La habitación y el lugar es bueno, y si bien está un poco descuidado, cumple con la buena vista que prometen las fotos publicadas. La habitación es amplia y funciona muy bien el baño. No tiene TV. Lo que ocurre es que el acceso es terrible, dificultoso y pasa por propiedades destruidas hasta poder dar con las instalaciones. Esto sería importante aclararlo en el aviso, no pueden acceder personas mayores o con dificultades de traslado, sin lugar a dudas.

• Lillevi (10/5): Magiskt👌 - Magisk utsikt o bara tre rum, så otroligt lugnt. Man undrade var man hamnat när man stod vid grinden o promenaden till boendet var helt klart udda. Men när vi kom fram visade det sig vara ett fantastiskt o udda boende. Inget för den bekväme som vill ha fancy, men för mig som gillar personliga ovanliga ställen var det magiskt. Utsikten från toan glömmer jag aldrig. Kontakten via whats up fungerade alldeles utmärkt.

It had a stunning view of the isola Bella and had a lot of communal outdoor furniture as well as private outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the view. Everything we needed was provided.

• Martina (9/5): Úžasné výhledy - Moc se nám líbil výhled z pokoje. V blízkosti je pláž a přechod na ostrůvek Isola Bella . U ubytování je zastávka autobusu, který vás zaveze do centra Taorminy. V blízkosti jsme také zaparkovali půjčené auto na placeném parkovišti přes noc. Bylo ale drahé, 25 euro. Jinak je parkování v blízkosti problém. Bezproblémová byla komunikace s majiteli. Informace perfektní, velmi dobře popsaný postup pro ubytování. Bylo nám líto, že jsme si rezervovali jen jednu noc. Pokoje jsou orientovány na východ, již v 8 ráno silně svítilo na terasu slunce i v říjnu. Může být problém v létě, že bude velké horko. Také železniční trať pod ubytováním byla v noci hlučnější při otevřených oknech.

The surrounding of the building is ugly. With a little work could be a nice garden around the house and up to the gate.

• Thomas (5/5): Très décevant !!! - Salle de bain Vue Heureusement que la salle de bain et la vue sont belle, car logement : 0 !!! Complètement inadmissible que rien ne soit précisé concernant la descente, comment fait quelqu’un avec des problèmes ?!! La montée ne nous donne même pas envie de sortir du logement tellement elle est horrible. On doit lire les avis commentaires pour savoir tout ça !! N’importe quoi. Aucune place privée, avec des parkings éloignés qui coûte super cher, et qui de plus ferment à 19:00. Wifi qui fonctionne même pas jusque dans notre chambre. Et tellement dommage d’avoir une si belle vue avec table/chaise extérieur mais aucune cuisine ou quoi que ce soit pouvant nous aider à faire un déjeuner. Et d’ailleurs, à quoi sert la table à l’intérieur du logement ???? J’aurai su tout ça, je ne serai jamais venu dans ce logement. Heureusement que nous y avons passé que 2 jours. En espérant que du monde tombe sur nos commentaires pour ne pas faire la même erreur.

The host was responsive and helpful whenever needed. Recommendations for Improvement: 1. Send check-in instructions earlier and include a white flag for easier arrival as noted in the instructions 2. Improve bathroom cleanliness and address any unpleasant smells (bad sewage like smell) 3. Replace old towels and ensure the space is free of hair and cobwebs 4. Ensure windows and front gate latch securely for guest safety With a bit more attention to cleanliness and safety, the stay could be much more comfortable.
• Amy (10/5): Beautiful room by the sea - Beautiful, very large room and very nice bathroom by the sea. Helpful host facilitated late check in. Great overall stay. Could be a little tricky to find but we were provided an excellent guide with pictures which made it easy. Watch out for parking tickets if parking on the road. Some shade on the balcony would be great for sunny mornings.

• Hanna (9/5): - Хозяин выслал подробную инструкцию по заселению. Вид прекрасный, в номере хороший кондиционер, чисто и атмосферно. Терраса с видом на море и Изола Белла. Фуникулер в 10 минутах ходьбы. В идеале если бы была мини-кухня или кофемашина. Не хватает хорошего фена и утюга. На втором этаже интернет ловит плохо и спуск/подъем в апартаменты достаточно сложный. Рядом железная дорога, но она не мешала отдыху.

• Ginevra (8/5): Vista bellissima su Isola Bella! - Senz’altro la vista… svegliarsi di fronte isola bella è bellissimo. La camera è grande e essenziale. C’è il frigo. Lo staff molto disponibile. La strada per arrivare non è bella, non c’è illuminazione ed è ripida.

