• Verified traveler (2/5): Look for somewhere else and save your money - If you want a decent place to stay, avoid this place. Everything about it is in a horrible/inhabitable condition and the maintenance of the place is just insanely poor. Molds and moisture everywhere.

• Verified traveler (2/5): A very bad / sub-standard hotel - My wife stayed at this hotel for one night, the room was below average, clean enough to say the least, there was no soap in the bathroom, used toilet paper, the attendant does not know anything about anything, she offered to bring a bottle of water for the room, never came back, the hotel advertise a free breakfast, it was a lie, there is no breakfast, the customer service is non existing, I would never recommend or stay in this hotel ever again.

• Maria L. (2/5): - First at all, this hotel was difficult to find as has not even its name displayed outside. Extremely poor customer service, room had no toilet paper, no tv program, no free minibar (as advertised), cold shower, no internet, and the manager was never available to address these issues. Next day there was no electricity and then no air conditioning in an 80 F degrees environment. A total nightmare that made me leave to a more decent place. A gave 1 star because there is no 1/4 of a star.

• Eunice (4/5): - I did not have a great experience at this hotel. 1/5 experience. I pulled the sheets off my bed and the sheet covering the mattress was dirty. The hotel staff was kind and helpful though they missed informed me on what time breakfast was and when I went down I was told breakfast was over. The following day when I received breakfast it was poor. I was served a salami and cheese sandwich and the person across from me was served mashed potatoes with eggs and salami. So I believe they serve you what they have and it’s not a universal breakfast for everybody. There was no menu to choose from. I had a bad Wi-Fi connection in my room on the fifth floor room 18. The sink water would not run and the toilet seat was cracked in many places. The shower had good water pressure but the water went everywhere on the ground. The room includes a mini fridge with nothing in it and a dim lamp. Positive: The lighting in the room was good and I had a great view of the waterfront. The best thing about this hotel is the location but your stay may vary from person to person depending on the room and service they give you

• BRENDA L (2/5): - Para comenzar en el area donde esta ubicado el hotel no hay estacionamiento disponible. El hotel no tiene elevador y las escaleras muy incómodas para el traslado del equipaje. El personal no es atento, e inclusive, no son cordiales. La estructura del hotel está en pésimas condiciones, igualmente las habitaciones, se nota que hace mucho no le dan mantenimiento. Inodoros rotos, las llaves del lavamanos y bañera rotos, receptáculos sin sus tapas de seguridad. La luz se fue y el hotel no cuenta con planta eléctrica. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

• Ed (4/5): - Paid for Ocean View and got nothing. This Hotel should not be more than $15-$20 a day at the most... It should be a 2 star hotel. Pictures on the expedia site are EDITED. It looks like NOTHING like that.... Is nothing more than a cheap dingy motel with Friendly Staff

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Everyone was so nice and helpful, the language barrier was a slight challenge but with my limited spanish and two staff members that spoke english everything worked out well! One thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that we could use Uber. We were told that we should use the official taxi company from the airport, but if we knew we could use uber we would have paid less than half. We would have saved so much money during the week too if we knew before our trip was half over. Overall, a great hotel!
• Harvey (10/5): Just a simple home away from home - This place was amazing. The room was ok just as described. The area is very lively and perfect for couples and single travelers of any age... The staff at the hotel was excellent. Juan Carlos the front desk manager was very attentive. The rest of the staff Winsin, Agustin, Stephanie, the other front desk staff and cleaning staff were all very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend this place, feels like home. BTW they have a delicious a la card breakfast very simple but fresh and made with love.

• Karina (6/5): - This is a budget hotel in a centric area of the city. Area is safe, hotel is budget friendly, rooms are comfortably enough for the price. Staff was very polite and professional, specially Betty the hotel manager. Breakfast was offered for a very low price (2-3 dollars). I hate Mangu with sauté onions and fried eggs for about $2.50 dollars. I recommend this hotel, specially for budget travelers. Be realistic and do not expect 5 start hotel quality, pictures do justice.
