• Damon (8/5): Great location and condo but unusual set up! - Location is fantastic for main attractions of toronto such as CN tower, great views over the lake. Condo was clean, modern and comfortable. It comes with very basic amenities...no toiletries and only 1 toilet roll supplied for a 3.night stay...bizzare!! Swimming pool wasnt available (as advertised) due to a seasonal closure but this was never communciated in booking process...disappointing as was a factor in choosing this place. Worth noting also that we were placed in a different building to the room on hotels.com and also the one confirmed with proprietor in discussions pre arrival. Its a strange set up with comms via whatsapp/text with owner...more to an airbnb set up. The unusual experience means we wouldnt stay there again...room was fine but whole set up didnt sit right.

Didn’t like lack of common things that should be there paper towel, tissue, heat that could be regulated, broken down elevators, electronic things like condo door that were always malfunctioning, the fact that communication was by text or call only ( should have access to concierge), the fact that we booked with friends and ended up in different buildings!!!!!
• SC (4/5): - The condo is advertised as a two bedroom and shows photos of two bathrooms. It has just one bedroom and a bed in the den (which does not have a door or wall and therefore no privacy from the rest of the property). The condo has one bathroom, not two. There is no dining table and just two seats at the kitchen counter for eating.

We would have appreciated parking information with the online information. The stopper in the sink was disconnected.Luckily my hubby is a handy guy. We would come back again
• MYEZ2019 (10/5): - Very nice place and good location. 5 minutes walk to Harbourfront and 10 minutes walk to CN Tower. The only thing I don’t like is that the bed is too soft and makes squeaking noise. Everything else is good. Would stay there again.