Great communication with the hosts about check in and quick to reply! Location was not as good as we expected, you walk along a very busy (with cars) road to get to the beach, on the way back you have to go up the hill, doable but should be noted. Otherwise it was just little things, no plastic bag in the bin, only 1 small water bottle provided when there are 2 people staying (it’s hot work getting to the accom so water is very much needed). Thin walls, were woken when other guests came home late, could hear the person in the next room snoring etc. Easily fixed with earplugs. Overall just felt like little things were missing that would definitely make the stay more welcoming/comfortable.

• Lorena (6/5): Grande delusione! - La vista dalla camera, molto bella. Bella la terrazza. La doccia funzionante con un bel getto. Non ho mai parlato con nessuno, solo messaggi. Non era scritto di una strada scoscesa e lunga, non certo accessibile a persone anziane o con disabilità, senza alcuna illuminazione notturna e quindi, per me, molto pericolosa. (Con il cell scarico ho dovuto farmi un bel coraggio per percorrerla al buio totale: isolata, al di sotto della strada principale e non asfaltata e scivolosa). Non è il proprietario della strada a doversi occupare della sicurezza e illuminazione, ma tutti quelli che ne beneficiano! Soprattutto chi per una stanza spartana, senza TV e senza comodità, si prende l'equivalente di 2 giorni in centro a Catania! Per me una totale delusione è ci sono rimasta il meno possibile! Consiglio: di avvisare in modo corretto sulla posizione, asfaltare la strada e mettere luci notturne per tutto il lungo percorso scosceso fino alla struttura, svecchiare la camera e mettere un materasso accettabile per riuscire a dormire! Mi fermo a questo. Non ci tornerei senza queste migliorie..necessarie!

• Adrian (10/5): Increíble spot - Las vistas son increíbles, mi apartamento maravilloso y el porche muy bonito. Siempre atento el dueño. Perfecto para pasar unos días en la playa y a nada de Taormina centro en funicular Por decir algo, al no tener desayuno, al menos poner unos cubiertos y/o una cafetera. Es cierto que la entrada es algo costosa, pero son 3 minutos andando solo.

• Patrycja (10/5): - Amazing view from the room(Isola Bella), lovely host who allowed us to get to the room 2 hours before check in time. The room, I would say, the apartment contains bathroom, bedroom, and living room with little fridge and balcony. Also there was a terrace with sun loungers. The accommodation was short walk distance to the beach(a lot of stairs if someone like climbing), local coffee shop and market opened from early hours, bus stop to Taormina city centre and cable cars. Highly recommend!

• Stella (5/5): Nice view but minimal facilities - The property had a nice view of Isolabella beach and the room was clean. The check-in process was not very good. The host was dismissive upon check in and wasn’t very accommodating. The facilities were minimal. For accomodation that didn’t offer breakfast, they only left a paper knife and fork in the room. The outside space wasn’t clean and there was a sewage smell.
• Zach (9/5): Amazing Stay, Amazing View - Amazing view of Isola Bella and the sea. The room was larger than expected and quiet which was nice. AC worked great which was lovely since we went during the beginning of a heat wave. Check in could be a little bit more streamlined as the person we spoke to only responded in Italian. Other than that the entrance is just a little annoying to go up/down from, especially with heavy suitcases.

Serviette rêche et ancienne L’accès pas facile si personne à mobilité réduite ou ne pouvant pas se déplacer facilement
• Fiona (10/5): Beautiful room and great beach location - Excellent location for the beach - beautifully tucked away, safe and quiet. The walk up to the town is beautiful and not long, but if you're not a fan of steps you can easily take the bus - the stop is a short walk away, or the cable car. Make sure you have the room code before getting to the property - the details say this will be sent but i had to phone/text for it when we arrived.

The rooms are spacious and decorated in a lovely Sicilian fashion and the shower and air conditioning are very modern. Access could not have been easier. It's only a minor thing but to my taste the mattress was a bit too soft
• Lucy (5/5): Disappointing experience with owners - Great location, however quite difficult to access the property. We were advised that we would be provided with the check in details when we provided certain documents. 3 hours after providing the documents, we still had not been provided with check in information. When I asked for the information (20min before check in time), I was advised that it would be provided when we arrived. Once we arrived, the owners STILL would not provide the check in information. We waited on the side of the road waiting for them to provide the information. They wouldn't answer when I called and were quite difficult to deal with. I don't see the value in not providing check in information to guests and being unnecessarily difficult. We had to ask for the code to the gate and the room 6 times before this information was provided. There is no cleaning service, no fresh towels, bed not made etc. however, the owners entered our room with no notice merely just to turn off our air conditioner. This made us extremely uncomfortable. It doesn't look like a professional cleaner is used in between guests.

