Atmosfera molto familiare e di casa con la sig.ra Luisa che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti. B&B dotato anche di Sauna per relax post sci. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono con colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità alle nostre richieste.

• Sarah (6/5): - A little out dated then pictures showed, our room was not shown on the website so we were a little underwhelmed but it was clean, just very out dated. Owner or manager was very sweet lady. Breakfast included. No elevator so pack lightly.
• Martin (8/5): Perfekt für eine Nacht. - Ruhige Lage. Super nette Gastgeber. Alles sauber. Frühstück war liebevoll vorbereitet und alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Matratzen im Doppelbett in unserem Familienzimmer waren leider schon sehr durchgelegen.

• Daria (10/5): - V penzionu jsme strávili velmi příjemný pobyt. Majitelé jsou neskutečně milí a ochotní, atmosféra je díky nim opravdu přátelská. Umístění je ideální – klidná lokalita s nádherným výhledem na hory, přitom do centra města se dá pohodlně dojít pěšky. Okolí nabízí nespočet krásných výletních míst, takže je stále kam vyrazit. Snídaně jsou každý den podobné, ale vždy čerstvé a chutné. Poměr cena–kvalita je zcela v pořádku. Pro nás čtyři byl pokoj trochu menší, ale protože jsme tam v podstatě jen přespávali, nijak nám to nepřekáželo. Celkově velmi doporučujeme všem, kdo hledají klidné ubytování s rodinnou atmosférou a skvělým zázemím pro výlety.

• Ana (10/5): Perfect overnight stay - Super kind staff, cute tiny room with a wonderfull smell of (cedar?) wood, good location, pretty good breakfast. The room is a bit too small for 4 people, but it's perfect for an overnight stay. The beds are comfortable, but the covers are filled with down feathers and it was too hot to use them on an August night.

Aparcament gratuït davant Habitació a la darrera planta sense ascensor. No teníem terrasa tot i que una finestra donava a la terrasa.

• Marta (10/5): - We loved staying at the Villa Insam. It's a lovely family run place, very homely and welcoming located on the edge of a wildflower meadow. The room was spotless clean, comfortable beds and wonderful mountain views from the balcony. The breakfasts were yummy with home made products and set us for the day. Thank you :)

• bomegard (8/5): Koselig overnatting nær skibakken Sasslong B, veldig hyggelig vertinne. - Veldig hyggelig vertinne! God service. Nær skibakken (Sasslong B), nesten ski-in, helt ski-out til hotellet på slutten av dagen. Om beliggenheten: (ski-)bussen til/fra Selva går bare til rundt kl. 18.00, og det er ca. 20 min å gå.

• CORRADO (4/5): Cortesia e disponibilità in una struttura datata. Richiede forte spirito di adattamento. - Solo la cortesia della signora/gerente e del marito (credo). Due persone non più giovani, ma gentili e disponibili, che praticamente da soli e con molta buona volontà gestiscono una struttura che andrebbe totalmente rivista, molto lontana dagli standard locali. Vero che il prezzo è più basso di altri alberghi, ma la qualità/prezzo è veramente modesta. Ampio il parcheggio, bella la vista sulle montagne. Purtroppo la struttura è datata, le camere sono molto piccole, corridoi e scale strettissimi, bagno micro, possibilità di asciugare qualche indumento intimo come si fa sempre in montagna quasi impossibile. Termosifoni accesi ad orari, quindi mattina presto solo tiepidi e la notte freddi. E' capitato, al rientro dalla cena serale (ovviamente fuori), di trovare l'acqua fredda. Gli arredi veramente scarsi. Biancheria vecchia e consunta, come gli asciugamani e le coperte/lenzuola. Meglio non portare fidanzate, rapporto a rischio! E' stato veramente scomodo sia dormire che soggiornare ed eravamo solo in due. non c'è ascensore, lo ski-room è buio e scomodo, solo due sedie vecchissime, entrata fra gli attrezzi sgombraneve... La posizione richiede, comunque, dei tragitti a piedi sci in spalla o fuoripista (non impegnativo) e si arriva solo alla fine della saslong, pertanto si deve sempre risalire al socher e poi scendere per arrivare agli altri impianti. Comodo se si vuole andare a sciare a s.cristina. il ritorno (sempre dalla saslong) richiede un certo orientamento per trovare la discesa, fuoripista, che ti consente di arrivare all'albergo senza camminare. noi, dopo il primo giorno, abbiamo sempre preso la macchina, non un dramma ma certo non è un albergo "sulla piste". Peccato, perchè Selva è sempre magica.

