• denine (8/5): - Walking distance to venues I wished to attend . General store at the entrance that’s very handy . Pool ,sauna , spa and gym great very clean & maintained Key fob for lift use and entering and leaving building Quik response to emails and questions River walk within 5min distance Wrong name displayed on building Brisbane casino towers I had to phone make sure I was at the right building a few other people mentioned they were confused as well . To access building you need to scan a key fob had to phone reception to let me in maybe people could be made aware of this so not confused how to enter reception.

The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Absolutely filthy. The smell was a cross between cat pee and sewerage. The stains, dust and hair were disgusting. If I didn’t need to shower I wouldn’t have.

This apartment - Location There weee several issues - room was advertised with balcony and balcony furniture - the balcony was EXTREMELY small and no furniture - there was zero room for it! We couldn’t connect the TV to wifi - we couldn’t even get TV channels we had to phone reception the following day and staff couldn’t get it to work - they left and came back with an adapter so we could in the very least get channels.

The room didn’t have any bowls to make a salad. The shower could have been a bit more powerful. Was really difficult getting to other family members on other levels.

Cleanliness and hygiene was very poor even after being amend, bed was very uncomfortable, unpleasant smell to the apartment, bathroom floor would flood after each shower, apartment in general was in a very poor condition.

The smell was worst in the 2 bathrooms so I suspect a plumbing issue. The rest of the apartment was tired and dirty. The rug was stained and the shower plugs filthy.

When I did mention it to the reception the next day some cleaners came in and fixed parts

• Daniel (4/5): Very disappointed. False advertising from Booking.com and I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. - The City view was amazing. The lobby was quite pleasant. I was told via booking.com prior to booking that my city view hotel would be between levels 8-24. I requested a higher floor if available. I got the room 704 because of a function booking out all the rooms (which is fair) however I see this as false advertising. The pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable. We struggled to get a good nights sleep. The photos on booking.com also showed that our room option came with a TV in the bedroom and loungeroom. Our room did not have this at ALL. Only a loungeroom TV. Another bit of a false advertising. Lastly, the amount of homeless people loitering around the hotel made us feel uneasy. I am not normally one to complain during stays but I feel as if I didn’t get my money’s worth, and I was and still am very disappointed as it was our anniversary.

• John (9/5): - Spacious apartment on level 24 with fantastic view of Brisbane CBD just across the river. Direct lift access to basement parking from apartment levels. Friendly staff at reception on ground floor. Easy walk to CBD, Southbank, Museum, Art Gallery and train station, all nearby. Terrific range of dining options within 5 to 10 minute walk. Some crockery/cutlery had been put back in drawers not clean. Internet was slow in our apartment, some buffering was common when watching TV.
• Jackson (3/5): terrible damp smelling apartment from bathroom drains. - Beds were okay - thankfully! The smell from the drains in the room was almost unbearable. Both bathroom drains smelt, and could smell through the whole apartment. Awful when you're sleeping. You can't sleep with the doors open as the train line runs right next to the building and is extremely loud.

Beds were comfortable. The apartment needs a really good clean. The walls were very dirty. Noticed a bit of black mould on the walls and ceilings. The bathrooms need a good scrub with mould cleaner, especially in the drains in the sink.

This is more just a problem with society in general but the group of homeless people that were living on the street around the entrance, one in particular, scared my wife and kids.

• Phillip (7/5): A nice apartment in an awesome location. - We booked two rooms - a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom and a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom - for my wife and me, and for my son and his family. Both rooms were suitably sized and quite comfortable. The apartments are located within a short walk of the south bank cultural precinct, close to many bars, cafes and restaurants and about 600m from the South Brisbane train station and ferry wharf. Given that I booked two rooms for our family I was very disappointed that the rooms were not reasonably close to each other. We were allocated one on the 15th floor and the other on the 29th floor, an issue made worse by the fact that the elevators were key controlled, i.e. restricted access to your assigned floor only. Our room on the 29th floor overlooked the elevated railway line, and the trains could be clearly heard at all hours of the day and night. Our room contained a washing machine and dryer in a small closed off area within the bathroom, which smelled really badly. We had to leave the balcony door and internal doors open to reduce the impact.

• Robyn (3/5): It was very disappointing. We were having a girls weekend away for my birthday and it was a very stressful time with the - It was handy to the places we planned to visit. The key did not open the door, it had to be jiggled and sometimes that didn’t work, I was worried about coming back late and not be able to get into my room. I asked to have the room changed but was told they were 100%booked and that he would call a locksmith, which he did not do. The 2 tvs in the unit did not work and we could not log in to the wifi.
• Natalie (3/5): Disappointing. - Location was good and the staff were nice enough at check in. We were really disappointed with the state of the apartment. I wouldn’t necessarily say it felt clean. The bed was skewiff and looked like someone had just tucked the sheets on as quickly as possible, the entire apartment smelt bad when we walked in but the bathroom in particular was terrible. The toiletries in the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or topped up in about 3 weeks and the entire apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the same amount of time. The mattress was terrible - extremely soft and barely any comfort on top. The pillows were even worse, too high and too firm to even sleep on. We were pretty appalled that this is what we got for paying over $300. This is the room we would expect from a $150 apartment. I really wouldn’t recommend someone to stay there.
• Richard (7/5): A good option for exploring the cultural precinct for a couple of days. - The check-in was very quick and efficient and I was really grateful for a complimentary upgrade to the two bedroom apartment. The property is very handy to the South Bank cultural precinct and West End. The apartment was not clean, with food debris visible on the kitchen bench top and hairs on the tiled floor. Window glass was also quite dirty.

Convienient location (ten minutes walk to Grey St - all e - Spacious , good facilities like pool, clean and comfortable No can opener . Bigger bin perhaps . The convection oven needs a label as it looks like a microwave, the plastic was smoking - could be dangerous if not supervised

• Jaysen Mitzie (4/5): Wasn’t wowed or felt comfortable / clean. - Awesome location, great views. While it was tidy, it wasn’t clean. The room was full of scuff marks, loose screws and things that needed repairs. It was only on minor things but the consistency of it was disappointing for a hotel.

• Babak (3/5): Don’t trust this hotel. - View. Extremely uncomfortable bed! I asked and I gave the evidence that I booked an apartment with a queen bed, but I received two bed next to each other which were extremely uncomfortable for a couple. I booked for two nights but after one night I left the hotel. I’m going to complain and ask for a refund. Extremely disappointed.

• Natalia (4/5): Ok but better places to stay - The pool/spa and view from the room. The apartment smelled extremely strong on whatever someone had cooked previously. There was mould in the bathrooms and a musty smell. Bed quilts were stained. Floor hadn't been mopped and were dirty.
