• fierrox (3/5): Make sure to ask for your invoice in person! - Great location and convenient premises. Free parking outside, very close to the main avenue. It even has some snacks and drinks machines for late cravings. It has double blinds for maximum light blocking. They never sent me the invoice, so I cannot report the expense to the company. They should pay attention to this, since most of the guests I saw were workers from a construction site or other obvious business-related travellers.

• JULIE (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, situé a quelques km de l'aéroport donc très pratique ! Les lits sont confortable. Nous avons passé une nuit avant notre vol, si vous cherchez une chambre pas excessive et proche de l'aéroport je recommande. De plus, nous avons pu faire un check in sans problème tard dans la nuit, il y a un agent accueil à la réception même le soir. Le petit déjeuner serait un vrai plus.

Ni bien ingresas el olor a desinfectante te invade, lo que aparenta ser una cocina para usar es una heladera vieja, que no puede ser usada y con mal olor. El equipo de aire acondicionado es tan viejo que hace un ruido muy molesto toda la noche. El hospedaje era por una noche y con la intención de estar cerca del aeropuerto. ERROR!!! muy mala experiencia...no debería aparecer como hotel, es un motel 2 estrellas

Muy buen estacionamiento para el auto y a la vuelta de un super muy grande y de heladería. La ubicación excelente. No informan que no te dan los utensilios de cocina, nos enteramos luego de reservar. Por lo cual, comer fue muy dificil con sólo un microondas. La pileta es muy linda pero super profunda, por lo cual no es apta para niños. Durante toda la noche escuchamos ruido de motores que no permitían dormir cómodamente y era del propio hotel. Asique dormimos y comimos muy mal.

The bed was super stiff, pillows felt also stiff and very old. The room itself is dedicated only for last solution close to the airport but not lovely at all.

Pedí dos camas y me dijeron que la aplicación según el personal de recepción y booking (qué solo me contactaron una vez y ningún día mas) se me asignó de una cama por ser 2 personas y eso no fue lo que solicite El hotel en general requiere de mantenimiento. Mi regadera no tenía presión y el monomando en malas condiciones Según ellos la arreglaron y nunca pude bañarme a gusto. Salía poca agua. El teléfono de la habitación nunca funcionó Y además me quisieron restringir el uso de las toallas Estaban 2 en el cuarto y yo necesitaba 4. Y según ellos era una por persona. Nosotros ocupamos 2 cada uno (mi hijo y yo) Y al final después de un muy mal rato me las dieron. Fue una mala experiencia para una renta de 9 noches. Y en este caso hubo responsabilidad de booking por reservar una habitación qué no corresponde a lo que yo no pedí y del hotel por las malas condiciones del alojamiento Que pena

Faltaba limpieza, encontramos una cucaracha que se metió bajo la cama, una de las toallas que dejaron en la habitación tenía un gran agujero y estaba manchada, falta un espejo en la habitación.

• Bryan Joab (2/5): - The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management. I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me. I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests. I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.

• Maria Fernanda (10/5): Estuvo excelente, ubicacion, areas, precio, comodidad, alberca, lavanderia todo muy recomendable. - La ubicacion fue perfecta para nuestras necesidades. Justo enfrente hay una plaza con todo lo necesario, super mercado, banco, farmacias y areas de comida y hasta lava auto. Y a unos metros mas otra plaza con muy buenos restaurantes. Estabamos a 15 min de otros lados en cancun y a 22 minutos de la zona hotelera, igual el aeropuerto muy cerca como 10 minutos. Unicamente no me gustó que nuestra estancia era por 7 dias, nos indicaron que la limpieza del cuarto se efectuaba al septimo dia (el dia que saliamos) Muy accesibles para cambiar toallas y recoger basura, pero en habitaciones como esta, la limpieza del cuarto cada tercer dia estaría genial.

• Amy (6/5): Overall not geared to facilitate long stays comfortably but to make money on your longer stay - Good cold AC. Dark room. Comfortable bed. It’s extended stay with a small kitchen set up. Downside no actual things to use in the kitchen. There is a hotplate. But no pots no plates no cups no silverware. You can rent them for $. Not even a deposit. Ridiculous. The laundry was nice to have which is why I chose this place t it is crazy expensive And the location is much further out from most things that it seemed on map.

