• Pelletier (10/5): Best and affordable hotel I've been until now! - This is the best hotel I've been until now in Japan (out of 5)! It is affordable, everything you need is in the room, the employees were very polite, there were a huge breakfast included with very nice ladies making it, the bed was very comfortable and you can controle the temperature. It was also a very calm neigborhood, so I've not heard anything from outside or other residents there! The location is not too bad, but you still have to walk 15 minutes to the train station, and generally more in the city as there is not a lot of public transport available to go around (so it took me something like 35 minutes of walk to go to the manga museum). I dont mind to walk long distance, but it is indeed something to keep in mind when you only use public transport!

• Fiky (9/5): Cozy. - Cozy, simple. perfect for one night stays for when you want to explore Ishinomaki. Nothing really. Just wished it was nearer to station.

• Verified traveler (10/5): お値段以上 - 値段が安価なので、1泊寝泊まりできれば良いとの思いで予約しました。 駐車場は敷地内が満車で焦りましたが、フロントで親切に教えて頂き少し歩いた敷地外の駐車場に停めることができました。 朝食つきとのことで、値段が値段ですので、パンとコーヒー程度頂ければとこれまた期待せずに行ったら、品数豊富なお膳やサラダバー、揚げ物や焼き鳥まで、、ビジネスホテルであそこまでの豪華な朝食はびっくりしました。 スタッフの方も皆さんとても感じが良く、気持ち良く滞在することができました。 歩いて3分ほどでスーパーもあり、立地も良かったです。 石巻で仕事の際はまた利用させて頂きます。

• K (10/5): - 清潔で感じの良い部屋でした。到着がAM1時頃と遅くなり、申し訳なかったが、対応は気持ちの良かった。残念は、部屋のエアコンが入っていなかったので、入室時は寒くて直ぐにエアコンスイッチを入れたが、温まるまで1時間位かかり、眠る時に寒かった。節電を考えると、当然の対応と思うけど、TELで時間を知らせていたので、スイッチが入っていると嬉しかったかな？

I arrived two hours before check in to drop my bags, but the staff member went above and beyond to ensure I could check in then and there. Was a great help and much appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the hotel is located in a decent area. It’s the opposite site of the station from the ocean, so if you’re visiting to see the tsunami related areas, it’s a little bit of a walk but definitely doable. The immediate vicinity has lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Highly recommended.
