• Deluca (5/5): - L'albergo è silenzioso , molto centrale e ben servito. In generale è pulito, profumato. I letti sono comodissimi e le lenzuola pulite. Anche se le asciugamani per la doccia erano piccole. ho richiesto un cambio stanza perchè quella assegnatami aveva le pareti sporche . Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto le pareti pulite. Il bagno aveva della muffa nelle fughe. nella nuova stanza il piatto doccia era scorticato... La signorina alla reception si è un pò infastidita per la mia richiesta di cambio, per quanto sorridente... e anche questo, in un albergo 4 stelle non me lo aspetto. Nel complesso non era sporco, ma sicuramente per il livello e il prezzo , sotto la media.

• Madeleine (7/5): Top Lage - Ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau in diesem Hotel sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Besonders positiv sind die hervorragende Lage – Gran Vía, der Mercado de San Miguel und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch vom Flughafen kommt man schnell hin (Taxi-Pauschalpreis in Madrid: 33 €). Das Hotel war zudem angenehm ruhig, da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt, und man hat weder Straßenlärm noch andere Gäste gehört. Die Reinigungskräfte waren außerdem sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich nicht ganz, da die Zimmer zwar sauber, aber bereits etwas abgewohnt sind.

• Yuriy (10/5): Un hotel fabuloso en el corazón de Madrid! - Un hotel fabuloso en el corazón de Madrid! Nuestra estancia en Soka Boutique Congress fue perfecta. Lo primero que notas al entrar es un hall precioso con un aroma increíble y un equipo en recepción de lo más amable y profesional. La habitación era impecable y con un diseño precioso, incluyendo una grifería y baño de alta calidad. Estaba muy bien equipada con un minibar completo y detalles muy cuidados. La limpieza es absoluta. La ubicación es inmejorable: todo está a un paso. Pudimos ir caminando al Museo Thyssen, al Prado, al Reina Sofía y al Parque del Retiro. Además, la zona está llena de restaurantes, paradas de autobús, un supermercado Carrefour Express y hasta una tienda Clarel muy cerca por si necesitas algo de cosmética. Es la base ideal para explorar el centro. Solo estuvimos un día, pero nos quedamos con ganas de más. Es un hotel al que volveremos sin duda. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

• Marla7 (10/5): Excellent stay in the perfect location - We had a great experience at Soho Boutique Congreso. The hotel is in an excellent location, in particular for us as we were running the marathon and it was very well placed in respect of the start and finish line. The facilities are great, everything was comfortable and well laid out, in the public areas as well as the bedroom. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We also had room service which can be ordered online and comes in takeaway containers which I thought was very handy. Based on the location and the high demand with the marathon being on that weekend, I think the price was reasonable too. I would definitely stay here again!

• Auro (9/5): muito bom - Bom Café da manhã , ótimos restaurantes por perto, a localização e ótima com lavanderia e supermercados próximos. O apartamento é confortável! Escadas, mesmo tendo um elevador para o piso superior da recepção tive que carregar as malas pelas escadas, pois o elevado não foi oferecido e necessita chave para ser acionado.

• Gisela (8/5): Excelente ubicación, hotel boutique - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y con posibilidad de ir andando a los sitios más turísticos. El personal muy amable, nos olvidamos el ordenador en la habitación y nos llamaron para avisarnos y pudimos recogerlo un par de días más tarde, con total garantía en la entrega. La habitación grande y cómoda. Buena wifi. Calle tranquila, sin ruido para dormir. La decoración de la habitación algo anticuada.
• Manal (4/5): I expected ease for what we paid for… - We liked the size of the room. The bed was comfy. The staff was very kind. When we arrived, the handicap access to the first floor was broken and we had to carry our stroller and luggage over. Then the convenient elevator was broken. So we had to roll baby and luggage over inconvenient doorways and steps to get to another elevator in an adjacent building. Then when we got to the room, AC was broken and a staff member told us that this is a common issue in rooms on the second floor. It was hot in the room and we had to sleep with the window open which violated our privacy. We were offered another room, but this was after baby had fallen asleep for the night and moving her and packing up the room would have caused immense chaos.

• Inês (4/5): Claramente não é um hotel de 4 estrelas - Localização Cama grande, confortável Para um hotel de 4 estrelas faltam muitas comodidades. Viajámos com a nossa bebé e umas semanas antes de irmos solicitámos um berço, tal como é dito na descrição do hotel para solicitar antes da chegada. Foi-nos dito que não conseguiam garantir um berço no quarto porque o hotel estava lotado nesse fim de semana. Fomos na mesma, com receio de não ter onde colocar a nossa bebé a dormir. Quando chegámos, estava o berço no quarto, mas para o preço que pagámos por noite (337€ sem pequeno almoço) não se justifica este tipo de atitude. Precisámos de um chaleira no quarto para aquecer a água e fazer leite para a bebé durante a noite e não tinham chaleiras disponíveis, estavam todas ocupadas. Como é que um hotel que se diz de 4 estrelas não tem uma chaleira em cada quarto ou, havendo falta e necessidade de haver mais, não resolve a situação? Nem na recepção tinham chaleira, então aqueciam-nos água no microondas e, por sorte, levámos um termo e água mantinha-se quente a noite toda. Mas e se não tivéssemos levado? Teríamos de ir de madrugada à recepção pedir para aquecer água? A limpeza do quarto não era a melhor. O quarto precisa de manutenção, o tecto da casa de banho estava meio que a cair. Não conseguimos encontrar razão alguma neste hotel que justifique os 337€ por noite.

• Stefania (8/5): Bom custo/benefício - O quarto é amplo, iluminando e limpo! Os funcionários são muito gentis e a localização é ótima! Os móveis estão precisando ser renovados, mas ainda assim a cama é os travesseiros são bastante confortáveis.

• mixmytoesis (10/5): Lovely small central Madrid hotel on a quiet side street. - Central Madrid hotel, close to all the major sights, but as it is located on a quiet side street, there was no street noise. Lovely old wooden stairs up to our floor - there was a lift too. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed which had been made up as two singles, as requested, blackout curtains, a large desk, with a Nespresso machine & pods + tea bags, chairs a large TV, wardrobe with a decent amount of hangers, hairdryer & mini safe. The only thing missing from the room was a full length mirror. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower and decent shampoo/shower gel in the shower and handwash besides the sink. Friendly housekeeping and reception staff really made the stay a good one.

L'établissement était proche de l'arrivée du semi marathon de Madrid auquel j'ai participé, d où mon choix . Beau bâtiment ancien, rénové très très correctement, très propre . Great location, close to everything we needed. Even though very center location, the street is pretty quite and no noise from street in rooms (window into internal yard) Bidet is nice but it took lots of valuable space from bathroom. It would be nice to have more storage space and shelves in closet, bathroom or elsewhere. The room is pretty big, but feels like not very effectively organized (stand with luggage blocks closet doors)

• Camilla (9/5): Fuga romantica a Madrid - Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti al Soho Boutique Hotel nel cuore di Madrid e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è centralissima, perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Le camere sono curate in ogni dettaglio, pulitissime e davvero accoglienti. Un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è la tranquillità: le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e abbiamo potuto riposare senza alcun disturbo. Avevamo richiesto una camera sul cortile interno per evitare i rumori della strada e lo staff è stato molto disponibile nel soddisfare questa esigenza. A proposito dello staff, tutti si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e professionali durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e una posizione strategica. Sicuramente se dovessimo essere di nuovo a Madrid, ci torneremo!
