5): The place is clean and good location but we didn’t get what we booked and when we asked for it we never got help or comp - It was clean and nice location We specifically booked this apartment because it offered 4 single beds. However, when we arrived late at night, two of the beds were joined together with double bedding. When we contacted the hosts, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted we were wrong and told us to find extra sheets in the closet and change them ourselves. To make matters worse, the sheets weren't even there. We had to wait until 11:30 PM for the host to finally bring linens, and we ended up having to make the beds ourselves in the middle of the night after a long day of travel. While the hosts were polite in their tone, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. An apology the next morning doesn't make up for a ruined first night and the lack of basic preparation. Would not recommend if you rely on specific sleeping arrangements.

• maria dolores (7/5): - Limpieza buena, menajr ok La cama de matrimomio eran 2 camas juntas que eso me da igual pero eran de 80cm de ancho sl igual que las 2 infividuales, no es comodo parexeque te vas a caer, nadie tiene hoy camas de 80cm. Las habitaciones son ruidosas porque las ventanas son antiguas, se oye todo el ruido de la calle por la noche , se escucha durante la noche motores del aire de otro edificio cercano y de 5:30 de ña mañana a 6:30 los camiones de basuras, y limpieza de calle, no se puede descansar y ademas entra luz xq son dos puertas de madera no persianas y no sellan bien. Ademas parar abrir laa ventanas es mecanismo antigua y pesan una barbaridad. No tiene ascensor pero eso ya lo sabia.

• cheema (10/5): Will definitely recommend to friends but i will give some honest, realistic expections - The location The value for money Completeness of all the things you basically need in an apartment and i mean it when I say “complete” The property is 12 mins walk from the reception which is ascending path walk while pushing a stroller The lounge where you can leave your things for free is another 12-14 mins walk. Check in time is at 4pm, you wasted already a whole day with this if this will be followed. Everything was almost perfect aside from these points. They have to be more realistic with the lounge where guests can leave their things for free bec this costs 12 euros extra if we opt for luggage lockers.

• Marta (4/5): Apartment infected with ants - Location was good and bed was really comfortable Ants! We left some sweets on the kitchen table only to get back to millions of ants. Staff reacted quickly and send cleaning team next day, but I was still finding multiple ants in various locations of the apartment. Also communication was weird. First we received message saying that we cannot check in yet because “guest mistakenly entered our apartment”, then there were not responding to any of my messages. When they finally responded they did not answer any of my questions, just said that we can finally check in. There were also lots of spam messages on booking urging me to pay and confirm my reservation.

The apartment was really well laid out - one room with a sitting room area with settees and kitchen area with a table and chairs. Was very relaxing with really nice big windows, that have shutters for night time. Bedroom a good size with lovely big windows and lots of wardrobe space. The apartment was near shops, cafes, restaurants, transport. This was a great place to stay.

Torneremo - Posizione fantastica, pulitissima Ci tornerò sicuramente Ho scritto per poter anticipare il Check-in e la struttura ha accolto la mia richiesta… arrivati alla struttura di fatto non è stato così, l’appartamento ci è stato consegnato circa 15 minuti prima dell’orario da loro stabilito. L’accoglienza alla reception e stata poco professionale

Geräumige Zimmer und sehr gutes Bett. War alles bestens, aber eine Nespressomaschine wäre schön gewesen, Filterkaffee ist nicht mein Ding.

Lots of messages asking what time we were arriving which I answered with no response then we took our cases to the storage place as we’d been told the apartment wasn’t free until 4pm but at the storage the told us it was ready. I have a bad knee and my daughter was recovering from food poisoning so the extra journey was a drag. Clearer communication needed

• Mabel (9/5): Comfortable stay - Easy access to apartment as no need to contact owner of property on time to meet up. Kitchen is full equiped. There was power trip in the whole building once a day. Lucky for us a guy who stayed on the 2nd floor managed to find the circuit switch and turned the power back on.

Recomendamos. Não é algo necessariamente ruim. Apenas um ponto para ter atenção na hora de escolher: o primeiro lance de escadas é bem desconfortável, podendo ser até inviável para uma pessoa com certa dificuldade de locomoção.

• Eliza M D (10/5): Lovely accomodation - The location is excellent, right next to the town hall, we walked to all the main sights easily. The apartment is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We were here in the winter and used the AC to heat the apartment without issues. You have to go up the stairs to the apartment so keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy. We had small suitcases so it wasn't a problem

Было холодно, пришлось включить кондиционеры, но через некоторое время выключился свет от напряжения. Правда хозяин быстро помог включить на счетчике свет.

• ramon (9/5): - La situació, està just al centre, pots anar a tot arreu a peu. L'apartament equipat amb tot lo necessari per una estada i el llit extra gran i comodíssim. Relació qualitat preu molt bona. Potser el tema de calefacció una mica just, li faltava una mica de potència es exterior i 1r pis, amb les finestres antigues i sense aïllar. Això també fa que sigui una mica sorollós, se sent tot lo que passa al carrer.

• Oleg (1/5): Life threatening situation could happen if you stay here - 0 We booked these apartments for two nights in Porto. On the first day, when we attempted to leave the building for a walk, the main exit door to the street was locked, and there was no alternative exit. We contacted the host, and after approximately one hour someone unlocked the door. The host apologized and explicitly admitted that this was their mistake, explaining that they had given a key capable of locking the main entrance door to another person. They also confirmed that they were aware someone had locked the door. Despite knowing about this serious issue, the host took no corrective action. They did not retrieve the key, did not disable the lock, and did not ensure the door remained accessible. No measures were taken to prevent this situation from happening again. The following morning, at around 6:00 AM, when we tried to leave the building to mind my business before our flight, the exact same situation occurred. Once again, the exit door was locked, and we were unable to leave the building. I repeatedly called and messaged the host, but received no response. This is the only emergency exit from the building. In the event of a fire or any other emergency, escape would have been impossible. This represents a serious safety violation. We were effectively trapped inside the building. As no assistance was provided by the host, I contacted the police. Police officers arrived, and firefighters were also called to help free us from the third floor of the building. I am currently waiting for the official police report documenting this incident. This situation ruined my stay, business opportunities, caused extreme stress and panic attacks, negatively affected my health, and prevented me from fulfilling important business obligations scheduled for that day.
