- Paula (4/5): O apartamento seria ótimo se tivesse manutenção e limpeza, mas ele está bastante mofado com os jogos de cama manchados e - A localização é ótima e a estrutura do prédio é excelente Estava fedendo a mofo em todo lugar do apartamento, tinha barata dentro da gaveta da cozinha, a geladeira vazava água e tinha pouquíssimos talheres, as roupas de cama estavam manchadas e com cheiro ruim, além de fazer muito tempo de eu não ter visto um papel higiênico de tão baixa qualidade e tão pouco. Não tinha Wi-Fi próprio.
- Lucas (4/5): Frustante, não indico a ninguém. - Não sou muito exigente, mas o meu apartamento estava bem empoeirado mesmo eu especificando que precisava de um cuidado com isso devido rinite alérgica. Também tive problemas com tranca da porta da varanda sem funcionar só descobri que dormi com ela aberta no dia seguinte. Toda hora apareciam pequenas baratas na cozinha, inclusive em cima da pia e a bancada. Perdi um passeio em um dia das minhas locações devido ter que ficar vários e vários minutos enviando mensagens e esperando uma solução. Em um momento eu disse que poderia gravar um vídeo falando sobre a minha experiência negativa e a atendente disse que eu poderia buscar meus direitos. Ao final me ofereceram um outro apartamento melhor, pedi para que pudessem me dar um dia extra pelos transtornos e não permitiram, apenas aceitaram o check out 2 horas depois do programado. Enfim, na minha opinião são inflexíveis e não valorizam os clientes. Não indico pra ninguém, foi uma experiência ruim. Sobre João Pessoa, é linda, e o local é ótimo, porém próximo ao Solar, tem opções melhores e mais econômicas.

- Martins (6/5): Falta cuidado do proprietário - A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, e a melhor parte de bares e restaurantes, tem uma cervejaria artesanal do lado da entrada que é perfeita, a climatização da unidade é uma delícia e confortável, o condomínio tem algum barulho , mas é esperado e não tira o brilho. Na unidade não tinha, copos, toalha de rosto, pano de chão , os box dos dois banheiros vazavam, e ficavam todos molhados, eu secava com papel toalha, minha esposa passou mal no vôo, ao me deixaram fazer checkin antecipado em 1h, ok, regras são regras, não pudemos sequer esperar no hall... A desculpa de que estavam preparando o ambiente, quando entrei tinha um saco de pipoca vazio no armário do quarto. O sofá e os colchões deveriam ser limpos e impermeabilizados, tinha marca de suor no sofá, utensílios de cozinha guardados sujos, o único copo que tinha era um copo americano que provavelmente algum hóspede levou de um bar.
- Fátima Rovane (9/5): Acomodação e localização excelente! - Localização e acomodação! Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nessa acomodação sempre que viajarmos para João Pessoa. O quarto não tinha sabonete líquido, foi solicitado no primeiro dia da hospedagem e não foi atendido. O tapete antiderrapante do box precisa ser trocado, pois está muito velho e sujo. Fora isso, acomodação foi muito boa.

A recepção tem um espaço enorme, chegamos 14:20hrs e não deixaram a gente aguardar na recepção para fazer o check-in que era as 15:00hrs. Tivemos que ficar com as malas na rua esperando.

Administração muito ruim Não respondem Ficamos 4 dias sem trocar nada ( toalha, cobertores, sabonete líquido, cobertores). Chegamos no local tudo sujo não tinha sido preparado para nós receber. Todos os cobertores sujos e com mal cheiro. Mandamos trocar só veio no outro dia. Dormimos uma noite sem cobertor nenhum. Não recomendo simplesmente um horror.

- Izabel (10/5): - Bem localizado, em frente ao letreiro de João Pessoa, o prédio é limpo e organizado, a área da piscina é linda, espaçosa meu filho amou. O apt bem montado, nós nos sentimos em casa. A dormida foi ótima. Só uma ressalva para o sofá. Por ser sofá cama não está tão confortável mais, Acredito que pelo tempo de uso. E tb estava bastante sujo, precisando se uma lavagem profissional. De resto, tudo ok. Com certeza voltaremos. O sofá cama estava bem sujo e gasto, pra dormir não foi bom.

