- Ana (10/5): - It was a pleasant surprise because it was better than expected since the concept of Motel is different in PR than in USA. Staff was very helpful since my flight arrived late and I got to the property at 3am check out was at 11am but it was a CLEAN place to sleep for a few hours in order go to family event. I did not like the towels and they brought better ones for me with a smile. Towels were clean but not snow white color and so was the sheet I use to cover myseft...if you are ok with that you will liked this place👍 Remember people, this is a 3 star rating and to my opinion having had a small Hotel years back this place is doing a fenominal job because I know it's not easy. I guess what makes it a 3 star is that the fixtures where not shiny and the color of towels and sheets. On the noise side I really can't tell because at 10am I heard they were cutting the grass, but I'm sure that is not an everyday thing. I'm writting this review because my 1st time I stayed in a Motel in Carolina and it was filty dirty and with a bad smell it gave me the creeps and I left, I swore myself never to stay in a motel again but I needed to stay closer to event and it was too late to knock on families door, so reading this place reviews game me the courage to try it again and I'm glad I did, I just wish someone had mentioned about the towels before. That's why I'm doing it now on my review. Give this place a try you wont regret it! I will stay here any time! Be sa enjoy your vacations in PR👍

It’s clean, renovated, and the indoor private pool was a great addition and definitely worth it. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. They got us ice and an extra blanket right away. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside? A lack of outlets — that’s it!

- Raymond (2/5): - This place has potential to be awesome, but the set up is terrible. There were no plugs to plug in and charge the phone or anything for that matter. There were no blankets and to get one you had to deposit $50. They took more than an hour to bring the blanket, and they had no office to go n and communicate with anyone. The only way to contact them was by phone that wasn't picked up. The internet didn't work well enough to connect to any streaming service. They also didn't want to let me see the room saying that all the rooms looked the same, so as to deny me access. If it weren't for their deceptive refund practices I wouldn't have stayed. There was also no hot water for the majority of the time I spent there. The best thing about my room is that it had a small private pool. The floor was super deadly as there was nothing in the floor to help your footing. I was rooting for this place but I cannot recommend. Lastly the look outside of the room is super awkward. It looks like a storage facility. You don't even know that you're at a motel as it doesn't reveal itself. It looks straight like a haul storage facility. They don't even have an office to go in and check in or out. They protect their flimsy blanket and double checked that they got it more than they put effort in helping the customer. You are basically on your own with nothing nearby except stray dog in what feels like a barricade bunker. I could go on but it's all the same. It was terrible even at the value price.

- Verified traveler (2/5): "Love hotel" Beware - This is a love hotel, meaning it is rented by the hour to people to come have s*x. This was not mentioned or conveyed in the listing. We had to stay one night as we had booked it for two nights and arrived late in the evening. We did not stay the second night. We have been trying to get a refund and have gotten nowhere. I will never use Hotels.com to book ever again.

The garage door closes immediately after entry in order to maintain privacy with a partner. The sign by the room entrance quotes a 6 hr charge! Also the ad suggests a soak pool but our "villa" did not have one. Because sleeping is not the reason people rent the rooms it doesn't matter that it is just a few feet from the busy street. Therefore this establishment is not an appropriate "hotel" for Expedia to advertise.

- Kevin (10/5): - Our room at Hotel El Eden was beautiful, clean, luxurious. Each room has its own garage to park your car in that takes you right into your room. Our room had a nice little lounging pool on the private patio. Staff were great and available to provide whatever we needed. At the time of our stay, there was only one staff member who spoke English, but we worked it out. It IS a Spanish-speaking country after all! One downside is that there were some dogs, I assume strays, that were engaging in loud fights a couple different times. We were there only a short time, one night before an early flight, but I would have been happy to be there longer and really enjoy the room and property!

- Victoria (6/5): - The place is supposed to be discrete, but when we arrived and reached out to the staff from our car, they started to yell my name while looking for my booking. The garage door didn't fully close, and the mattress was bad. Everything was very clean though.

- Mirla (2/5): It's not a hotel - The place is advertised as a hotel. When we arrived, we realized it was a motel for lovers. It has bunker style rooms with individual garages to put your car. We only stayed half an hour and left because we didn't feel safe. For people in mind to have sex and leave, it may not be bad but I went there with my mother. I think they are not beng truthful in their advertisement.
