- Linda010659 (10/5): I recommend this hotel! - Nice and helpful staff. Clean hotel. Quiet. Free breakfast. Plenty of free parking…better than paying the high daily parking fees in Portland. Pool and exercise room…. Pool wasn’t open yet. About 15-20 drive to Portland. I would stay there again.
- Maureen (9/5): We were very happy - A great room provided for someone who has some disabilitie issues Breakfast could of had a few better options
- Michael (10/5): -
- J6003LBheathert (4/5): Clean rooms, horrible overall experience - I haven't left a review before, on this platform, created this account because of my current experience has been on of the worst i have ever had. We booked only two nights, that’s it. Night one did have issues; the side building door just next to our room, a tv remote that would not work proper so i gave up and didn't use the tv….side note it also had pixels out on the bottom right of the screen. I was able to get it on twice but the menu kept getting stuck. It wasn’t the remote because the front desk was able to use the remote to change channels on a tv in the lobby area. They had no one who could come to the room to help try and figure out the issue. We were told to unplug everything then retry it after a reboot. There were a couple of other smaller issues, but we were just going to deal with them.
Jump forward to night number two. I am woke up at 12:20ish am to a screaming child and slamming doors. And it continued for minutes. At first i thought it was above me and then i realized it was the room next to me. I confronted them. They had a female, male, child, and dog in the room. I asked them if there was a child in the room screaming. They said yes, she had fallen. She had been screaming, crying, and slamming things for over 5 minutes at this point. I then told them that they woke me up. I was dead asleep prior, and heard it over my tablet that was playing a movie on it, on the night stand in front of me.
I then went to the front desk and told them. He apologized and said they had just checked in. After midnight, with a young (sounding child). He then said they would probably settle down quickly. Side note: I am here at over a half hour later and I am still hearing slightly less loud screaming from the child, intermittent banging.
The male who saw me walking back from telling the front desk, having been walking to the parking lot confront me from afar stating they were on a trip. I responded that it was not an excuse.
You do not check into a room after midnight and make a huge ruckus that wakes the guests next to you….for almost a hour as i am trying this, and think it is OK. I am now wide awake, need to get up and get ready and packed early in the morning.
I will say overall, I do not understand how this hotel has high ratings. I found quite a few things lacking; the broken-ish TV, not great continental breakfast…McDonald’s rates higher than their breakfasts (lol), the lack of available staff in the evening to help with things, and a few other minor thigns. We had already decide the previous day that this would not be a place we would return to, nor recommend. This, though sent me over the edge. To have the guest adjacent making the noises be ok with continuing to make lots of noise after i confronted them is not ideal. To have the front desk also apologize and make excuses but nothing change. I am right now listening to the child screaming in the room.
I will say the rooms are clean, the staff we have dealt with are nice. I cannot comment on the other amenities like the pool, workout room, etc. because we did not use them. We were literally only here to sleep at night. So the sleeping environment was a huge thing for me, which was lacking.
- lisanY9651YJ (8/5): Great hotel but don't thing about watching the TV - I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating except for the TV not working properly. I have stayed at this hotel over 6 times and had different rooms each time so this is not one particular TV in one room. The selects from the remote are SO SLOW that you don't know if it is working. Sometimes you can't stream Netflix or select a particular channel. The BONVOY advertising seems to be the thing that is blocking use. It is so frustrating that I have just given up trying to watch the television.

- Randee (10/5): Convenient location near freeway, I can stay with my dog and breakfast was awesome! - Breakfast options. Dog friendliness. Nothing
- Teresa (9/5): - Good assortment. Eggs were good
- Frank (9/5): Quiet and comfortable. - Very clean and friendly staff, got a double queen suit, kitchenette was perfect for us. Beds a little hard but not a big deal.
- David (9/5): -
- Stefania (8/5): We visit Portland 2-3x every year. This has become our favorite hotel. - Quiet, easy location, clean, decent breakfast, good hot water, reasonable number of outlets and charging ports, good WiFi, nice smooth sheets, comfortable quilts, nice little kitchenette. Not enough hooks or towel bars in the bathroom! Drives ya nuts!
The mattresses sag a tiny bit, and the pillows are thicker than I like. Together that means your head is at a little too much of an angle. But you can get used to it.

- Tina (10/5): Perfect location, comfy room, very accommodating to pets! - Everything! Perfect location right next to a rail stop, easy access to downtown, large comfy rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating to our dog (gave us a little cookie package!), large and comfortable room, amazing breakfast!
- Barry (10/5): - A great place to stay. Loved the kitchenette.
- David (10/5): Great stay - I was in a 4th floor room facing south. The nearby freeway and rail line were barely audible. I didn't even notice them.. The room was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast in a comfortable eating space. The nearby commercial district has everything. I had a rough week of business and I started each day rested and refreshed. It was a great stay.
- Maurie (10/5): - Great stay. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. BBQ use was da bomb!
- Gerardo (10/5): -
- Laurel (8/5): -
- Roel (2/5): - We were asked to leave because the kids were being too loud.