A única coisa ruim é que passei apenas uma diária e não consegui aproveitar tudo que estava a disposição, mas foi uma das melhores diárias que já tive, com um preço espetacular. Nada

- Luana (4/5): Decepcionante - Localização e estrutura muito boa. Apto cheio de mosquito e com sujeira de hóspede anterior. Sem pano de prato e pano de chão na cozinha. Foram limpar no dia seguinte ao check in (a noite) pq reclamei, pedi para deixar os panos e não deixaram. A anfitriã se recusou a trocar o enxoval que estava todo manchado. Enfim… última vez que me hospedei com eles. Aluguei outro apto no mesmo condomínio nesse fds seguinte, de outra administradora, e estava perfeito.

- Regiane (3/5): Frustrada, não recomendaria a ninguém existem outros apartamentos no mesmo condomínio muito mais confortáveis e valores - Localização é ótima Para início não gostei da falta de suporte do anfitrião, fiz um questionamento sobre chegar mais cedo devido ao horário do meu voo, não obtive resposta e ao chegar fiquei esperando com as malas na rua, sendo que havia uma recepção e poderíamos ficar lá. No apartamento o sofá estava quebrado, abrindo o braço do lado esquerdo, dificultando o uso, a porta da varanda e a fechadura da porta não tranca do banheiro estava muito difícil de abrir, extremamente pesada e a fechadura quebrada, cada vez que tentávamos era um sacrifício, o vaso do banheiro estava bem encardido dando um certo nojo para utilizar, a torneira fria do lavatório não estava funcionando e a fechadura da porta não funcionava, e o colchão na era bom, sentíamos as molas nas costas Obs: ao pesquisar no Booking procuramos Hotel, por esse motivo pagamos um valor bem acima dos demais e chegando lá percebemos que era Flat.

- Beth (10/5): Estadia boa, confortável e bem localizada. - A localização foi excelente, exatamente como queríamos: perto do evento do Busto de Tamandaré, praticamente em frente. Fica próximo a lanchonetes e restaurantes, além de muitas barracas no calçadão vendendo diversos produtos. É uma área bem movimentada. A praia é boa, principalmente na maré baixa. Também está a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da Feira de Artesanato de Tambaú. O trajeto pelo calçadão é bastante animado, com muitas lojinhas ao longo do caminho.

A limpeza do apartamento foi feita às pressas. Chegamos no.horario previsto e ainda estava limpando. Achei muito cabelo pelo apartamento no piso e nos panos qie a funcionária colocou nos banheiros.

- Dayane (1/5): Péssimo - Da área comum e da localização do condomínio, apenas. Minha hospedagem no Solar Tambaú foi extremamente frustrante e, sem dúvida, a pior estadia da minha vida. O apartamento locado não possuía wi-fi, apesar de o anúncio informar que havia internet — algo inadmissível em pleno ano de 2026. Ao questionarmos, fomos informados de que apenas algumas unidades contavam com o serviço, o que caracteriza informação enganosa. Além disso, o apartamento não oferecia o mínimo necessário para uma estadia: não havia esponja de louça, vassoura, rodo ou pano de chão. Os utensílios de cozinha eram insuficientes, mais compatíveis com um quarto de hotel do que com um apartamento, impossibilitando o preparo de qualquer refeição. Para agravar a situação, o forno estava quebrado e o fogão apresentava vazamento de gás, sendo necessário manter o registro geral fechado por segurança. Enfim, uma experiência totalmente negativa, sem qualquer conforto ou segurança, que não recomendo em hipótese alguma.

Zwembad ok maar geen faciliteiten om iets drank te kopen aan het zwembad Heel moeilijk als buitenlander om in te checken Appartement 203 was heel slecht. Verouderd. Laatste nacht kakkerlakken. Vroeg om de laatste nacht terug te betalen maar geen reactie daar één stoel gebroken was. Wordt ik voor één nacht van de drie terugbetaald????? Booking.com niet waardig
- Rosana (8/5): Nota 8.0 - A localização e a área de lazer que é top. Áreas comuns muito linda. Chegamos e não conseguimos entrar às 15:00 porque o flat não estava disponível, a gente deu de cara com a diarista que tinha acabado de começar a faxina e disse que só ficaria pronto uma hora a uma hora e meia depois. Tivemos que ficar jogado na rua até dar o horário. A localização e o prédio são top mas se vc tem problema com zoadas, sai fora, pois ali é badalado e tem barulho até tarde da noite.
