Guest Reviews
- Dennis (8/5): - Yes.
- Isabelle (10/5): - Friendly welcome and beautiful surroundings!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Moaps farm - Not a good experience . It is expensive and not good value for maoney. The place is run down with a broken car in the entrance and a broken table outside. To cap it all a cooked breakfast had to be taken before 0800 on a sunday morning. The owner was not on site when we left and left a note to close the gate.
I would not recommend this B & B
- Linda (10/5): - Quirky, quiet and comfortable facilities with lovely rural view from balcony. Fresh milk for room and good breakfast provided by fabulous host.
- Adrian (8/5): Breakfast overlooking the South Downs - We were well looked after!
- Aaron (10/5): Cozy English experience - This place was a fantastic stay away from hustle and bustle of the cities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the caretaker is very pleasant and will take care of most everything you could need and wants to be absolutely sure you’re having a pleasant stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking within half an hour of their destination. I will definitely be staying here again should I ever be in the area again
- Andrew (10/5): Great B&B experience - Lovely stay. Great breakfast and attentive service throughout. Highly recommended.
- Bill (10/5): - This was a great place for a weekend getaway to relax and disconnect. Great views of the pasture and countryside. Our host, Lesley, was very friendly and also a great cook. Would not hesitate to book in again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We were doing a special night out on New Year's Eve at the nearby Bluebell Railway. The hostess was most accommodating and lovely to talk to. A lovely part of the country and we enjoyed our stay.
- Julie (8/5): - Lesley our host was a delight, and went out of her way to make us a delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian breakfast.
The setting is beautiful, and it was lovely to visit Lesley's horses in the morning.
The only thing that spoilt it a bit for us was that it was cold in our room when we arrived - Lesley quickly turned on more heating for us, but the lounge area was still not warm enough when we returned after being out for the evening. As the main room/suite is a big area I think the heating needs to be on for longer before guests arrive
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is inside Ashdown forest and the view it’s super. You can see deers, pheasants, hares. It’s a magic please ideally for relaxing time.
