They are easy to contact by booking and WathsApp. They were kind enough to bring us back for our flight in the middle of the night for a few dollars which we paid when checking in. They offer to take what was left of our change in cash and we paid the rest by card without any problem. It also felt very safe staying there. The owner is amazing and very helpful. Loved the aviation decor, and the room was very big! Shower was cold but I know this is can be common in different parts of Guatemala so it wasn’t a big deal

Water was turned off overnight so when we woke up at 3am for an early flight we weren't able to shower. Small complaint

• Rodriguez (10/5): - We were allowed an early check in which was amazing. My daughter and I had a 10 hour layover. They picked us up from the airport, fed us breakfast upon arrival and we were able to get some much needed rest in the most comfortable beds. The hotel is filled with wonderful memorabilia which im sure had great stories behind them. We were taken back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. The staff was amazing 👏
• Riko (9/5): - The hotel is very well located when you need to go to the airport. It's just 5 minutes away. The area is also very safe and the hotel is small, so it feels like a home. Everything is clean, the owners are nice and even take you to the airport. It's also quiet. The mattress was a bit hard for me. Apart from that I liked everything. You need to know that the hotel is in a residential area, so you need to order food or go somewhere by Uber but if you know it before, it is easy to manage.

• Kimberly (9/5): Cean room in cool house and kind hosts - Great traditional breakfast. Very kind family runs the place, it is a home with upstairs and front converted into a hotel, like a bnb. Beautiful decor. Simple but very clean accommodation and the family are kind and flexible. They even helped a few of us figure out cheapest ways to travel around. Its in a safe gated community very close to the airport. It was quiet and calm. The room i stayed in was in the top floor tower. It was fine for me but if a guest is mobility limited they may want to know you enter a foyer with a narrow spiral staircase to the actual room. I just left my heavy bag in the foyer. The mother offered to help me bring it up but I thought it was too dangerous. It also means the room gets a little warm in tge afternoon but i just opebed the windows at night and put the fan on.The beds are firm which I love but others may not be.

Terrace to sit out on the rooftop a nice space. Bathroom could do with a little tlc but overall really good value and would recommend.

• Sellier (7/5): - Notre vol ayant été annulé, nous sommes arrivés au Guatemala au petit matin, avec 12h de retard et n'avons donc pas pu passer la nuit à l'hôtel comme prévu. Cependant, ils ont accepté que nous profitions de notre chambre jusqu'à 11h. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être récupérés et ramenés gratuitement à l'aéroport, de pouvoir profiter de la chambre pour prendre une bonne douche après le long voyage, nous reposer un peu, prendre le petit déjeuner, avant le vol suivant en direction de Flores. Le chauffeur de la voiture/navette était vraiement très sympathique (Victor ?) mais l'accueil du patron (Fernando) était assez froid.

Ligt in een afgesloten wijk waar heel weinig te beleven valt. De kamer was eerder lawaaierig, je hoorde de vluchten en de wiebelende ventilator nogal hard.

• Guest (8/5): Nice choice for a one-night stay close to the airport! - If you need a place by the airport, this is a great choice. It's a family home & establishment, run by Fernando, a very kind man. A nice breakfast is included (great coffee!). My room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The wifi worked perfectly. There's a nice terrace as well, with lots of plants. This is a very good deal for the price, and airport pickup is also included at no charge. Bring earplugs for the planes flying overhead (otherwise it's very quiet). Other than breakfast, it's not clear what the food options are. I arrived in the evening and wasn't hungry, but this is a gated community and I didn't see anything on the drive there. If you will want dinner, plan ahead by bringing something or ask the hotel before you arrive. I'm sure they would do what they can to accommodate peoples' needs.
• JOSE (8/5): Hotel bom, limpo e indicado para uma parada transitória, de no máximo de 2 noites. - O local é super tranquilo pra descansar e recarregar as energias para prosseguir na viagem. O hotel é simples e tem um bom café da manhã. O senhor que nos atendeu foi super gentil. O traslado do aeroporto para o hotel foi complicado. Eles prometeram que haveria alguém com a uma placa com meu nome na chegada, mas isso não ocorreu. Eu tive que ligar para o hotel e aguardar algum tempo para eles virem nos buscar. Isso nos demandou algum tempo, mas enfim eles vieram e tudo bem.

• Johanna (8/5): Sauber, super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal - Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und hatte die perfekte Lage für eine späte Landung am Flughafen. Wir waren sehr dankbar für das inkludierte Shuttle. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Guatemaltekische Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Wir würden für die erste Nacht wiederkommen. Wir hatten leider Probleme mit der Dusche. Der Hahn fiel heraus und das Wasser ließ sich nicht abstellen. Allerdings hat das Personal trotz der späten Uhrzeit direkt geholfen! Das Bad ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sauber.

• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous family run hotel away from Flores island but close enough. Loads of space to sit and chill. Fabulous staff that - Loved the space and the terraces. Views of the lake and getting out early coffee and watching the sunrise. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Nights were quite noisy with dogs and cockerels, we preferred to sleep with windows open and no aircon. We also had ear plugs, which I would recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

• Evelyn (10/5): Excelente 🤩 - Nuestra estancia en Mariana’s Petit Hotel ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos gracias a la amabilidad de todo el equipo. Queremos destacar especialmente a Fernando, el dueño, que cuida cada detalle del hotel con mucho mimo, manteniéndolo en perfectas condiciones, limpio y acogedor a pesar de ser un edificio con encanto antiguo. También agradecer a Víctor por su cercanía y por facilitarnos el traslado al aeropuerto, un detalle que valoramos muchísimo. La cocinera fue igualmente encantadora: nos preparó un desayuno delicioso y tuvo el gesto de subirlo a la terracita, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. En general, el trato ha sido inmejorable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

• francesco (8/5): - Very nice staff and a singing nice lady prepared me breakfast. Nice "old house vibes", lot of trinkets. Very close to the Airport, i walked there (but take and Uber at night). Also they offer a shuttle. The neighbohood feels very safe cause It Is basically all fenced with armed guards at the entrance. Clean room and very quiet Little bit of dust on the trinkets but Just on the High shelves, maybe the cleaning lady Is short :). The room was clean though so this Is Just a note tò improve.

Petit déjeuner inclus Draps coton super confortables- chambre spacieuse- eau chaude Maison bourgeoise traditionnelle guatémaltèque Si vous arrivez de nuit, à savoir que Marianna's petit hotel est dans un quartier privé donc le quartier de nuit est barricadé, ne faites pas comme moi, d arriver a pied à 19h30, des grilles ferment les rues donc il faut savoir dans quelle rue se passe le check in !!!
