Breakfast was really good, had more variety than the other hotels we have stayed. Quick easy checking. Location was perfect. As close to restaurants and walking distance to Family Mart and Supermarket. Clean and tidy. Jug, with selection of condiments, fridge, iron, robes & slippers available. Soap dispensers in the Bathroom. Glass between Bathroom and bedroom but pull down blind.

- YiRong (10/5): - This Holiday Inn is only stop to Hangzhou International Airport by metro. It takes about 35 minutes to West Lake Culture Center by metro. The front desk services are excellent, quick check in and out. Especially Ms. Song who is very professional and thoughtful. Overall it’s a great stay if you need to stay close to Airport.
- michaelkon (10/5): Comfort and Convenience for morning flight - Quick check in and comfortable night sleep before an early morning flight. The staffs were very helpful with the morning call and arranging our shuttle to the airport at 5am. there's food around the hotel hence if its gonna be be convenience and comfortable definitely here is the place to be.
- cosmopolits (8/5): Anything you need for 1 night close to Hangzhou Airport - The Hangzhou Holiday Inn Airport Hotel is convenient for anyone who needs to stay one night next to the Hangzhou airport. Rooms are tidy and well equipped (big shower, TV, enough space). It is located a 15 min. drive away from the airport. We were picked up and dropped off to the airport for free. A super market, restaurants, some bars, and some shops for basic necessities are close buy. Late check out until 2 pm available. The breakfast was not exceptional, but offered basic choices of both Western and Chinese food. There is a 3rd-party gym and a pool in the next building, which can be used for free, however, towels and water need to be brought from the hotel.

- JTS15 (8/5): Good hotel for quick stay - I stayed at this hotel for one night since I had to catch an early flight the next morning. I was upgraded to a suite, its a very nice room, lots of space but really did not need it. Others traveling with me where assigned the same room but in smoking floor without asking. This was very uncomfortable since the smell of cigaret was very strong like a night club. Eventually they changed to another floor but no suite. All in all its a good place to stay if you need to catch an early flight since you are close to the airport. Room was good, A/C not so great, maybe because outside was cold they regulate the room A/C.

All facilities were up to scratch and the lobby bar was quite comfortable and extremely cheap (2 beers, a glass or red wine, and a barcardi and coke for AUD24). The hotel opens onto a large indoor/outdoor precinct with heaps of restaurants … we had a great Chinese meal in one of the restaurants with 2 dishes, fried rice, and two beers for less than AUD$30 The best hotel of our trip !
- 103margot (10/5): Easily the best hotel I've stayed at in China - Not only were the staff warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived, the amenities spoke for themselves. Clean western toilets with impeccable interior design greet you alongside some iced tea after coming in from the summer heat. The rooms were spacious, gorgeous overlooking the shopping street. We wandered around the shopping street for hours and had an absolute ball. I would return to China just to visit this hotel again. What a beautiful highlight of our trip.

There was a very good assortment of restaurant around this hotel to choose from with plenty of things to see in the surrounding mall

The breakfast is awesome. Lots of options, fresh fruit and juice, and a clean and beautiful environment.

- PeterS282 (10/5): They have it all covered! - Clean, modern hotel with extra care for Westerners and great facilities. Comfortable room with all the necessities including Lipton black tea, SUGAR and WHITENER (uncommon in many Chinese hotels). Also includes bathroom scales , safe, slippers, gown (cost??) and umbrella. Spacious rooms with good TV and furnishings and a nice soft bed and choice of hard/soft pillows. Staff were GREAT! A major drama with a faulty lock on our bag was fixed by one of the desk staff (all pitched in). The hotel is located in a large shopping precinct just outside with many food shops with good service. EXCELLENT idea! Many entertainment sites there too!

- ushenrys (10/5): Very Modern - We stayed only one night here and I was bit concerned about airport and construction noise but didn't hear a thing. The hotel is very new and modern. the rooms spotless and have USB charging ports.There are many dining options right outside the door and a 7 eleven supermarket. Breakfast was great with many options but again gets busy with lots of tour groups so go early.

The rooms were huge, very modern and well equipped. Don’t worry about planes, this hotel has triple glazing. Meals were spectacular, excellent food, very friendly staff. Chinese hotels are just splendid. And very reasonable pricing.

The hotel is new but aircon did not work well nor did it have a bottle opener if you wanted to have a beer from the bar fridge. It is located in the harbour area - so a bit dingy in terms of wanting to look around. Room numbers do not make sense and staff not all that helpful as cannot speak english

Its brand new hotel and only a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. I met Miss Vivian Xu from the Hotel Sales in the Lobby and she asked if i would like a tour of the hotel. She had a warming smile and was very sincere in her approach. Im glad I did the tour it really gave me a insight into how lovely this hotel is. It nice to meet young people with so much passion.
- Wing (8/5): - The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the Airport. Having said that, hotel provides free shuttle service for all guests, so it is a plus point to stay in this hotel. Staffs are helpful and friendly, a pretty new hotel just started operation few months ago. Free welcome drink, e.g. red wine. The room is big and very comfortable. Recommend to those who is having early flight or having business meeting in this area, otherwise stay in hotels which located in the city.
