The front entrance to the hotel and the street was very close/narrow. I did not see a caution sign to warn drivers that hotel guests could be walking out the front entrance.

- Liam (8/5): - The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a prime location, within walking distance to electric town and Ueno park. Extremely clean and well looked after. The location is a bit of a double edged sword, being situated next to a busy road and railway, so the noise sometimes kept us awake. It would also be nice if the hotel included laundry facilities and a microwave. Other than that, a fantastic experience!

- Alexandra (8/5): Gutes Hotel - Tolle Lage und nettes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist recht klein, aber ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und haben uns gut geholfen. Leider hat sich die Klimaanlage immer wieder von allein eingeschaltet, selbst nach Hilfe.

La sala d'esmorzar petita però no ens vam haver d'esperar. Feiem el check-in a les 14:25h, ens van indicar que si pagavem un extra ens donaven ja la habitació, que sino haviem d'espera a lea 15h. Puc entendre pagar extra previament per assegurar que pots entrar abans, però estant ja allà i havent la habitació disponible, és ridicul haver s'esperar 35 minuts davant del taulell de recepció per evitar pagar extra, lo normal és permetre el checkin inmediatament. El menjador d'esmorzar és petit, trobo que no s'hauria de permetre que 2 persones ocupin les taules de 4.

- Dominik (9/5): Nice hotel with super helpful staff in a great location between Ueno and Akihabara - The hotel was super clean, and the room had enough space for 2 people and the luggage. There was free coffee and water on the 1st floor, as well as a vending machine with drinks. The breakfast was good - not a big choice, but every day the kitchen served something different. It was a mix of Western-style and Japanese-style breakfast. The dining space is small but enough to accommodate guests. The staff was very helpful with check-in, and they helped me send my luggage to the next hotel. I truly recommend staying at this hotel, given the price and location.

They do offer a laundry service, but it is very expensive for the amount of laundry - 1700 yen for a very small bag that would fit 1 adult's autfit. Compared to the 100 yen coin machine in the other hotel we stayed that handled the whole family's laundry.

- Piyada (10/5): - โลเคชันดีมากๆๆ สามารถเดินอากิฮาบาระหรืออูเอโนะได้เลย และใกล้กับรถไฟใต้ดินและ JR มากค่ะ ทำเลไม่วุ่นวายแถมราคาดี ห้องสะอาดและใหม่มาก ผนังไม่บางเลยค่ะ ขนาดห้องกำลังพอดีสำหรับสองคนแต่ถ้าเอากระเป๋าแบบกางมาทั้งคู่อาจจะลำบากนิดนึงค่ะ ส่วนตัวชอบแชมพูและครีมนวดดีมากใช้แล้วผมนุ่ม เงามากค่ะ😊 และโรงแรมเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้ใหม่ทุกวันค่ะ

- Laura (9/5): - Cet hôtel était a quelques minutes de part et d’autre de deux stations de métro et des rues connues de Akihabara. Parfait pour quelques jours à Tokyo et proche de tous les autres quartiers. À noter que le ménage est fait au bout de la 3e nuit. La chambre peut paraître petite mais en collant les lits nous avons réussi à ouvrir nos deux valises.

Samim tim što smo izabrali isti hotel govori o tome da smo prezadovoljni i lokacijom, osobljem, čistoćom i svim ostalim.

- Miyazawa (8/5): コンパクトだけど観光地へのアクセスもよくラグジュアリーを望まなければ不足がないホテル - フロントのスタッフの方の対応が大変よかったです。 あいにくの雨で、傘を借りて返す際も嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれました。 書類の変更をお願いしても快く対応して下さりうれしかったです。 朝食会場のスタッフの方も頻繁に食材の追加をしたり、空いたテーブルを片付けたりとテキパキお仕事されていました。 朝食会場が狭いと感じました。海外旅行者の団体？の方々がいるといっぱいになっている印象でしたが、座れないといったことはなかったです。