• John (10/5): A great place to explore the Alpine meadows. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was good. - The location was good and we had a great view from our balcony. The staff made you feel at home in this home-style B&B. The host provided good suggestions for hikes as well as walking shortcuts to get to the lifts without taking a car. The breakfast was very fresh including some home-cooked cakes.

• Bader (9/5): ممتاز لمحبي الطبيعه وقريبة من اورتيسي - 1- موقع المنتجع جميل يبعد تقريباً 15 د عن اورتيسي 2- اطلالاته الغرف على المسطحات الخضراء جميله 3- النظافة 4- تعامل الموظفين ممتاز جداً وودودين العاملين هم مالكي المنتجع وطيبين جداً ودائماً المس رغبتهم في خدمة الساكن في اي شيء ، ويسمحون لك باستخدام المطبخ او ادواته في حال احتجت لذلك - السعر مرتفع وقد تكون بسبب فترة الصيف لا أعلم - الافطار لا يوجد بوفيه ولكن يقومون بطبخ ما تريد مع بعض المخبوزات على الطاوله (تعاملهم ممتاز)
• KiHyun (10/5): 백만불짜리 뷰의 호텔 - 빌라인삼에서 바라보는 오전과 오후 그리고 새벽의 풍경은 평생 잊을 수 없을 정도로 좋았습니다. 직원들분 모두 친절했고 너무 부지런하셨습니다. 직접 차려 주시는 아침식사도 너무 맛있고 휼륭했습니다. 위치도 너무 좋아 적극 추천합니다. 객실내에서 와이파이가 잘 되지 않아 아주 조금 불편했습니다.

• Rachel (8/5): - If you want to get away from the crowds for a quiet place to stay, I highly reccomend. Not a convenient location if you dont have your own vehicle. Very friendly host. Clean rooms and a good breakfast!
• Karinbelgie (6/5): goed ontbijt, mooie locatie maar ouderwetse, ongezellige kamers en geen vriendelijk onthaal - het ontbijt viel in de smaak. Op het ontbijtbuffet lagen koffiekoeken, cakes, cornflakes, brood, confituur, yoghurt. Er werd kaas en hesp aangeboden maar dit lag niet bij het ontbijt. Ook de koffie werd apart opgediend. ik miste wat meer fruit. we hebben de fout gemaakt 5 minuten te vroeg te arriveren ( 14u55) terwijl de check-in tijd om 15u begon. we belden hiervoor aan de deur gezien er geen receptie is. Dit leidde tot frustraties bij de uitbaatster die ons wegzond en zei dat net onze kamers nog niet gereinigd waren en of we rond 15u30 konden terugkomen. Niet meteen een vriendelijk onthaal. De kamers zijn klein en niet gerieflijk ( geen koelkast, geen kleerkast maar wel een roe met een aantal kleerhangers ) en geven een versleten indruk. er is nood aan renovatie. De prijs-kwaliteit ratio valt dik tegen, we betaalden voor een tweepersoonskamer en een eenpersoonskamer voor 2 nachten meer dan 670 eur, dit is verschrikkelijk duur in vergelijking met wat we elders betaalden in de regio.
• janz jut (9/5): Quaint traditional inn in the mountains - The owners were very friendly and welcoming. It was nice return to a traditional lodging experience. The Federbett/duvet on the bed was the most comfortable of my trip: nice and fluffy! It was perfect with the crisp night air. The shower in the single room was tiny.
