Very accommodating. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and our friend/teammate was staying at a Holiday Inn close by and the first night they were there They actually had six vehicles that were broken into one of them was theirs, and our hotel was very nice enough to accommodate our friends to stay the rest of the week. - Chris (2/5): NEVER AGAIN! - lobby The hotel ran my debit card 3 times! held up $1,700 dollars, I was told the person was new! We had to extend our stay due to flight delay, and we we're locked out the room because the staff did not reactivate our room key. I went to the front desk to be met with a very rude employee Daisy! She yelled your credit card was declined, yes because you ran it 3 times and we had no money! Room 522 did not have hot water; there was hair in the shower. There was a huge party in their event room and people were running up and down the hallway till 2 A.M. yelling and the staff did nothing about it. Overall, extremely bad stay!

However, I didn't expect a similar version to what I find in Europe. Overall, I rate my stay at the hotel as good. The staff was very helpful.

- Jean A (8/5): - Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, there was one light by the bed burnt out. When the cleaners made up the bed it was not made up properly, they only pulled the covers up to the top of the bed and placed the pillows over it.

Rooms are comfortable, updated and clean! We appreciate having an onsite bar and mini-restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

- PAMELA (6/5): - We were disappointed to find out that your Continental breakfast was no longer free as that was not told to us when booking. I'm not about to a pay $5.00 for a banana and yogurt. Also, we didn't get any good sleep as our room faced major street "HWY 56". We could hear the cars racing on that street late at night and early morning. This is the 2nd time this happens to us this year when staying there. I guess I need to ask for a room to the back of the hotel. Maybe someone needs to get the police involved because it is out of control and surprised nothing has been done.

- James (10/5): I would definitely book another stay here and would certainly recommend it to others. - The desk clerk, Daisy, was extremely helpful and professional. She was at the desk each day of my visit and always greeted me with a big smile and 'hello.' I also enjoy the bar and restaurant area. I had my dinner there three times. The food was really good with excellent and very friendly service. The elevators need to be upgraded. One car had a keycard pad to access our floor but it didn't work and wasn't needed. The other car didn't have a keycard pad at all.

Single ply toilet paper. For being a "hilton garden" and paying a pretty decent price for the night, the comfort and cleanliness was not worth the price.

- FarAway67312593142 (10/5): Quality Staff - I wasn’t to rave about Shawn at the front desk. However, first I will get the mandatory stuff out the way. Room was clean and refreshing. The lights are a little weird. I recommend labeling the one that needs to stay on so the other ones will work. Now about Shawn…she has a great personality. She also attempted to try and accommodate the 8 year old guest with me…my son. He was feeling some type of way because his name wasn’t on the tv when we came in the room. While she tried to make it work for us, it didn’t. Later that evening, she saw us. She greeted him by name and it had him on cloud 9. So thank you Shawn for your kindness and willingness to accommodate. We love Hilton a little more now just because of her. This hotel will now be our go to hotel when we visit family here. I was disappointed though in the vacuuming of the room. I found a peanut and a wrapper on the floor in the room, so it was obvious that the they either did a sloppy job or just didn't do it at all. I will still go to this hotel and just hope they clean better next time.
