Not as nice as the other rooms and really low ceiling. There were no curtains on the window so had to improvise. Don't book that room if you stay for longer, book a normal room!!!

L'hotesse a l'accueil était très serviable et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien positionné à Sorrento. Un peu de bruit de la rue peut s'entendre de la chambre.

The free breakfast was a nice bonus too. There were plenty of options, and everything tasted great. The staff were super friendly and helpful also. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back again! The rooms were a little smaller than expected for four people, but still comfortable and worked out just fine.

• LAWRENCE (10/5): Exceptional hospitality, a wonderful base from which to tour Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. - Large comfortable room with old-city views, excellent location near the main market street and a piazza. Sumptuous breakfast (and snacks all day). The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to assist--including bringing our luggage to the piazza to meet our taxi. Somehow we thought the hotel would have views of the Mediterranean--while the sea is only a few blocks away, it could not be seen from our room.

• Charles (10/5): We had a wonderful trip to the Almafi Coast and Palazzo delle Grazie provided a great home base! - The location was in the heart of Sorrento, a 2-3 minute walk to restaurants and all the shops you could possibly want to visit. Anna met us and showed us the room. It was just as shown on Booking - clean, fresh, and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the shower lots of hot water and the air conditioner kept us cool all night. At the end of our stay Anna booked a car service back to Naples airport and she was a wonderful help throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property when visiting Sorrento. We were on a quiet street so very little noise yet felt very safe at all hours. A short 10 minute walk down lots of stairs to the port and ferries to all of the coast. To be honest there wasn't a single negative to the room. It was perfect in every way! Anna was a joy, always pleasant and accommodating.

• Sandra (10/5): Emplacement exceptionnel, Staff agréable, nous voulons revenir au Palazzo Delle Grazie - Quelle belle découverte que le Palazzo delle Grazie ! non seulement l'emplacement est exceptionnel car situé en plein centre historique de Sorrento, mais en plus, nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux avec Claudia et avons même eu la chance de pouvoir choisir entre deux chambres. Celle que nous avions choisie était parfaite (Ravello) esthétiquement BELLE, très confortable pour un court séjour, très propre, avec une literie parfaite pour les voyageurs fatigués et surtout on se sent comme à la maison. c'est joliment décoré et parfumé. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, la plupart des gâteaux étaient faits maison, avec un beau clin d'oeil aux fêtes de Noël, et surtout nous avons eu une préparation maison d'une très bonne omelette. Félicitations à l'ensemble du Staff qui est charmant, aimable, qui parle un français parfait et qui a tout fait pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Notre demande de dernière minute pour avoir un taxi le lendemain matin ( jour de Noël) a été réalisé très rapidement pour notre plus grande satisfaction. dès que vous sortez de l'établissement, tous les magasins sont à votre portée, et même le restaurant de nos amis (Da Gigino) excellent et tout proche. L'accès au port ainsi qu'à la gare est très facile pour y itinéraire à pied, et étions à deux pas de la charmante place Sant'Antonino, pour y prendre notre navette privée. Tout était PARFAIT, nous avons adoré cet établissement qui a été parfaitement rénové, en respectant les règles d'urbanisme du Centre historique, pour notre plus grand confort et plaisir. Le manager et le staff sont adorables et méritent que nous y retournions aux beaux jours.

La camera è dotata di tutto e ci è stato perfino omaggiata di na bottiglia di prosecco, da noi richiesta, per un brindisi tra amiche in camera. Posizione assurdamente comoda da raggiungere a piedi dal treno e centralissima. • Allison (9/5): Très jolie chambre et hôtel à taille humaine. Petit dej au top - Très bien situé en plein centre de Sorrente. Tout accessible à pied même pour descendre au port. Nous n'avions pas de balcon mais je ne me souviens pas si la chambre réservée en possède un.

• JIHYUN (10/5): 한국인분들 여기서 아아마실수있어요 진짜 최공 - 신혼여행으로 왔어요 1박2일 남부투어를 하니 소렌토에서 묵어야해서 고르다가 평점과 후기가 좋길래 선택했는데 너무 좋았습니다! 친절하고 위치도 좋고 방에는 샴페인까지 준비해주셨어요 아늑하고 화장실도 좋고 어디하나 단점이없고 다음날 아침에 일찍나가야한다하니 도시락처럼 빵을 챙겨줬어요. 현대식 엘레베이터가 있어서 더 좋구요. 나갈때 과일이나 젤리같은것도 챙길 수 있어여 아 대박인건 정수기랑 커피머신 아이스머신이있어서 한국인분들 아아 마실수있습니다 정수기도 막 그냥물 탄산수다있어요 최고예요 ㅠㅠㅠ여기 ㅠㅠ 발코니에서 샴페인을 마시고 근처 포트마리나엿나 바닷가쪽 레스토랑 걸어갔는데 짱맛있어요.. 담번에 소렌토 또와서 여기 또묵고싶어요 없어요 완벽합니당

• tnecken (10/5): Eine phantastische Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt - Ein geschmackvolles Ambiente rundum. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und trotzdem stilvoll für eine Villa. Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Das Personal fürsorglich mit einem tollen Service. Auch die Bootstour konnte man hier buchen, rundum sorglos Paket. Nur unser Zimmer innenliegend ohne Fenster nach außen war ein kleines Manko.
