Scott (9/5): Second stay, hoping to come and visit again - Our second stay here, since this time last year. Each of the things we had previously pointed out as tiny bits of feedback were taken on board and seems to now be the standard across all rooms, as even a friend of ours' room had the same changes. We had a small issue with the shower leaking, but it was rectified within a couple of hours of reporting it, and I honestly couldn't have been happier considering the time of evening it was when I reported it. The room was very clean, the view was very nice, and they were happy to accommodate. Nothing, all was fine. And I'm not just saying that either, I have no bad points to raise

Paula (8/5): - Tolle Aussicht, geräumig und nettes Personal Leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, keiner mehr an Rezeption und Fernseher ging nicht mehr aus über Nacht.
Cyrill (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Falsche Angaben im Booking. Seeblick in Aussicht gestellt und bestätigt. Ausblick war jedoch auf Industrie. Es gibt gar keinen See, sondern nur einen Kanal. Mail Anfragen bleiben unbeantwortet! Schade! Wir hatten late arrival angefragt. Wären wir nach 22.00 Uhr angekommen, wären wir auf der Strasse gestanden. Frühstück konnte nicht bestellt werden, weil es bis 20.30 Uhr nur möglich gewesen wäre. Hmm! Der Wintereinbruch wurde ignoriert. Das Zimmer war kalt. Brrr! Das Snack Angebot war ungenießbar. Weiterempfehlen unmöglich!

La Suite panoramique était superbe, l’emplacement et le transport en commun rapide et facile et la cuisine très bien équipé C’est certain que la salle de bain (surtout l’espace toilette) aurait pu être plus grande mais sincèrement le reste est tellement parfait qu’on oublie ce point !

Hans (8/5): Prima hotel, ruime kamer met keukentje. - Goed bereikbaar met de auto en voldoende parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar (tegen betaling). Heel ruime kamer, met keukentje, koffieapparaat Nespresso, thee. Goed bed, fijne badkamer, klein maar heel praktisch. In onze kamer bleef het toilet doorlopen na doortrekken. Maar dit kan natuurlijk pech zijn en hebben we doorgegeven bij ons vertrek aan de receptioniste. Ik neem aan dat het gerepareerd wordt.

Miklos (10/5): Close to city center clean and easy! Perfect stay. - You can easily take a bus near the hotel entrance to get into town. Super clean, big enough rooms. Was a good stay. Book this if the city center is too expensive, it's clean, has enough space and it's easy to get to town and back with a bus in 10 minutes. Walking takes 25-30 minutes. All good!

Joachim (7/5): Kann man machen, wenn einen die o.g. Umstände nicht stören. - Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Stadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Urbanität. Die Busverbindung ist allerdings sehr gut und wer mag, kann sich hier auch Fahrräder ausleihen. Im Zimmer ist eine Küchenzeile, so dass man sich selbst versorgen kann, ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Reinigungszyklen entsprechen nicht meinen Erwartungen und auch nicht den Erfahrungen aus anderen Hotels. Für frische Handtücher oder frische Bettwäsche muss man estra bezahlen. Als Frühstück gibt es auf Wunsch eine Tüte mit abgezähltem Essen. Die Ausmasse der Nasszelle habe ich bei meiner Größe (1,87 m und Konfektionsgröße 60) als unzureichend empfunden. Im Haus ist ein Bistro, dass jedoch nur für Gruppen nach Anmeldung geöffnet hat.

Anika (8/5): - Wir waren mit Baby dort. Ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sodass wir unser eigenes Frühstück zubereiten konnten. Babybett war auch vorhanden und das Elternbett ist auch groß genug, sodass Baby mit drin schlafen konnte. Supermarkt ist keine 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Hotel und Lage sind sehr ruhig und schön direkt am Kanal. Abends konnten wir am Kanal spazieren gehen und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir sind ca. 30 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen, kann man gut machen. Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden, aber recht teuer. Das Hotel ist gut angebunden. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zum botanischen Garten und zum Kastel de Haar. Alles in allem hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden nochmal kommen. Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist sehr teuer, dafür dass man schon nicht wenig für das Hotelzimmer bezahlt.

Дякуємо за каву, чай. Біля готелю є досить великий супермаркет, де ви можете купити необхідні продукти. У 5-ти хвилинах пішки від готелю - зупинка автобусів. Можна дістатися за 10-15 хвилин до центру Утрехту. Розклад дуже зручний. Автобуси ходять часто та майже без запізнень Все було чудово.

Mirco (5/5): - Easy to understand the location and how to handle my stay. Nice view and good room size. Change the towels at the 4th for ecological reasons doesn't make sense, invest in ecological cleaners and keep the comfort to the propriety if this is the reason.
Anthony (8/5): - Room size, cleanliness, view from window. Location to the supermarket and bus stop to central Utrecht. Plenty of parking for those people with cars. Bicycle hire available. We would have liked to have breakfast each day, but it was 18 euros each, which is €108 for our 3 day stay. Therefore we didn't have it on any day, probably okay if you have an expense account.

Raluca (8/5): Nice - The room was quite spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, and it was close to public transportation and shops. The hotel has his own parking lot but even if you stay at there hotel you need to pay and I paid the most expensive parking fee of my life ( 22 euro / day ).

Alejandra (8/5): Habitación familiar en Utrecht - Habitación limpia, amplia y nueva. Camas cómodas. Buen baño. Alejado del centro, pero la parada del autobús está bastante cerca. Bastante caro (como todo en Holanda).

Christian (6/5): Mässiger Service, insgesamt aber ausreichend für Kurztrip - Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Schlechter Service - es wird für alles extra Geld verlangt (z.B. für etwas früheres Einchecken 15€, obwohl das Zimmer schon fertig war, wir haben es dann gelassen). Lage nicht so gut, man braucht länger ins Zentrum uns selbst zur Busanbindung 500 Meter.

Carolien (8/5): Fijne studio met eigen kookgelegenheid. - Bij het inchecken geholpen door een hele aardige vrouw. Inchecken ging supervlot. Studio was ruim, keuken was compleet, badkamer erg klein dus een beetje behelpen maar alles zat erin. Supermarkt om de hoek. Kamer had toch een aantal gebreken: douchedeur sloot niet waardoor er cm's water in het kleine badkamertje stonden. Kamers waren erg gehorig. Hele dikke dekbedden.

DARIA (6/5): - Hygiëne De tv werkte niet, gemeld aan de balie en zij gingen het probleem oplossen maar dat is niet gebeurd. 178€ betaald voor 1 nacht zonder ontbijt, waarvoor een mooie, hygiënische kamer in de plaats gekregen. Alleen jammer dat je als gast enkel kan parkeren op een betalende parking van het hotel. Wij hebben voor 1 nacht (9u) 22€ betaald.