- randolph w (8/5): nice room with a personality - the room had some quirks to it, but clean, and quiet. staff was friendly and helpful
- Zhongzhou (10/5): - Great, safe and quiet hotel, good choice if you plan to travel to Portland and live nearby.
- Traci (10/5): It was a great stay for a fast trip! - It was clean, close to 217 for easy access and the outdoor pool was great! Nothing.
- Heather (10/5): -
- Stefan (10/5): -
- Benjamin (10/5): - Close proximity to eateries and stores. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
- Donna (10/5): 性價比高,各方面很好 - 地點位置好 大堂有杯裝水果,但鎖在冰箱里,不方便拿取
- Richard Narine (8/5): - Staff are really good and this is a well maintained hotel, I didn't do breakfast but it was included so no comments here. Wifi is great and the location is easy to drive to with lots of parking. Had everything I needed.
- Jürgen (10/5): -
- Katharine (10/5): - Thank you
- Paul (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean hotel. Would stay there again.
- Mary-Ann1 (10/5): Nice getaway. - Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was really good.
Dog bowl and treats were a nice touch.
- Dileep (10/5): -
- Fahed (10/5): - All good
- John (10/5): - The positive reviews are right. Well worth the price--pay a bit more but GET a lot more service and comfort and convenience. Book.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent hotel. - Major issues the mattresses. They are terrible. You sink almost to bottom and so uncomfortable. The fabric chair needs to be replaced with something more sanitary or easy to clean. It is very worn down and dirty with hairs and stains. The shelves in the shower were falling off as well. The overall hotel is clean and offers good amenities. Close to food and grocery shopping.
- Jameson (10/5): - From check in to check out, the staff and hotel were great! We would stay here again.
- JAC (8/5): - Brkfast good, staff very friendly and helpful! Good location. Room closet not convenient . Water pressure in shower low.
- Marta (8/5): - Close to food & shopping options. Easy on/off freeway (although if you come in from the left, you have to go past the building a few blocks to make a U turn to make a right turn to the parking lot.) The walk-in shower was nice size but could see mold in the corner walls. Pool & gym was clean. Good breakfast options, was able to make healthy choices or cure a sweet tooth. My family got 3 rooms there while in town for a wedding. My daughter made reservations for her family, she flew in later that day, and husband with 3 kids (inc.1 tired toddler) came in early, the staff gave him a hard time checking in, they had to call my daughter out of training for work before they let him in. He asked if they can get him top floor and closest to the pool, they gave him 1st floor farthest from the pool, have to wonder if it was intentional. Other than that, staff was great, friendly.
- Christine (8/5): - I wanted to stay here because it was a one bedroom seat so I can have some privacy from my kids. The room size was decent and everything was really clean. The pullout sofa was honestly horrible. It was so old and flat you could build a spring. You’re better off sleeping on the floor. Also the fleece they give you was no longer soft and fuzzy. It was thin and super old so I would recommend bringing your own blanket. The other thing is that the bathroom did not have a full enclosed shower. It was halfway closed and was not super helpful because water continuously got outside. Overall, the day was great. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was good and so what are the daily cookies that were fresh baked by the staff. I would recommend staying here again, but not using the pullout sofa as an extra bed.
- Catherine H (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and attractive.
- Siu Ping Jennifer (10/5): - Staff friendly,very cleanliness
- Jose (10/5): Everything you need in a stay. - Rooms are excellent and staff is friendly Nothing, had a great stay
- 83lovetotravel (10/5): Super staff! - Best Fairfield staff I have come across. Very welcoming and they really make you stay pleasant. Fantastic breakfast options with hot eggs, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, potatoes, yogurt and fruits. They have a fire pit outside that we really enjoyed. Fresh cookies or muffins are made for guests to grab throughout the day. We had issues with laundry facility and digital payment but it’s not hotels fault. The kitchen unit came very handy during our stay. Very clean and well maintained facility. Gym is a little small but has the necessary equipment. Has ton of restaurants and fast food you can walk to and grab food. 20 min to Portland downtown, rose garden.
- Eve (7/5): Good value and breakfast. - The room was clean and spacious. The tv didn’t work at all.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Perfect for my trip - This was perfect for my 7 day trip and I felt right at home. It had all the facilities I needed and the staff couldn't have been more accomodating.
- Stefania (8/5): Good value, will stay here again - Clean place, very nice staff, perfect location for our purpose, decent breakfast. Everything worked in the room (good AC!) except the mattress sagged a lot. Staff told us all the mattresses were due for replacement in the next 12 months. Sagging mattress
- Lidia (9/5): -
- Denise (10/5): - We will definitely book here again. The rooms were perfect for our family. The staff were so helpful, especially when my toddler wanted to serve themselves at breakfast.
- Jae (10/5): - Clean, quiet, kitchen, electronic curtains, big bathroom, kitchen table, plates and silverware, dishwasher, pots and pans, large bathroom. Literally everything we needed. Best place we've stayed at in 2 weeks.
- Dnelle (10/5): -
- Michael James (10/5): - Great place to stay while visiting Portland and surrounding areas. We stayed for 8 nights and the staff refreshed the rooms every other day and the complementary breakfast did a good job catering to all dietary restrictions. I have a gluten intolerance and don’t expect much from these services but they had gluten free options for me to choose from and even had non dairy items for people. We do plan on rebooking at this location next time we are in town.
- Thomas (10/5): - Everything went well.
- Janine (8/5): - I come to Beaverton once a month and always stay here. I like the staff and the breakfast!
- Keith (10/5): - Great stay. Excellent place with a great friendly staff and all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Beaverton Oregon
- Michele (10/5): - Absolutely the BEST customer service. The staff is so accommodating and caring. The breakfast is delicious and the room was great, loved having a kitchen. Will definitely book here again.
- judy (8/5): - Good stay.
- Michelle (10/5): Love it! - I had a beautiful view from the room. I had a kitchen in my room. It was difficult to work the TV. Maybe the batteries were getting old in the remote?
- Im (10/5): - The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean.
Overall, it was a place I would definitely like to book again.
- Mary (1/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Good