The hotel is a great option for travelers looking for affordability, extended stays, or a no-frills place with all the essentials. The room was clean, spacious, and included a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stove—perfect for preparing quick meals. The air conditioning worked well (a must in Cancún!), and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. The location is convenient if you’re not necessarily looking to be right in the hotel zone. It’s close to shopping centers and main roads, making it easy to get around by car or taxi. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful 🙏 N/A

Pros: - Quick walk to dining and grocery options Cons: - Poor humidity regulation in rooms during warmer months; excessive moisture unless the AC is kept cold, which made it almost too cold for me - No dishes, cutlery, cups, or supplies of any kind for kitchen in rooms; you are either forced to buy an overpriced kit from the hotel, or go to the local Chinese imports store and Walmart for the basics - One little bar of soap for the whole room - Harsh chemical cleaning smell in lobby Ok for a one night stay near airport, but wouldn’t really recommend it otherwise unless you are extended stay in less humid months and don’t mind buying your own kitchen items

• Travis (10/5): A busy week in Cancun - Room was very clean, mostly quiet. Not much of a view as my room was directly across from Sam’s . There were several outstanding restaurants within walking distance of my building. 1/2 mile walk but well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Using uber to get around is your best bet.
• Bryan Joab (2/5): - The property conditions, location and the place is great, however they only gave us one key upon check in and in past stays they refused to give two keys, one for my family and one for me, so whenever I go to work and come back to the hotel, my wife does not need to go down to open doors for me. It is really annoying to have this situation always when I stay at the property. Beside this, yesterday I came back to the hotel and requested the front desk guy to update my key and he was arguing that the key it does not belong to me since it was batched out to another room, I guess it got mixed up with another room due to system error however the guy started saying to me that I should give back the key and complaining to me (as a guest), this situation was really unpleasant and really ruined my stay.

• Daina (4/5): - I made sure that I got a property with a kitchenette. There was absolutely no kitchen where, no pots pans dishes, paper towels, cloth towels utensils. Nothing. What’s the point of getting a kitchenette if you can’t use it. I did come to find out that they sell paper bags worth of Kitchen collections? I’m assuming it’s probably stuff people bought and left behind. Also I found dead bug carcasses stuck to the flooring and under some furniture. I was working through Expedia and between about seven hours worth of phone calls with no help from the front desk. I was able to move out of the room to a different hotel.
• Roberto (6/5): - Overall is 3/5 .... location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants bars supermarket. Amazing! However the property itself is not the best. They even charge u for a secong key when is two adults in the room. We asked for cups, plastic or glass and also had to pay for. No ice machine at all in the property! Staff was very friendly but yeah is horrible. Room was ok nothing wow! Well definately stay here again knowing how it is now, will definately be more prepared though

Expedia says it’s the hotel’s fault, the hotel is not reimbursing… an otherwise frustrating situation. Bottom line: paid but never used it!

• christopher (2/5): - Where to start with this place… do not, do not, do not stay here. No idea how this place got such a high review. 1. The entire room and other rooms have a major humidity issue and this will come in later and a major problem. 2. I got sick with a sinus infection (after years or not getting such a sniffle) because there was mold in the AC. When I complained they couldn’t help me. I only booked for two days, so I was going to make the best and just leave and stay somewhere else. 3. That decision to stay almost cost me my life, why? Well I was startled out of my bed around 2 AM to a burning smell as it rubber was on fire. Immediately checked my phone, but nope that wasn’t it. After further inspection it was the microwave in the room. I immediately grabbed my valuables and told the staff. Once again all they could do was tell me the manager will talk to me in the morning and I didn’t argue went to bed. 4. The manager in the morning had the audacity to tell me that I possibly did something wrong (in a humidity filled hotel where water was dripping from even the microwave) and told me they needed to investigate. I didn’t even argue for a refund, grabbed my things and went on my way. Expedia needs to delist this property and I’ll make this comment so when or if someone lose their life, Expedia will be held responsible as for knowing that there is a major issue at this hotel. So again do not stay here. It’s unsafe and they are in no rush to fix it.