• Claudio (10/5): Molto romantico - Posizione incantevole sull'Isola Bella, dalle forti emozioni. Ottima sistemazione in ampia camera con relativi confort. Bagno comodo con doccia avvolgente. Titolari molto attenti alla soddisfazione del cliente. Non vuole essere una critica, quanto una debita informazione per gli ospiti: per scendere fino alla dimora bisogna percorrere una strada in discesa che poi, al ritorno diviene in salita. Basta saperlo in anticipo per essere pronti e non lamentarsi della cosa. Sì tratta di una perla, incastonata in un sito particolare. La terrazza è accogliente e permette di prendere il sole comodamente.

Di sera si fa ancora più fatica poiché buio, rendendo necessario l'utilizzo della torcia del telefono. Migliorabile la pulizia generale della struttura.

I terrazzi offrono una vista splendida, ma purtroppo l'host si è dimostrata poco gentile e per nulla presente. Ha dato per scontato che conoscessimo già Taormina e non ci ha fornito alcuna informazione utile o suggerimento affidabile, limitandosi a indicazioni casuali. Inoltre, durante una chiamata si è mostrata scortese e poco disponibile. È stato anche complicato trovare l’alloggio, perché non eravamo a conoscenza delle particolarità di Taormina, che ha una viabilità abbastanza complessa.

Sicuramente la strada molto ripida per raggiungere la struttura.. Di notte totalmente al buio e potrebbe essere molto pericolosa. La pulizia è da migliorare e nkn abbiamo trovato le bustine x fare il caffe.

• Stephen (1/5): Avoid - View was good I parked at the entrance to unload our luggage and was shouted at by an Italian man until I moved the car. While I was doing so another Italian woman came to shout at my wife as she waited with the luggage. The path down to the rooms is very steep, rough with little light. Difficult for us with hand luggage, never mind heavier bags or if you have trouble walking! It takes you past an abandoned construction site. No one was there to welcome us, all communication was through WhatsApp and often not English. Location is right in front of the railway line with a fairly busy road behind. WiFi was spotty. After our verbal assault upon arrival and with no other person to contact my wife and I were so unnerved we made new arrangements and left.

• Marta (5/5): Widok ładny ale nie jest to komfortowe miejsce za tą cenę - Widok na wodę i na wyspę piękny! Wystrój apartamentu ładny. Pociąg nie przeszkadza - jeździ kilka razy dziennie. 1. Śmierdziało kanalizacją w nocy 2. Ściana apartamentu na dole z drzwiami metalowymi - wychodząca na korytarz 2 apartamentu za ścianą - szpara była tak duża że jak ktoś chodził to było słychać, jak ktoś zapalał światło na korytarzu to było widać w pokoju - bardzo to niekomfortowe, poza tym mocno się niosł dźwięk przez te drzwi. 3. Bardzo twarde łóżko - naprawdę bardzo twarde i poduszka okropnie duża, niewygodna. 4. Zamek w drzwiach - uwaga są to drzwi „balkonowe” starego typu - jak się okazało - na zatrzask więc jak po powrocie z kolacji niechcący zatrzasnęliśmy klucz w środku siedząc na tarasie nie mogliśmy się dostać i musieliśmy prosić właścicielkę o pomoc w otwarciu. Przyszedł jakiś bardzo niemiły i zły na nas pan i pomimo że przeprosiliśmy i podziękowaliśmy bardzo za pomoc rzucał komentarze „że ma nadzieję że to ostatni raz”. Tak samo z wejściem - nie jest jasna instrukcja z kodem, ten sam pan krzyczał na nas i innych lokatorów przez domofon zamiast wytłumaczyć jak otworzyć skrytkę z kluczykiem do pokoju i wejść… zachowanie tego pana bardzo niemiłe … 5. Lokalizacja - widoki ładne na wodę ale trzeba iść do apartamentu sporo pod górę i nie ma gdzie zaparkować, najbliższe miejsce to parking pod kolejką linową 6. Uwaga - nie ma bezpośredniego zejścia na plażę, trzeba iść na około ok 10 min piechotą (to nie zarzut a informacja dla innych bo my się zdziwiliśmy)
