janis (8/5): Centrally located hotel for airport shuttle - Clean, modern with everything you need to stay in Barcelona as near Placa de Catalunya to pick up and be dropped off to bus to airport terminal 1&2. Very large comfortable bed and good shower and toiletries Very impersonal large hotel with impersonal staff apart from friendly doorman. Could be in any city in the world.

The location is 10/10 — everything is nearby and super convenient for walking around the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really made the stay even better was the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona. Nothig

Bouriga (1/5): ما The room rate at this hotel is significantly overpriced and completely disproportionate to the quality of services pr - We would like to state that the stay experience at this hotel was far below expectations and did not match its current tourist classification, as the room rates were extremely expensive compared to the poor quality of services provided. We encountered a noticeable lack of basic services inside the room, where the furniture was worn out and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get adequate rest. Furthermore, the check-in process suffered from negligence; we found the room bathroom locked and were forced to wait for a full half-hour until room service arrived to open it. In addition, the provided breakfast was very modest and did not reflect the quality standards approved for four-star hotels, making us believe the hotel does not even live up to a three-star rating. Compounding this poor experience was the lack of professionalism and competence among the hotel staff, who handled our remarks with indifference and showed insufficient concern for the guests' needs. Based on all these facts, we strongly advise travelers to look for alternative options that guarantee a comfortable stay, better services, and true value for money.

Campos (10/5): Excelente - A localização é excepcional, do lado da Praça da Catalunya, metrô, trem e ônibus a 200m, é possível ir a pé para vários pontos turísticos. É uma bairro seguro, com muitas opções de restaurante e café por perto. Os funcionários foram todos muito gentis e solícitos. Nosso quarto tinha vista para a avenida e mesmo assim não tivemos problemas com barulho para dormir. Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente. Eles oferecem 2 opções de café, a que pagamos junto com a estadia e a que podemos pagar avulso na hora. A que pagamos na hora tem opções mais sofisticada,, pelo preço poderia ser tudo incluso no café que pagamos.

Olivier (1/5): Très déçu - Hôtel sans âme. J'ai eu un soucis avec mon fils et j'ai dû partir avant la fin de mon séjour et la direction n'a pas fait un seul geste malgré mon angoisse. Bref je ne veux plus de promotion pour cet hôtel sont l'odeur d'égout envahit les couloirs et un acceuil glacial. Je n'ai pas été soutenu par booking et j'espère que cela sera la dernière fois car j'ai perdu plus de 300 euros.

Déborah (7/5): Bien mais un peu déçu pour un 4* - - Situation exceptionnelle à deux pas de la plaça de catalunya - Jolie chambre, spacieuse et lumineuse - Personnel agréable - Insonorisation laisse à désirer (intérieur et extérieure) même au 8ème étage, c’est très bruyant. - Aucune chaîne internationale (seulement en espagnol) et impossible de caster. - Literie un peu cheap (surtout au niveau du sommier). Quand un bouge, l’autre se réveille. - Pas d’accès au rooftop (contrairement à ce que laisse penser la photo, l’accès est réservé aux chambres du dernier étage) On a eu du mal à se reposer. Un peu déçu de manière générale de cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Il ne manque pourtant pas grand chose.