- Allison (9/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): - The guest service is friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a King Suite and love the convenience, style and comfort of the rooms.
- Susan (8/5): Would stay again - Large room, kitchen, comfy bed, quiet Hard to get to unless you were getting off 217 going south
- John (10/5): Great breakfasts & nice staff. - Nice place. One of the best hotels breakfast available as it changes daily. Staff was pretty nice for the most part - some more than others. Very insistant on cleaning the room at least weekly, which could get annoying if you don't like people in your space. Overall, I would stay again.
- Steven (10/5): - Great facility and location. We'll be back.
- Radene (9/5): -

- steveoregon (8/5): Convenient place to stay in Beaverton, close to Portland - Quiet room, comfy bed, and a nice complimentary breakfast. We checked in late and left first thing in the morning so we didn't get a chance to take full advantage of the hotel facilities, but if we're in the area again we'll likely stay here again in the future.
- Janine (10/5): - We like this property. We stay here one or two nights a month. You need a car if you stay here, but there are a lot of good restaurants in Beaverton. Breakfast at the property is pretty good.
- Karthik (8/5): -
- Adriane (9/5): Very quiet and comfortable -
- Ginger (8/5): -
- Marissa (10/5): - Great room staff and neighborhood
- Linda (10/5): 👍👍 - Lovely room, and appreciated the free upgrade. We chose this location due to the close proximity to the Oregon Clinic, where we had an appt.
Super friendly staff!
- Jerry Hammer (7/5): Nice facility in a good location - The coffee was good The eggs and sausage were not very good
- Theodore (10/5): - Location & clean & have pet friendly area
- gulsenh2025 (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - I had such a wonderful stay! The studio rooms were absolutely lovely, and I especially appreciated the little kitchen—it was so convenient and came in handy during my stay. Jeff, who helped with check-in, was incredibly nice and provided lots of helpful information. The front desk staff was always friendly and made us feel welcome each time we returned. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus and was delicious every morning, with a nice variety of options. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to see vegetarian sausage one morning—it was a thoughtful touch. Also love the cookies they have out. Overall, an amazing experience!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is very near my family home, so location can’t be beat! Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are great. We will be back!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable, convenient stay and friendly staff - Easy, comfortable, and quiet stay. Spacious and clean room with great closet storage, handy well equipped little kitchen, and well-designed bathroom. Hotel offered convenient parking, fast check-in with friendly helpful staff, complimentary hot coffee (regular & decaf), as well as a selection of hot teas readily available throughout the day in the lobby. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast had several vegan offerings including a hot oatmeal bar with tons of delicious and healthy topping options, vegan breakfast sausage patties, guacamole cups, fresh fruit cups, and a bunch of condiments including several local options! We didn't ask about any vegan bread or dry cereal options, so that could be checked. Orange, apple, and a mixed fruit juice were available as well. A suggestion for management is to offer a non-dairy milk for both the oatmeal and hot drinks. Additionally, it would be super helpful if vegan items were clearly marked. We do appreciate that staff were happy to check ingredients and answer any questions we had. Much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

- Andrew (10/5): Home away from home. - Hotel is clean, as always, beds very comfortable, GOOD PILLOWS. Nice kitchen, Outside grounds well kept, safe atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Good place to bring our dog, he is very happy here and staff and other guests are nice to him. Walking trail behind the hotel is lined with a pond full of wildlife (we've seen a great blue heron there). The trail leads to shopping areas and nearby restaurants, including natural foods and two great international markets. We've been coming here since the place was new, 2 to 3 times per year, and I can't think of anything we don't like.
- Sue (10/5): - The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Heater wasn’t working - Everything was fine except the heater! We couldn’t get the heat to turn on. We ended up moving to another room.
- Jeff and Stacie Blosser. Zach (10/5): - This hotel was easy toget to and convenient to the location of the event we were attending.
- SOLOMON (8/5): - I like more customer service
